Produces lootbox games that try to rip you off hundreds of euros and then the game has glitches where opponents just quit and you get the loss. Their support is indian guys who call themself Manfred and reply with generic word salad that has remotely something to do with your problem

The building is located around lots of very beautiful architecture, you would expect this building to be somewhat calling for visitors or even just have organized models of game characters to take pictures with. But here EA takes itself too seriously and the only highlight is a big "EA" symbol at the side of the building, which could as well just be replaced by something like "Swiss bank" and it would not really make a lot of difference. Not worth a visit unless you are working here.

I made three tickets to EA and even wrote a supporter directly an email two weeks ago. My account has been hacked I lost probably about 500$ and you just don't respond at all. I can't hate this company more, you just don't care about people who are working for you and neither for the costumers.

They told me to purchase entrance into the building. I showed up and they sadi: sorry sir entrance costs 60$. and has to be unlocked via lootboxes.

Purchased some PC games which didn’t work and asked for a refund but got no reply at all, was forced to get the bank to reclaim my money and instead of communicating with me over the mishap they banned my account. Sad to see how terrible this company has become

Do not trust this criminal empire, once i had a DLC pack i did not recieve, i called them up and they told me to contact xbox i called xbox, they said call the game company so i call ea again and i explain and they sent me back to xbox?!?! Ive had 2 friends with similar experiences. This company has to learn.... stop buying ea.
