I got dental implants which took over a year to complete. However I have to say that I like them it's the first time in over a year that I ca eat on both sides without discomfort. On the other hand Dr Mann's bedside manners were very undesirable. She had as much compassion as an alligator at meal time. She was rough administering the anesthesia with needle, just ruthless. Never want to see her mean face and demeanor again! Steer away from her!

Everyone there were polite, considerate and very helpful. All of the professional staff performed their tasks gentlely and, I thought, thoroughly. The results were estimated to be much less costly to be done, than I was expecting it to be. I am looking forward to having the dental work I need done at Affordable Dentures and Implants, ìn the very near future.

When I went in they absolutely were super helpful and kind people. I wasn’t judged for the dental work I needed from past drug use and they helped me with every step so far! The ladies in the office are absolutely super sweet too!

The experience was not bad. The wait was a little long. My only concern was with the consultation. I know my teeth are not the best. I know I have periodontal disease. I see my teeth every day. I felt I was bring shamed because I did not keep up with my periodontal treatments or have a deep cleaning. Life gets in the way and sometimes you have to make hard choices . I may go back. I'm undecided.

Excellent care at Harrisburg office. The dentist was very nice, professional and things went fast and smooth. She was so kind. I really liked her and glad she will be doing my care. The office staff were all great. Insurance was in the middle of doing a change over. Kayla made sure everything went very smooth with it all. She was very knowledgeable about what was going on and knew how to handle things so it was easiest on us. Everyone there was awesome! So glad we chose to come here.

When u have tooth pain and can't get it to go away. U want it fixed asap because the pain is horrendously painful. We have thousands of dentists and all of them that I did call couldn't get me in for weeks some were months. However this amazing place seemed to have no problems getting me in and extracting 2 of my teeth same day of 1st visit. Amd the place was busy. Dentist Mann and her assistant were very caring, understanding of what I wanted done. Not what she thought I should do or tell me no she's not removing them I need to do root canals. I was there maybe an hr total which includes getting x-rays done as well. When your in tooth pain this is the place to go. However not all affordable dentures places have the same amazing people. (I know that from Experiance with the wilkes barre one). But the Harrisburg PA has the best around. Thank you to Dr Mann and her assistant. I will definitely come back if I need anymore dental emergencies with extractions. Oh and not to mention the prices are not outrageous either. However others are different with their pricing which was way more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. was very patient and great explaining everything to me. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I did not get my procedure done as of yet, but very happy with the service I received so far.

Office staff is unprofessional don't know how to talk to they customers. I call inquiring about my credit if over an $1000. I been getting the run around. When I went to have extractions and dentures of May "2022". I presented my insurance information and they told me it would still cost me $2000. Which I paid a year ago. It took me a year to get my permanent dentures because of the healing process. Then I was told my insurance paid and I should be getting over a $1000 back. That's been since June of 2023, all the work was completed. I been calling and spoke with a Erica, who was very rude and sought of raised her voice at me as though I was annoying her. When I asked her why she raised her voice she gave me an excuse that she talks soft and she raised her voice so I can hear her better. Then she said she will contact corporate office and get back to me. That's been over a week. Then I called back after several days and asked for Erica, that person lied and said she wasn't available. Then when I told her who I was and why I'm calling she then said she step away but she would have her call me. It's been several more days still no call back. I can't understand why they told me to pay that much when I had a Pre-d from my insurance on how much I was eligible for. Now I'm getting the run around about getting my money back. I didn't have a problem giving them my money so why is it taking them so long to give me my money. I will not be referring anyone to them because I don't like how they handle they billing. I work with a dental insurance company so I know a little something how things work. I will be writing a formal complaint to they corporate office if I don't hear back by next week.

I had a total of 11 teeth left and none of them were in good shape! My dentist and assistant were very professional, caring, and I trusted them from the start. To make a long story short. I left their office a new woman! One that can now go out and enjoy my life, my family, and friends...thanks to Affordable Dentures and Implants!! Wendy

Very polite staff. Worked things out to the point. I will be able to get my teeth in 2 weeks. Very professional. Kind and courteous. This is where you need to go for your oral care they help you understand the importance of how and why things go wrong with your dentures .
