We had a room with two queen size beds. One of the beds the fitted sheet was inside out along with several hairs and dirt pieces found in the bedding. I told the staff which was given the option to change rooms or make me own bed with new sheets. I chose to make my own bed because we had already unpacked. The walls must also be thin was able to hear people in the hallway along with the room next to us. Not planning to stay here again as they didn’t even adjust the price of our stay. But the pool and hot tub was nice

No hand soap in the bathroom. Very limited breakfast menu. But very clean establishment, up to date, pet friendly hotel. One of the workers was wearing what smelled like a whole bottle of perfume, and stank the hallways up, but it’s a good place to stay. And great price as well. 140 a night for a king size pet friendly room on the first floor. That’s with the 25 dollar pet fee. It was worth it. I would definitely stay here again. I wasn’t planning g on staying here, I just took too many edibles, and they started to kick in and I didn’t want to drive to Jupiter.

The hotel looks like it has been newly renovated so the rooms are very nice! We initially had an issue with our room upon check in, however the manager did upgrade my husband and I to a jacuzzi suite which was very nice! Also wanted to shoutout Mason at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and helpful with anything we needed! He went above and beyond his job! It is about 10 minutes from Hershey, which is great.

Booked one of the suites (2 queens + sleeper sofa) for three adults and two children. Building is clearly older but has been renovated recently with modern interior and aesthetics. Felt overall it was clean and comfortable. The stay was just one night and pleasant enough, but the best part was the very friendly and understanding staff at the front desk. While my wife and kids were out visiting Chocolate World, I was able to stay for a while after checkout and get some work done in the lobby - this was greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend.

It’s normally a great place to stay, but I’m guessing something was off because they charge my credit card when I pay for cash they did fix it after I noticed it on my credit card. It’s normally a great place to stay. I hope the next time I stay, it will be better, I make frequent travels to Florida from New England and it’s a perfect spot to stop. Hopefully they’ve taken care of the issues that we had with them also great price for pets most hotels charge $20 apiece they only charge 20 matter how many you have.

It’s clear the hotel has been recently updated, and it looks beautiful. Breakfast was included with some tasty and fresh options; some other hotels have done away with that. Staff were all very kind. It was a quick and easy ride to Hershey Park, too. However, the toilets were extremely loud with every flush. We could hear it from other rooms at all hours, so it wasn’t just our room. The AC seemed to be less powerful at night, and the room got pretty muggy. All in all, I would still stay here again.

The coffee and continental breakfast were good. The service was good with the staff. My son enjoyed the pool. Very warm in there so swimming in April wasn't a problem. The room wasn't too bad but certain spots in the room could have used some deep cleaning. Exhaust fan wasn't in bathroom to vent outside like normal. Think the control switch was located outside bathroom. Also, they pit us by the elevator. Didn't hear the noise by elevator if in bedroom but in the room closest to the door you could hear the noise of when it stopped on that level. Could get very annoying hearing it constantly. Nothing too horrible just some experiences I had staying there for others to consider.

The vibe immediately walking in was friendly and calm. Lady working the desk was so nice and understanding. Rooms are very well cleaned and modern. Beds are the comfiest I’ve slept in. Pool and hot tub are good temps and clean. Could be repainted around edges, but otherwise great! Breakfast was better than a restaurant with good options! Thank you for such a easy stay!

I’ve stayed at other Country Inn & Suites before and this was one of the better ones. The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean, impressively decorated and the TV was high quality! The free breakfast was good - not great, but good. The only downside in this hotel was the hallways and elevators. Unlike the room, they were not quite as fresh and clean. There was an unpleasant odor in the elevator. Overall however, it’s a good hotel priced right, so we’d stay there again.

Extremely friendly front desk lady who arranged my early check in request on site due to my tiredness. The rooms are clean and quiet. Only downside might be the air conditioning. It was loud but was the same level as other hotels I've stayed in so I'm not complaining. Would recommend!

Staff went above and beyond. Femi at the front desk was outstanding ... actually ALL the staff worked to the highest standards. The location is quite convenient and it appears as though the rooms were recently renovated , they were quite comfortable and we got a good sleep in each night. (Nice quiet location) I also love the fact that they have fresh coffee brewed in the lobby for the guests 24 hours a day 7 days a week , thank you so much for that. The general manager and ownership is truly exceptional and did everything he could make his guests feel welcome and well accommodated. There's also a nice hot breakfast served daily. There are several restaurants and businesses all within a few minutes walk and I think they also offer discounts to people staying at this hotel. There's also a 24-hour gas station directly across the parking lot which always has great fuel prices and a good selection of snacks and other travel essentials. Has a local guide I can definitely recommend you would have a good stay here.

The people at this particular country inn are very very accommodating. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I had an issue with was the bathtub. It was standard, and I was hoping for a bigger tub. I had a nice stay and everyone did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable. We traveled from the west side of Utah, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one is by far my favorite. It was clean and smelled nice, and the pool was nice and warm. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back.

My room was brand new with all modern furnishings. Very nice clean hotel. Seems like staff is always cleaning and everyone takes pride in there work. Location is great with a nice gas/food place in the parking lot.

So I stayed here for 3 nights and I have mixed reviews Pros: location 10 Mins easy drive to Hershey. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was nice my child enjoyed the pool. Cons: the air in our room made the air feel moist and the sheets feel damp. Breakfast was egh but at least they had it. We had a problem with our door sticking. One day we came back and our door wasn't fully closed. We thought we did it until we saw housekeeping had been there. I understand mistakes happen but what if our stuff had been taken not to mention our safety. I did speak to someone who apologized said they'd look at the cameras. I never heard anything back. Like I said it was a mixed bag. However I may stay here again.

An employee walked into our room while my family was relaxing. We had a room on the 3rd floor right in front of the elevator. I knew this would keep my kids awake so I went to the desk to see if we could move. After 20 minutes of the person looking for rooms he moves us to the 2nd floor. I get the key and notice its one room over and one floor down. Needless to say right next to the elevators again. I was so tired from a 5 hour drive that I gave up. Then next night at 10 some people came running through and tried to open our door by mistake. This freaked my 7 year old out since the night before someone had actually came in. She wouldnt stop crying and came running into the other room. We had a suite. Needless to say we will not be back there anytime soon. Pictures on the website do not show what the suites really look like.

Just wanted to say how great of an experience my family had here for the weekend. Shout out to Mason! He a was so attentive to the guests and made sure that everyone in the pool area has fresh clean towels. He greeted with a big smile making everyone feel welcomed. Great job Mason, keep up the good work!

This is a lovely Inn with beautiful natural oak staircase that I hope corporate does not replace with a Grey wall! We were upgraded to a large suite, with desk and couch. Very clean and well appointed. Very nice hot breakfast buffet included in price.. Great value. Friendly, efficient staff. I only wish I could have used the indoor pool and hot tub! Injured foot before our trip. I would definitely recommend this Inn! And will stay again when we are in the area! And tell friends to try it!

Not a bad hotel if you are looking for a quick stop to sleep, but not worth staying multiple nights here. Overall the place was fine, just slightly loud from outside noise, less clean than other Radissons I’ve stayed at, and for some reason we really disliked the wood floors in the room. Not homey and it felt dirty easily. I know it’s probably an upgrade for cleaning and health reasons, but it wasn’t very pleasant. So just a mediocre hotel in my option.

This by no means a 3 -star motel, I would give it 2 stars at best, we booked a room for a 4 night stay and we arrived the first day there were signs in the entrance that this experience was going to be poor. The Front was dirty and looked like it had not been clean in weeks. We got room 226 at first appearance looked pretty normal. When we went to get in bed for the night and pulled back the sheets my wife notice hair on the sheets, as she moves them further back, we noticed that near the headboard it looked like it had never been cleaned. That night I slept in my clothes; my wife opted to sleep in our Truck. In the morning I called and reported this to Mike the assistant manager and advise him of the incident and asked if special care be taken in cleaning the room and to please make sure that it is vacuumed properly and change the sheets. We left for the day came back and still hair was found. I left again Thursday morning for the park hoping that when we comeback it would be taken care of, this time the sheets were not only changed but the bed was not even made. I called Mike the assistant manager to come look at the room for himself. He advises that the sheets are only changed every few days. He had no explanation to why the bed was not made. He said that they are a limited-service motel. Don’t walk on the floor in white sock because they will get dirty and dingy in 10 min, rugs in the hallway smell and elevator are dirty. Although I paid in full and in advance, they still requested $100 deposit. Most of the employee are nice, they do need to disclose that they are a limited service, Motel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place, due to its cleanness.

Location is ideal. In all fairness, this hotel is undergoing a much needed refurbishment.... but unfortunately we stayed in a room that had not been worked on and I'm quite confident didn't meet expectations of the Country Inn brand. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pets are allowed here and unfortunately our room needed more attention from cleaning staff. It seems the hard surface floors are only dust mopped in a quick fashion and probably would be better served by using wet pad type mops. Our socks stayed fairly filthy even after the room was serviced by staff.

The hotel is under renovation so I did take that into consideration. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in seemed to be the renovated one but the cleanliness was not good. Very dusty, there were hairs on the bedsheets and visible dirt and dust balls on the floor. The bathroom didn't have a vent. The staff did address the hairs on the sheets and brought clean ones. The bed was very comfortable, the room size was large. The complimentary breakfast was not good (didn't taste fresh and was cold) and again we found hair in the food. The location was good. Close to Hershey Park. But I can say I wouldn't stay again.

This is our favorite place to stay in the Hershey area. Close to the interstate but away from the crowds. Clean rooms and helpful staff. We have stayed here twice and had no real issues. We recommend this hotel to friends going to Hershey all the time.

The front desk staff was unfriendly and matter a fact. Room did not smell fresh and clean. The carpet in th hallway was dingy and smelly. Elevator looked old and dilapidated. Shower curtain in bathroom was dingy. I would not recommend this location and I would not stay again. Breakfast was also mediocre.

Wow!! This is a superior hotel with a spacious, well furnished, well laid out room. The room was clean as was the well appointed bathroom. There was a very comfortable King size bed with clean, quality linens and plenty of pillows. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choices and hot items. All for a very reasonable price. Location right off of I-81 was a plus.
