Be careful if you book directly with them! We had an email confirmation but, on the reservation day, when we were on our way to the hotel, after 2 pm, we received a call from them saying there was an incident and our room is not available anymore. It might be a good hotel, but customer service needs serious improvement. If you book, use a well known platform, don’t book directly with them!

Went to their restaurant with some friends for dinner. Found a ( short, thick and dark) hair in my pasta. It looked like it was a beard hair. The only thing worse than that was the staff and administration reaction. Left hungry and disappointed.

A good hotel in Hunedoara in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are quite new and the room was pretty large. It has a fair restaurant but there weren't too many options for the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the room was very clean. However ... the design for the rooms is not that great. Not many things to do around the hotel (except for the Corvin Castle which is roughly 20 minutes away).

Not good. The food is good, but the employees are rude and the Restaurant doesn't have ingredients for the food in the menu. They refuse to prepare almost everything in the menu, even SALAD OR LATTE MACCHIATO.

The rooms are nice and quiet. Location is great for visiting the Corvin Castle. Food at the restaurant is quite good. They always are out of something: sugar, bread. Service at the restaurant is mediocre. Breakfast is not appealing. It feels like a '80s hotel, definitely not a 4 stars.

Excellent service, great personnel speaking English fluently and giving you any kind of advices, room very neat and clean, towels&sheets changed daily, room cleaned perfectly. Room mini bar is cheap, some beverages cheaper than in the nearby market. Wi fi free&fast. To reach the Corvin Castle you have a 10 min walk tops. Continental breakfast all you can eat was tasty and well prepared. 10/10, recommended!

Nicoleta, the waiter, she insulated me and my family at the dinner. Do not go. She does know how to treat customers. She'll charge you from things that you didn't have it and at the end if you'll ask het why is it on your bill,She'll reply: "because I want that,so what?" Don't ruin your day or night, be smart, choose something else 😉

Nice service, nice food they wait with the kitchen open for us

We had to wait up to 50 minutes to eat. My boyfriend had his dish after 40 minutes, I waited 10 more minutes to get mine. No bread was brought to us (other tables received it immediately) and at payment no excuse for the delay was made. It's a pity, the food was good and tasty.

We stayed for two nights during the Easter holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable. The most important thing that makes this hotel a success is the staff. Extremely friendly and open to our needs and requests. Being the first day of Easter the receptionist prepared a pretty basket for our daughter to surprise her.

The only reason I am taking a star off is the breakfast buffet. It lacks in variety, probably because the space is limited. The quality of the food was good though. There have been some mistakes with our reservation but the staff was kind enough to find solutions and keep everyone satisfied. The rooms were very clean. The matresses were very comfortable.

They enjoyed a seafood tower as a starter which was fresh and flavorful, and the steak and seafood entrees were cooked to perfection with delicious seasoning. The server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The writer highly recommends this restaurant to others.
