I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU ARE YOUNGER( YOU WON'T BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY ) AND YOU CARE ABOUT HEALTH HAZARDS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. The worst experience I had while traveling. The room we were accommodated into was dirty. Floors weren't washed or cleaned by any means. There was a dirty bath robe stuffed inside of the closet, another dirty towel was in the bathroom. There were mosquitoes, spiders and ants in the room. The electric cooker (hob) was not cleaned and their argument was that "It was used before, what do you expect?" ( The one i have at home and used it for 6 continuous years doesn't look nearly as dirty as this one ). Half of the lights were burned out and there was no functional lightning at the entrance in the room. The doors couldn't be locked from the inside, which personally is a red flag, that made us feel unsave. The receptionist was very mean and disrespectful towards us when we asked for a partial refund for the rest of the nights that we paid for but she got irritated because we dared to accuse them of not cleaning the room, while having proof, her argument being "Because you are young." The doors/walls aren't insulated properly because we could hear EVERY SINGLE SOUND in the so called "hotel". We left 2 nights earlier because of the attitude of the receptionist and we didn't even care about the money we left behind for the room. I do not recommend this hotel at all, run away from it.

Horrible place, called multiple times to confirm if it had AC, just to come there and find no AC. I donā€™t know why other people had to pay for the 3 degree difference, as we saw some people get temperature remotes for free, so this is obviously not a legitimate and fair place. Full of ants, mosquitos, very dusty and dirty, was hesitant about even touching anything there. When we went down to ask for AC, since it didnā€™t work in the room, the staff started fighting with us, and didnā€™t want to give us a normal receipt. After this place we only went to higher end hotels just because of how bad this experience was.

The most disgusting place Iā€™ve ever been. I have been in the same hotel 3-4 years ago and i was very happy with it, it was super clean. Now the only plus I can mention is the silence, it was very quiet BUT the rooms - disaster. All the walls were with white and red spots - the probably from killed mosquitos and the white I donā€™t really want to know from what they were. The bed sheets wasnā€™t changed for sure and they have had holes. In the kitchen - spots on walls and chairs all over. We have informed the receptionist that one of our rooms canā€™t be closed - the door has had an issue and he just told us ā€œnah, you just donā€™t know how to close itā€ and of course didnā€™t fix it. The balcony was super dirty. In the bathroom the glass doors of the bath was closing very hard and they was nearly opening. The sewage probably was full because the water didnā€™t go good through it neither in bath, neither in sink. Near the entrance door we have had signs which we can put if we want the room to be cleaned while we are out. We didnā€™t put the respective sign and even though someone has entered in the room and took the garbage - only thisā€¦ The cups and glasses which we have had in the kitchen was with fingerprints on them. Before we leave , we have told the receptionist that the place was disgusting but she said nothing. The central heating was making sounds all the time and guess what - if you want to make warmer in the room - you should pay 30RON more.. If you want to get a decease - you are welcome to Vila HD..

The place is not that bad, but the most important thing for me is that the rooms be clean, which was not the case here. The place looks a little dubious with all those eye-hurting color combinations. There is no elevator. Our room had dust settled all over the place and the sheets may have been used and not replaced (can't confirm). There is no rug on the floor and we didn't receive single-use slippers, so this combination is awful. There were some communication problems with the check in desk and they didn't give us a receipt for the late check-out service that we paid for. Overall, we felt that it was not a clean space which is more important than the location or the appearances. This is why we rate it 1/5.

The apartment was spacious, very nicely decorated. The people were nice. As a minus, the sink was clogged,a shower door wasn't working and one of the lightbulbs was out. Also,we had some issues with the heat, the boiler wasn't working properly, but when we informed them,it got solved. They offer a room temperature of 21-22 degrees and you have to pay 30 lei for each 3 degrees extra, about which they hadn't informed us previously. The parking space is excellent, with lots of room. Regarding the breakfast, you have to inform them with at least 24 hours previously.

Not a bad place, pretty modern and comfy stay. The hotel has rooms with little kitchens, balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator and decent heating system. The location is close to the city center, 10-15 min walk. The staff was welcoming and helpful. What I did not like: Has no elevator. It was loud during the night, the sound isolation isn't very good

Private parking, lovely host and rooms with nice terraces. Breakfast is 25 Ron and is served when you decide (7 to 11 am). Wifi inside rooms and lcd TV. My large room had kitchen and private bathroom - less than 200 ron/night. This hotel is in the approved facilities by Romanian Ministry of Tourism.

We had an awesome time at Vila HD. The apartment was very clean, the dining table was already set when we got there, the terrace had awesome views and the rooms were big and comfortable. We will come here again.

šŸ‘šŸ‘ Fabulous food and great service. We had the duck with sweet potatoes puree and the beef ribs. Really tasty food. The waiter recommended to try the melted cake for dessert and it was just fantastic. All in all, great food, service and atmosphere! Will definitely come back!
