We ordered the brioche, the avocado brioche and the salmon one. Great taste, big portion size, and reasonable prices. Totally recommend this place trying to renew the brunch space with their concept eggdrop sandwiches.

Cozy place with a really nice atmosphere and lovely service. Tried the salmon brioche and it wasn't only delicious, but also a large portion. Definitely would recommend!

The cafe is shared with the hotel restaurant and I had to wait for about 15 min before someone realizing I was there to order. I had the avocado bacon sandwich and it was delicious. A very good combination of flavours and the scrambled eggs were delicious.

New place in Budapest for a chilled breakfast. Its inside Onyx Hotel. The Brios bread was good, saucy, with well prepared omlette.

The service was excellent! The food was already amazing but because of the good service, our experience was even better. We loved the place and will come back for sure.

An excellent experience. The decor is very elegantly sophisticated. I had the ham and avocado option and the eggs were wonderfully fluffy. I like the use of brioche bread too -an original touch and very successful. The dish was pretty substantial and, I did not really need the hash browns which I had as a side, which, to be honest, I found slightly overcooked and as a result the inside was a bit too firm. But overall an excellent experience and worth seeking out - you need to; you would probably not come across this while just casually strolling in the city.

We were super excited to try Briosh, and we were not disappointed! Their eggdrop sandwich was very good, we will be back for sure.
