This urgent care was approved by Disney. I arrived at 12:20 with my child running 102.4 temp and am still sitting in the waiting room over 4 hours later. I would never come back here again. We are staying on Disney property and we are stranded here with nothing to do but waste time. It’s not clean and I do not recommend this place. Trust me go ELSEWHERE! He had to sleep on a bench because he felt so bad. What kind of health care facility would allow this to happen.

8/2021 Update: Went back for an assessment on an injury and made an appointment. Seems that in this day with COVID and their triage of patients, your wait time will be around hour and a half to 2 hours after the appointment scheduled. I do say that the staff and Physician were very professional and took time to provide with meaningful care. The ceiling vents are dirty and should be corrected due to these airborne viruses. =========== Old review: Made an appointment for a Flu shot and still had over an hour wait in the patient room. Poor execution and the staff was having issues enter the data into the computer system. They said they were not trained. Lol. Update: Got charged for a level 4 office visit when only received a flu shot. This is fraudulent billing. No one took vitals or even saw a physician!!??

4/11/22: We were at this Urgent Care base on our hotel’s front desk recommendation 4 days ago. Im writing as were waiting to get on board back to CT. The supposedly magical day for us turned into a nightmare. Front desk check in girl that night was unfriendly, not welcoming. My daughter was screaming of stomach pain. Girl called me to tell me “I don’t think your daughter was born in 1981” well duh, Miss I’m sorry as you know I’m in panic mode, I crossed out my mistakes on the form already and missed one. They told us the wait is about an hour. In the meantime I was crying calling a family friend in the area of our ordeal. A friend came right away. When they finally called us, my daughter was limping of pain to get up and get weigh in. My daughter was crying and doctor ordered for her blood sugar to be checked, it’s 140 and doctor panicked, saying things like sepsis and diabetes. My daughter heard the word diabetes, and cried even more. She’s 9, healthy no health issues prior and it’s obviously her first Urgent Care. Doctor that night ordered an ambulance when I told him it’s not needed as our friend was outside with her car. Attached is the ambulance photo that brought my daughter to Children’s Hospital ER in Kissimmee. Paramedics at the ambulance didn’t think 140 blood sugar for a 9yo is bad. We told the nurses and doctor she’s been hydrating with Gatorade since she wasn’t eating. The ER doctor and the nurses were questioning why we were there. We stayed til 5am with over $1300 ER bill. My daughter was given Motrin and an anti nausea medication for her stomach pain. If I could give ZERO stars to this Urgent Care I would. It’s a money trap for tourists. We love Orlando and would go back for second time but would tell friends to avoid this UC. To not panic like I did and should have read their 2 stars review before coming.

I just went here for a drug test and I came two days early not realizing that I was supposed to be here Thursday instead of Tuesday they contacted Disney. Who’s going to be my new employer. And they were able to get me in and taking care of. The staff is very friendly and very kind. If I ever get ill I definitely recommend coming here. They seem to have this more than medical care knowledge, but a Heart as well. Even when I left, the gentleman said, have a blessed day, and that’s a beautiful thing say. Again, thank you for your efficiency and kindness to all of you at work there.

Took my daughter to this urgent care on October 28th while on our Disney vacation. The transportation provided arrived fast in the middle of the night and was clean. They provided a car seat. The shuttle was waiting for us when we were done. The urgent care waiting room had dirt and debris all over the floor and chairs. Looked like it had not been clean in a long time despite signs posted saying they were taking extra cleaning measures. I couldn’t sit in the chairs and had to stand due to being so dirty. I was uncomfortable from the minute we walked in and if we had any other option would have left immediately. The receptionist seemed inconvenienced when I came up to the desk. The wait was long even though an appointment was made online. The nursing assistant and NP were kind, patient, and thorough. They took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable before examining her and explained everything in detail. They made the experience better.

Came to urgent care tonight, I was met with great customer service from staff and Doctors who help me. I was suprised that I could pick my son medicine up on spot at the location. They even offer transportation back to your resort.

2yr old daughter had her arm hurt by big brother on shuttle from airport to the resort. She is our tough one and didn’t move it for half an hour so knew we needed to take her in to get it assessed before our park visits the next day. Disney staff directed us to Advent Urgent Care. The free shuttle to and from the resort was an awesome surprise and arrived within 15min. Staff was friendly and saw us reasonably quick. After getting her elbow set back into place we were on a shuttle back to our resort within 5 minutes of being done. We are so relieved that our daughter is feeling better and we can go about our week as planned. All things considered this was best case scenario and Advent Urgent Care significantly helped in making it as convenient as possible.

This clinic not up to Disney standards at all. It was dirty and inefficient and slow. Sat in a room for 1.30 hrs with no one checking in on me. Lots of people hanging out chatting at nurses station. I liked the Dr for the 5 min I spent with her. There was a wall AC in my room that was disgustingly dirty shown below and floors filthy. Driver taking me home was great!

Came in for a possible ear infection. Made an appointment for 5pm arrived at 4:55. No one really spoke to me except to tell me to check in online. Overheard the clerk telling the walk in people that it would be about 2 hours. An hour and a half goes by and I am still in the waiting room. Another half an hour goes by from that and they have a shift change at the desk. The man checking walk ins now is saying it's going to be a five hour wait because they are backed up. In the mean time, people who are here after me are getting called in with no explanation as to why they are getting called before me. Another man walks out 30 minutes later, and at this point it is 7:30 and says they only have one "provider" and the second provider should be here at 8pm. No one has been called into the back for 2 hours. People are leaving left and right with no promise of rescheduling. Multiple people have asked what is taking so long. 9pm rolls around and the second "provider" is still not here and they cannot contact them. The man who is waiting in front of me is literally bleeding and a diabetic and no one checked on him. He started shaking and they finally took him back when they said he was actively bleeding. The "second provider" shows up at 9:20. People who were called in 2 hours ago are only leaving now. People who came earlier today, and scheduled appointments so they didn't have to wait were coming in and throwing fits because they had waited. Absolute disorganization. It is now 9:45 and I have still not been seen. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth your time. What is the actual point Schedule with your doctor or even better, check in at a CVS Minute Clinic. Faster, more convenient, and more communicative.

We were on holiday from the UK and unfortunately my daughter had to visit Advent Health. Fortunately she was seen quickly, prescribed antibiotics and soon on the mend. My only issue was we had to pay an up- front fee that was more than we were invoiced for and could claim back on insurance. It took 6 weeks to get this money reimbursed and we had to chase for this. However considering Advent had my daughter on the mend quickly and we did eventually receive the reimbursement, we were thankful. We also appreciated the free transport back our Disney hotel.

Clean and fast !!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was able to see a PA right away at the emergency room. They sent my prescription to the outpatient pharmacy and it was super quick as well.

This Urgent Care has been the best I’ve even been too. The wait was less than 15 minutes which is insanely fast, the staff is super friendly and outgoing. When I look for an urgent care I look for how friendly the staff is and how quick the service is. Definitely come to this location for all your needs! This is now my go to urgent care for whatever help I need! Tercia was so funny and was a great help to me!

Extremely satisfied as a neighbor to have such great facility close by. I walked in without an appointment stressed out since the other facility I used to go to couldn’t schedule me for same day care. My experience at this location in Lake Buena Vista was so easy going from the beginning to end! Check in was welcoming & fast. Quickly called to be seen, Nurse & doctor Boroujerdi really took their time to hear my concerns & helped me. I highly recommend this location. I’m glad I walked In to this location. Overall satisfied, thank you to this staff!

My husband and I went to Advent Health Centra Care this morning. The check in process is easy, the team at the front desk was helpful and welcoming, Angel was great, and Dr. Blair was kind & informative. Angel made the experience pleasant. We were able to purchase antibiotics at a low cost and they provided us with a free shuttle back to our hotel. We left our hotel at 650am and were back in our room before 8am. You never want to get sick on the 2nd day of vacation but thank goodness we had Advent Health. Thank you!

On vacation at the Disney resorts and needed simple care. This place was fantastic. Set up an appointment and arrived on time we were in and out within an hour. Extremely friendly service and efficiently run. Learned they have a free transport to Disney resorts as well which is a great added benefit!

My wife and son got sick on our trip to Disney. They quickly picked us up from the resort and transported us to the clinic. They were quickly seen and then transported to the pharmacy at no additional cost. They were amazing and caring. Little side note for true Disney lovers. Walt built this clinic as a hospital when the park was built.

Excellent care. We are on vacation from out of state, and two of our kids ended up sick. The staff here really accommodated us and made our situation as comfortable as possible. They got us in immediately, and took great care of us. Highly recommend them.

My daughter got sick & we are out of state. We tried managing it at the hotel for a few days, but it got exponentially worse last night. I called at 2330 & made an appt for 0745 the next day. The Advent Health van came & picked us up & my daughter was able to been seen quickly to get medication. The staff were great & very attentive. The driver on the way back to our resort, Bruce was absolutely wonderful & made us feel so at ease. Thank you so much to everyone that made this trip quick & painless.

Our driver was so friendly and nice! We live out of state and so thankful there is a service to transport us to urgent care. The front desk team was also very helpful & went above and beyond to help us with check in & insurance.

The staff was AMAZING. Delia, Christina and Payton were fantastic. Very pleasurable and even went they extra mile when she couldn’t find my insurance info. Highly recommend this facility. Take care if your team good are hard to find 🌹❤️🌹

This was a great experience during a scary time. Our shuttle driver Dale, was very punctual and kind. He reassured us that we were in good hands with the Doctors at Urgent Care as well. We were lucky to have him as our driver going there and back! The urgent care was quick and everyone was very nice! They spoiled my little girl with a popsicle and stickers as well. I highly recommend AdventHealth for any health care needs while staying in Disney. We appreciate you AdventHealth.

Everyone has been very kind. I’ve even over heard the doctors with other patients, very empathetic and caring. Not a long wait, but it’s a Sunday evening. I’m on vacation and they were very accommodating. Even got the medicine I needed right away from them. Thank you to the amazing staff Brianna, Tercia, Angel, and Dr Trinh.

Very easy to make an appointment. Front office staff were wonderful. Nurse and doctor were kind, caring and answered all my questions. If I had a cause to seek urgent care again, I would come back.

Dale was our transportation driver between Disney and AdventHealth and was great! Everything was quick and efficient from the transport pickup, clinic appt, and pharmacy stop, then back to resort! Definitely recommend. If I had known the system was so smooth operating we would have used it sooner during our vacation.

Bridget was absolutely wonderful. I’m from LA and was at Disney on vacation and started not feeling well. Bridget walked out to a waiting room full of patients and tried to set everyone’s mind at ease by updating us on what all was going on. She told us that it was shift change time, and that the doctor would be here in about an hour, but that she was going to fill the rooms up with patients and do all the stats and do any necessary tests before doctor arrived so that during our waiting, time wasn’t wasted. She would be as productive as possible and let us know that she was a patient once. I was so impressed by how friendly and just wanting to keep us in the loop. She was so pleasant and a pleasure. She set the bar high for all medical facilities. They surely better hang on to her here, she was such a welcoming spirit in a place you really didn’t want to have to be at on vacation. It was the magical place, but she brought her own magic to the place. I also encountered Carlos who had recently relocated here. He was pleasant, courteous, respectful and kind. He kept apologizing for any discomfort he caused from the tests he performed. Carlos was just a meek person. Thank you both for your kindness during my visit to your facility.

Used advent health and their transport from pop century Disney resort when our (almost) fourth month old had a fever. Transport took a little while but very efficient communication and transport overall. Didn’t have to wait barely any time to be seen- after Tylenol and cold wet wash rag the fever was lowered to normal. Was seen and out the door in about an hour and half. Very helpful that we could buy the medicines needed at low cost in the office since we have no transit on vacation and the nearest pharmacy is a ten min drive. Very pleased with the staff, nurses , and doctor they did wonderfully.

Came here with our insurance for a quick visit from out of town and this has got to be the slowest or busiest place I have ever been too! Place is dirty all around. They are not fast so prepare for hours of waiting.
