The
absolute
worst
home
improvement
store
I've
been
to.
It
was
like
a
ghost
town.
Not
one
associate
in
half
the
store
for
over
15
min.
Had
to
ask
the
two
ladies
at
the
pro
desk
(who
had
were
doing
nothing)
to
call
someone
over
to
the
wood
cutting
saw
twice
and
still
had
to
walk
the
store
to
find
an
associate
to
come
assist
because
no
one
showed
up.
The
guy
that
helped
us,
chris,
was
nice
but
had
no
clue
how
to
cut
wood.
It
was
a
simple
request,
cut
it
at
24,
and
at
65.
If
the
cut
was
a
little
off,
that
would
be
fine
but
its
not
even
squared.
1
end
is
24
5/8,
over
a
half
inch
off
the
request,
and
the
over
end
is
24
13/16
more
than
3/4
of
an
inch
off
and
3/8
off
from
the
other
side.
Not
sure
how
you
can
mess
up
that
bad
and
didn't
think
I
needed
to
check
something
like
this
from
a
store
of
"professionals".
I
am
now
out
about
$40,
have
to
drive
to
home
depot
(which
I
really
should
have
just
done
from
the
begining)
if
I
want
to
start
my
project
during
the
holiday
break
like
I
planned.
I've
had
ok
experiences
at
other
lowes
locations,
will
drive
out
of
my
way
to
avoid
this
pathetic
store.
Pictured:
I
walked
the
isles
and
snapped
pics
as
I
walked
of
every
isle
on
the
half
of
the
store
with
building
materials,
lumber,
mill
work,
hardware,
and
flooring.
When
speaking
to
Chris,
he
was
covering
all
those
departments.
The
ladies
up
front
at
the
pro
desk
told
me
it
was
because
it's
the
holidays
and
everyone
is
on
vacation.
I'm
the
customer,
that
is
not
my
problem.
If
the
store
manager
is
not
capable
of
running
a
store
properly,
they
should
be
removed.
Also
pictured:
the
cuts.
I
really
should
have
checked
before
leaving.
That
is
on
me
but
again,
I
didn't
think
it
was
possible
to
mess
it
up
with
that
saw.
Still
trying
to
figure
out
how
it's
he
was
able
to
cut
a
straight
line,
on
that
saw
and
have
it
come
out
not
straight.
Any
representative
from
lowes,
please
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
me.
