Very busy on 4th of July weekend on a Friday night. The server was super sweet and everyone working was professional and despite being so busy food came out on time. It's good to see consistently in chain restaurants.

Angela Angela Angela. Holy, never have I met such a disrespectful "manager" than I have tonight after waiting 45-50 min for a table. My mother in law is allergic to gluten and dairy so we have to accommodate that while dining. We eat at many chilis in multiple states with zero issues. However; this location has a "test menu" that doesn't match up with their gluten menu on the electronic table top computer thing. Nor does it match anything on their website. Therefor everything we attempted to order they didn't have and couldn't make. Our server was wonderful and was trying to help and grabbed the manager to help out. Turns out. Her approach was horrendous. Immediately came across super unhelpful and annoyed that we were simply trying to find something for my mother in law to eat. Any time we would try to explain anything she would promptly interrupt without letting anyone finish a sentence. She also rudely snatched said table top computer with a terrible attitude. I feel sorry for any of the employees at this particular location just due to how extremely unhelpful and rude she was. When the attitude started our employee quickly ran off from embarrassment by her manager. We will be communicating with corporate on business hours Monday.

Great food and service 👌. The boneless chicken 🐔 wings were phenomenal. The Mac and cheese 🧀 😋 was note 📝 worthy. The restaurant was very clean and organized 👌. Handicap ♿️ parking is available. Happy 😊 hour gets you two drinks. Highly recommend this restaurant 👌.

This is one of our favorite places to eat out during the week. I get email offers from them for specials. The last time we were there I used a coupons for mix and match fajitas for $11.99 which was a great deal. The staff was courteous and we were seated right away. The food was delicious and filling a spot was served in a timely manner. Overall we had a great experience as usual and will continue to go there. We were here again, as usual. This time I made sure to get some pictures. I went with a calorie conscious choice this time. Good food as always and great service as usual.

Ordered through Doordash and I bought the chicken and bacon quesadillas and the only thing that made this bearable to eat with the avocado ranch dressing that came with with is. The whole screamed blah. The Cali turkey club had sweet bread with savory inside not a fan and the ribs were not great. DO BETTER 🌶

I visited this Chili's at the loop in Kissimmee Florida with a couple of friends and it was very nice and clean the food was very good they cooked it the way we asked for it the servers was awesome and we did some old timer which are hamburgers with fries I one of my friends did fajitas chicken fajitas and they served them a lot of food so the overall was very good continuous service refilling our drinks making sure that we're happy and everything was the way it's supposed to be I was very happy with my service there and they were following the social distancing and everything was very acceptable I was very happy that we stopped by there. And it was very convenient because it was at the loop and there was a lot of different stores that once we finished eating we could have gone to so after all parking was very available so it was very acceptable extraordinary service all of them were very friendly so I recommend this place so now make sure to put follow make sure you like leave a comment if you like and this is Johnny from adventures with the riveras moving on to the next adventure I wonder what's going to be let's see what it brings us have a good one everyone.

There was a very odd odor I noticed as soon as I walked in. We were just having appetizers and a drink. Got chips and salsa, and a triple play. When we lifted the bowl holding the salsa it was Very dirty all around the bottom. They brought us another order, but still. Never did a manager or anyone other than the runner apologize for that. Smh

Food and service today was great. Not everyday you have a good service at these restaurants. Good location.

Your typical chili's. However when we walked in we were not greeted for about 10 minutes. Then the hostess came over and greeted us and sat us. We waited about 15 minutes just for drinks. Which we then put the food in too since it took so long. Our food took another hour to come out. When I got my food the sauce had a coat of hardness on the very top(probably from sitting under the heat lamp too long). Our waitress didnt come by for refills or to take empty plates/cups. She never even asked how the food was until we were done eating. We asked for two to go cups and she gave us one, and never came back.

I wish the name of the servers were on our recipt. My waitress was an absolute delight. I would request her next time I go. She was patient while we took our time to order, notice everytime our drinks were low, quick with any extra sauce we asked for, she was just perfect to me. The food is good, no complaints.

Food actually was ok, my family n I enjoyed appetizers n meals we got on dis day. Hot n fresh not bad ,for real! Keep it up please but most of all!! BIG Shoutout out to EVA da DIVA our server for being so courteous n knowledgeable n attentive to me n my family most of all so humble n sweet she deserves server of da month for real!! Eva is the best server we’ve ever had! We were dining with a small baby & she made sure his food was out super quick so we could enjoy our dinner stress free. Every single thing we needed, she was right there to give. I hope chilis values her work & recognizes her work ethic in a time where that’s rare!

The food was delicious, their staff is very friendly...they were short staff when we went so we waited at the bar until our table was ready bartender took good care of us drink were on point...im definitely coming back

WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! The "manager" Angela, was rude, unprofessional and a liar. She actually tried to defend this steak (pic attached) as being rare! She actually tried to justify this steak as being properly cook as a rare steak! She obviously has no business being a manager of a restaurant. She refused to replace this "boot" and I will be following up with the corporate/ franchise administration. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't a concern for this location. #profitsoverpeople

Came here for a date dinner and was subsequently started on a ravioli kick. Their ravioli with veal and spinach filling and a creamy mushroom sauce is to die for!! Since then, I have thought that ravioli is a very underrated pasta that can be very special if done right. However, I will say, the ravioli didn't quite have the same effect the second time I had this dish maybe a year or more later. We also ordered the lamb rack with greens and polenta, which was their special of the day. The flavor of the lamb was great but I wasn't a big fan of the polenta, which didn't taste like much. The last dish was a seafood salad of some sort with seasonal vegetables. It was good quality but didn't stand out compared to the other dishes. The second time around, I ordered the duck, which did not disappoint. Tender meat with crispy skin and full of flavor!

The food was ok, the drinks were awsome but the server took too much time i between the food ordering and never ever went back to the table to even check if we needed drink refills.

We stopped past for a family dinner to lets the traffic jams subside. Caitlin our server took our drinks orders as we returned from the rest rooms, because we hadn't had time to look at the menu, if we had the wife may have ordered cocktails or something a little more daring that well drinks. Caitlin carefully took our orders, the daughters wanted starters and a main course, the adults only wanted mains. Our main courses arrived with the incorrect starter for the girls, they had ordered bbq chicken with ranch dip and got Spivey Cajun chicken with blue cheese dip. By the time we managed to catch Caitlin eye we had nearly finished our mains. Caitlin re ordered the starters whilst the girls main course turned up. The dips selected to go with the main course were of course wrong, but again our server was nowhere to be seen. We were able to correct the dips when the correct starters turned up. The well drinks we had ordered are free refills, but that requires a server to notice you had run out of drink, eventually we caught the eye of another member of staff.When the bill arrived we had been charged for Mac and cheese sides, the menu clearly states the crispy prospers are served with white cheddar mac and cheese, with no mention of premium cost. A really disappointing meal all around - best avoided.

Wow the meal deal here was great. Fast service and nice staff for Saturday lunch. Decided to try on a whim. Haven't been here since 2018 but everything was really good. Our server a nice young lady was excellent! I think her name starts with a E? She worked a Saturday afternoon. Anyway everything else was good.

We frequent the Clermont chilis location a few times a month and found ourselves on this side of town looking for somewhere to eat. We were very disappointed with the food quality. We were served raw chips and when we asked for a new basket of chips we were told all the chips would be like that because they are made fresh. When she brought more she repeated that it didn’t make a difference because all the chips were like that. My pink burger was also so raw I couldn’t pick it up to eat it

went out with my bestie for drinks & munchies, waiting 45 minutes after they said the wait time was 10 minutes. server ozzy was the redeeming quality of the night, great service. drinks were good, food was also pretty decent.

This Chili’s location is decent food comes out decently fast, bean dip queso unfortunately always needs to be sent back because they send it out cold, and not fresh. Staff is friendly, and is extremely nice. Food however is pretty decent.

It was good. The waiter that took care of us was great, friendly and attentive. Food was okay. Deals were good. Just didn't like fact that it was a Monday and had gone to I-drive wait was horrendous and left to go to Loop one and had to wait after calling prior to getting there. They didn't want to open I guess a section that was empty 🙄.

We went on New Year's eve and it appeared that they were short staffed. This didn't ruin our experience it just took a little to be seated although there were several empty tables around the restaurant. I server was very busy but he still managed to do a good job. The food was good and will visit again.

Eva Was the most amazing server ! She knew we had a flight to catch and Eva went out of her to make it a speedy experience! She was nice, efficient, and took extra great care of us! I highly recommend going in to this location and asking for her!

We ordered the smokehouse combo and bacon burger , food was exceptional. Ribs were so meaty and juicy , great smoke flavor ! Burger was big and juicy and tasted so good, one of the best burgers we’ve had ! Everything was great !

Amazing! The food always perfect! The attention! Everything was good! Thank you to our waitress because she brings us some chips and salsa to try and my daughter loved it!
