Great place, great service. I think food wise, as long as they package it right, they're well trained in customer service, they should go from good to great pretty quick! I've been going to this popeyes pretty regularly since last year and they do things better today compared to the first time i came. So definitely doing a great job as of now. Place is clean and food as always good as well.

Friendly service, but for $35.99 altogether I would have expected to get some real chicken tenders, not these little anorexic strips we got.

Great food but horrible service especially the manager who was patronizing and missusing her authority (in my opinion). I even asked for a water (for a 9 year old) cup and she didn’t give me anything and made me pay $3 for water. Don’t go to this Popeyes if you don’t want this horrible service.

They took damn near and hour to make a spicy sandwich, I ended up late to work even though I showed up there with 30 minutes to spare and my job was 6 minutes down the road. I also had an employee tell me I was waiting on a spicy chicken. And the fry cook had to ask him 3 times what he was making. He also made my plain sandwich regular after waiting nearly and hour for food. Just get better honestly.

This place is trash and so is management. Ordered 4 ordered of wings and they all looked diseased. The Spanish manager ermel insisted this was fresh chicken wings looked like they left it under the fryer for a couple weeks then decided when they got busy to toss it in some sauce and give it to an unlucky person. That person was me .

A decent Popeyes location. They got our order correct and on time for our mobile order. The staff weren't exactly friendly when we picked it up but not obnoxiously rude. The ghost pepper wings were excellent, and they gave us an extra tray of fries.

Picked up lunch, chose the surf and turf. So that is fried chicken tenders, fried shrimp, french fries, a biscuit and a drink. These savages sent me on my way with NO SAUCE what so ever. Not even a single packet of ketchup. If not for this Mountain Dew this meal would be so dry it would be a choking hazard.

I used to come here to eat a lot but now it’s super bad customer experience.order online and come to pick up and confirm with people who passed the order. But there is missing sandwich when I come back at home. Calling to talk and come back is very rude attitude.never come again!!should give a zero star!

I’m so sick & tired of the kind of treatment we receive from the manager along with the employees. The disrespectful, rude, nasty attitude towards us for no reason.Constantly giving us a hard time when ordering & long wait time for fresh food is a crime.Along that the food was disgusting 🤢, the meat had a raw smell & taste was off, biscuits were dry/old, just our whole order was not cooked or made properly. I will be contacting corporate & health inspectors because this shouldn’t be tolerated.

Avoid this store at all costs. Pulled up to the store and could hear the drive thru lady on a personal phone call. When she did finally help she was extremely rude. When we got to the window, she said nothing but the price and was slamming the drive thru window. Not sure what the problem was, but this experience was terrible. Whatever problem you are having should not be put on your customer.

Worse and poor service. The lady with short and red head gives the most unprofessional attention ever.

Bang on, prefer the chicken and biscuits to KFC, this is so much better. Mix the hot sauce with the honey, perfect chicken dip. My daughter found the hidden elf and got a free Oreo cheesecake 😀

Normally that's what I order in here, but every time it's an issue, after waiting to get the wings for 10 minutes, they came out without the breading!!

Good service seems to be a lost relic especially to this location. They have a large loud obnoxious Store manager yelling constantly at the employees. Which in turn has a negative effect on services and body language of the employees. You have to ask for fresh chicken or they will give old product. Rude Unprofessional management here be warned

This restaurant is never really very clean. The only reason I go is because I like Popeyes Fried chicken. They recently brought back their Cajun Rice for a limited time so that is why I went on this particular day. I also feel like the spicy chicken is not as spicy as it used to be, although it is almost always hot and fresh, which is good. The biscuits were good, as usual.

Service was decent. The spicy chicken sandwich(the one everyone raves about) is still good. The price is higher but so is everything. Best time to go is after 1:30 if you want to dine in.

The taste and texture of the chicken was great. The Mac and cheese was good. The biscuits and bean/with rice were also very good. The manager talked real slimmy to her crew. Therefore, everyone had attitudes. One young lady cursed like she was a sailor. Other were trying to make it to shift end. The cook was swamped, but he made it do what it do. I tip my hat to him. One young lady pulled a trash can up to the register area and left it. Did not wash her hands and went back to handling food. Another swept the floor and did the same.Does the water work in there? No hair nets, no caps or any type of hair cover. That fake stuff was everywhere. In the dining room, trash cans had been emptied. The trash was left sitting in the walkway in front of the exit door. Our order of 12 pieces of chicken,6 biscuits and two sides took 42 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back inside of that Popeyes,nor any other. The young lady at the window was extremely pleasant and helpful, the food quality was totally unacceptable.. the chicken was dry, it smelled funny and the red beans and rice had a ring around the bowl as though it was prepared long before I arrived... smh. Totally disappointed.

If i ever recieved my food i probably wouldve gave a good review but after being told to park and wait. Waited for 30 minutes to then have the same person who took my order come out and ask me what i was waiting on and then still on top of that give me a incomplete order and no receipt. Popeyes politely robbed me of 14 dollars. 🤦🏽

Mashed potatoes were not just terrible but gross. Chicken pieces are not just small but tiny and all breading with some pink uncooked meat in the middle. The only decent thing was the 10 fries we got. It was uneatable for us so instead it became an expensive meal for our dog.

Terrible service. At 8pm these lazy guys did not let us have a dinner inside because they dont want a clean again. Even if they close at 10 PM. MANAGERS AND OWNER please keep an eye on it.

Love coming to this Popeyes, always very clean, food don't take long like others I been, people very friendly including Benji. Every time me and hubby go he treat us like we are in a 5 star restaurant. Been in other Popeyes but none like this. Thanks Benji for showing you care about your customers.

Under staffed. Workers are nice and curious, but they easily miss steps due to handling food, taking orders from register and busy drive-thru. Some employees can handle this, but not worth minimum wage.

Tried the ghost-peppered wings. Very good flavor, nice crunch on the outside and is very just juicy inside. Tho it could be a little more spicier. Spicy level on a scale of 1-10 I'll give it a 3 and I'm generous. It is very, very, mild.... its no spicier than their regular mild chicken.

Drive thur is always on point, I drive pass another Popeyes to come here, 2 to 3 times a week. I always get fresh and hot food. The staff is kind and respectful.

Popeyes is great and 90% of the staff and food are as well. But company wise never get the wings, 20 bucks for 12 wings that looked like left over scrap from stuff cut in the back. Wings are a rip off and 12 weigh less than a 3 tender combo.

I ordered a family meal of 16 mild. I was the only one in the drive thru. I paid for the food with cash between 535-550p. Green beans, Mac, and fries were our sides. I paid Autumn P. $40 in cash. She said they had to warm up the green beans (that were sluggish and scary to serve). Before parking on the side for our meal for our family of 6 I asked Autumn P. If it was okay to have a couple of sauces thrown in the bag. She said yeah sure I will have all you want in there. The guy working inside brought out my bag. I left to go pick up my hubby. Noticed no sauce or receipt. I had to go back after picking up my hubby. I explained to the guy because Autumn wasn’t at the window now. He tells another girl who gave me a awful attitude. I had to explain the entire thing to her after I told him. Car running the entire time. I didn’t know I was going to get such a hard time. The drive thru was still empty when I got there. Autumn gave me a condescending response the entire time. After all the unnecessary attitudes Autumn P. said she couldn’t go back to print the receipt because it was 10 cars ago and she couldn’t go back that far. I was gone for about 15 minutes but I still couldn’t get a receipt she started writing one out without anything showing the store information time or at least who she was as the manager who processed the order herself. It was humiliating to have t beg for the receipt. I am not going back and my family has also made note of this experience.

Asked the order to be delivered... one of the sandwiches was supposed to be spicy.. and one of the orders was supposed to be white meat. Called the number on the website and it just rings and rings... poor customer service and careless for a $33 dinner!!! 😡😡

The food has always been great and mobile ordering with drive thru pickup like they have been offering is being adopted everywhere for a good reason - it's the best. However, there is a hole by the pickup window right where your tire will be when you stop and it has been there for years. It's not ideal. ALSO, lately there have been sporadic issues with missing items in drive thru orders (I have had this happen twice in a month).

I've been to worse locations for quality of service and/or food issues but for as much hype as Popeyes gets, I just haven't felt a 5 Star has been warranted on any of our visits. We do like their food and I'm a big fan of their mashed potato & gravy but there always seems to be 'something' that falls short at any location or with an order. Our latest visit, it was their banana pudding that seemed a bit 'off' and almost curdled. Used this location a few times and overall I'd say 4 Stars is fair - one of the better ones we've frequented.

We were welcomed by bright cheery smiles when we strolled in for dinner last night. Sheepishly showing our coupon they said EVERYone is welcome and they are happy to serve everybody! :^) Our food was served hot, and the order was correct. We even got to meet Miz Johnson, the manager who has been with Popeyes for over 25 years. She is quite proud of her team (and her product) and passed on some management tips and how to get young people to work together to succeed. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! PS: We even found the Cajun Elf on the Shelf and won a free dessert.
