    Whoever was taking orders in the back short white kid is super unprofessional! he was in the back cursing saying they where closed at 7PM and took my order completely wrong!! I paid extra just to leave the window and not fight with him but let me tell you not even the employee with him looked like he enjoyed working with him. Also look how they made a quesadilla. like who hires these people. and person taking order kept asking if I was done. sounded like he didn’t want to be there at all !

    If you can, go to another Taco Bell. We entered and there were people waiting for their orders and but no one ordering so we proceeded to the front because our order wasn't in any option in the self service order. They ignored us for about ten minutes until I asked if anyone was working the cashier for orders. The manager who seemed stressed working at the drive thru rudely told us to wait because they were busy and to use the self service which was not an option for us. So we almost left when a young man attended us and took our order, we explicitly specified what we wanted and they still gave us the wrong order. Once he gave us our order a lady who was waiting before us walked up to ask about her order, seemed like they gave it to someone else. We just ate what we got because it wasn't worth having to wait, besides the fact that they were constantly arguing about orders they were messing up. I didn't get the managers name but this was yesterday Friday December 2nd at about 6:45pm... He needs training on how to de-escalete when he's stressed and know how to speak to customers.

    I ordered a #8 Doritos Taco Locos. The girl who took my order needs better training. It took (3) tries to get my order correct. She looked lost and clueless and said it was my fault. The food was good. I guess it's been awhile, but $11.00 for (3) Taco's seems pricey... Probably will be awhile before I come back again.

    The establishment was empty at the time we went to get some food. You have the choice to order from their app or in person. They have a couple of kiosk screens you can order from but they happened to be on the fritz during our visit so we just ordered at the counter. They appeared to be a little short handed but they tended to us in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because the food is tasty and filling. Update: one of the kiosks is working now so that helped speed up my order.

    Food was hot at least. Manager working drive thru was short with words, not very ecstatic, like she despised me being there, the only one in drive thru and no one else in store. Then she told me to back up and pull up again, and me working in fast food years ago knows that is just to help reduce drive thru times. Didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce.

    Anytime i go after 9pm there is always an issue with limited payment or food is incorrect. Went yesterday with a young girl who worked there outside talking with a guy, and i pull up. She runs inside to tell me over the speaker the drive through is closed for 10-15min, so i drove off. Anytime I've been during the day with a manager present in the drive through, everything is good, all the food is there, and she very polite. They need better workers for the late shift, and I've been going here for 3yrs now because it's the closest to my house. Would recommend going during midday.

    It amazes me when an establishment like this one has employees that get to pick and choose when they want close other than the OPENLY posted hours of operation. You can show 1-2 hours before they are SUPPOSED to be closed, and you’ll be greeted by the low mumble “we are closed” (clearly by someone who sounds like they don’t wish to be there) or by some form of a issue that coincidentally doesn’t allow them to do business. Just all around a poor excuse of a business. Do better.

    The food is good, but they need to train better their workers. All order has something wrong. You ask beef you receive chicken. You ask for one burrito no beans, you eat the beans. We waited for 25 minutes for 3 wrong meals.

    Came after 10am and was told I couldn't get served lunch until after 11am. The kids were both rude about it when I asked when that started because I just ordered lunch there yesterday before 10. If that is the policy, fine, but don't be such rude children. I won't go here again.

    I don't understand how the customer service here is the way it is. The girl that I spoke to thru the speaker was as enthusiastic as a rock. Once I pulled up to the window to get my mobile order she handed my drink and food without even looking at me, I said thank you and she just blank starred at me like I was inconvenience her. I will NEVER return to this location. Be forewarned!

    Ordered food on kisok. Looked around lobby. There we're 10 people standing around the restaurant. Waited a few minutes and not 1 person got anything. Not even a drink. So I told them to cancel my order and I would come back for a refund and went across the street to eat at Burger King. Since I already paid and after eating at Burger King went back to taco bell to get my refund and a father and son were still waiting on there food who had ordered before me. Crazy

    service was good through drive thru. Very disappointed 😒 with the food. The tacos had very little meat and a few pieces of lettuce and tomatoes. It was a taco shell meal with hot sauce!! Not worth the money spent, If they were low on ground beef just fix the normal way and then just offer chicken. Hopefully better next visit, if not losing my business.

    Very bad service, waited at the parking for 30 minutes while other cars that came before us got their order first. Only then they notice we’re waiting when the attendant delivering food passed in front of us and asked if we’re waiting for food. I showed her the receipt and she said “oh, it’s ready” She went to get our order and handed it to us with no words or apology 😩

    Consistently given bad service when I come here. The reason I am writting this is, this is now the 3rd time I come to this Taco Bell when it's supposed to be open at 8am and they are simple "not taking orders". I was happy when this location opened in the neighborhood, but this has been more of a let down.

    This Is The Closest Taco Bell To My House. This Location Has Gotten My Order Wrong a Handful Of Times. I Went There Last Night (Dec 5), Ordered The #8 (3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme), Along With Three Other Items And a Drink. I Waited In The Drive Thru For About 6 Mins. The Gentleman That Took My Order Was Pleasant And Apologized It Was Taking So Long. When He Mentioned My Wait To An Associate (Highschool Looking Girl), She Shrugged Her Shoulders. When I Received My Order Something Told Me To Check The Bag. When I Did, The 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Were Not Supreme. I Parked And Went Inside To Get My Order Corrected. A Man Was Standing At The Counter And Claimed He'd Been Waiting For 10 Mins And That No Had Even Looked His Way (Mind You He Was The Only Person Standing At The Counter Besides Myself). He Walked Out After Waiting Another 2 Mins Or So. I Stood There For Almost a Total Of About 3-4 Minutes Before The Same Guy That Was At The Window Came Up And Asked What Was Wrong. I Told Him The Tacos Were Not Supreme And He Made Me 3 New Tacos. The Entire Time He Was Making My Food, Which Apparently Wasnt His Job, (He Was Supposed To Be The Cashier I Guess During That Shift, I Heard Him Say), The 3 Other Employees, Including The Manager On Shift Were In The Back Giggling And Chatting. Not Happy At All With This Locations Customer Service. The Fact That I Waited About 6 Mins For My Order And It Be WRONG, Is Completely Unacceptable. I'd Fire Everyone On Shift During The Time I Was There Except For The One Guy That Was Actually Doing His Job. And I Only Gave This Review 2 Stars Because Of The One Associate, Otherwise It'd Be a Whopping 0 Stars.

    Mixed opinion about this place, staff working appears to care less about doing their job. Manager, tries his hardest to make up for poor hiring. Food by staff is poorly put together, thrown together without care. Would love to make them their food, put in front of them the same trash and see what they have to say. Great location and great employees working before 8pm. After, that location is lucky to have the manager to cover everyone else!

    The franchise is set to open at 8:00am as posted on the website and at corporate get every morning around 8:10am I pass by and their fryer is never ready which is highly unprofessional. The manager, general manager, area manager need to hire reliable people that will show up to work before 8:00am and set up the store accordingly. Not open their doors at 8:00 and clock in at 8:00 and paying customers can’t purchase what they need.

    Just shut the place down already. They are never open even though listed hours say they should be. Nobody ever takes your order at the drive thru. You're better off just going to the Taco Bell down the road in the first place because you will have to end up driving over there anyways after stopping at this place.

    Picture of my “quesadilla” today. I think that speaks for itself. And I live less than a mile away, so I can assure you nothing happened between the drive through and getting home with it. The rest of the food was good, but this location consistently has issues with the quesadillas, ranging from being cold to not being cut at all. Today was by far the worst though. It looks like it was just balled up and thrown in the bag.

    They actually don’t deserve a single star for multiple reasons, besides Waited more than 45 minutes for my order the order was wrong so I had to wait even longer. The restaurant temperature was super cold so we decided to sit in the outdoor dining and the supervisor locked the door without any explanation or questions luckily my wife was still inside.

    My work is close to this location so I come here frequently for lunch break. My personal experience here is always excellent customer service. I remember the names of Nelly and Nick, but honestly everyone is kind. They ask you to verify if the order is correct on the screen in the window, and even during busy hours, they work hard to deliver. Sometimes the sauce is missing, but that doesn’t detract from the good experience I have here or from the food’s great taste. I will continue to come back and overall I do recommend.

    This Taco Bell is bad. Me and my family went and they messed up our order again. I really don't like this Taco Bell. if i can give them no stars I would. This is more then 4 times that they messed up our order. I wouldn't recommand this Taco Bell at all. They don't pay attention, always slow, rude.
