This was a recommended burger place and decided to try them out with a good friend. I tried their "Ace" burger with onion strings and it was absolutely a delicious burger and side. The flavor of the burger was on point. The meat patties were flavorful and their signature "Comeback sauce" just tops it. Their onion strings were also very good along with their Garlic mayo. 👌 This location is small with inside seating and outside. Parking will be an issue as there is only 3 spots on the rear of the establishment (2 regular and 1 handicap) so you will most likely have to park on the street. Definitely must try!!👍

Great experience! The cashier was super nice and helpful (as this was our first time visiting). The customer service was A+, and the burgers were A++! The shakes were delicious as well. We will definitely be returning!

Indoor and outdoor seating Wrap-around short tool seating. Table seating. Huge Tabletop Connect Four game. Great Service. Youthful servers; professional. Clean inside and outside. Great music playing in the background; viking tunes. Great atmosphere inside and out. Free parking. No overnight towing is posted. Food is original authentic taste. The ACE burger is banging with flavor. The hotdogs may be the best I've had since Chicago, and that says a lot. Also, the Sweet Potatoe Tater Tots..."sweet baby jezzuz good!" Had to let the chef and cook know that they did a fine job. 👌

Ace #3 exceeded all expectations. Their exceptional ratings are well-deserved. The fries, often overlooked, are truly the best in Charlotte. The service is outstanding, with a staff that is both accommodating and friendly. You simply cannot go wrong with a meal here.

The ACE is phenomenal. It's a well seasoned burger with a copious amount of cheese and grilled onions with a great sauce. I loved the seasoned fries, too. They have a great unique flavor and texture.

I treated my husband here for Fathers Day after hearing him mentioning he wanted to try it out after seeing it on IG. So glad I decided to go here for lunch. Everything from the food and customer service were excellent! Kudos to the manager Eugene and his son Elijah that made us feel welcomed. Definitely my new go to for a good burger or hot dog. Oh yeah, the fries are good n’ crispy! Check them out you will not be disappointed.

We was greeted soon as we entered the facility. The guy behind the cash register was very entertaining and helpful making all selection. He made the experience much better cuz he had us laughing most of the time while we looking over the menu. It was clean and had the TVs on. They even have outdoor sitting areas. We ordered the double Ace burger with the comeback sauce and french fries and we had the cookie and cream milkshake plus the crown apple milkshake. They happy hour for the milkshakes is half price so. The food was delicious. The milkshake was also even the one with the crown apple in it. But I will be going back trying another burger and I'll post it. Same location so everyone who hasn't been here needs to at least go and try. We tried this restaurant because we heard they had great burgers and they had to crown apple milkshake. HAHA.

Best burger I’ve ever had and it’s not even close!! Delicious patties, toppings, and bun—everything was done exceptionally well. The staff was awesome, the vibe was chill and they even had a cool 90s R&B playlist going. If it’s your first time you definitely should dine in. That first bite hot off the grill is amazing. This burger puts 5 Guys to shame, highly recommended!

Ace No. 3 Is One Of The Top Burger Places In The Clt Area. They Are Very Consistent And The Food Is Always Great. This Location In Particular Has An Awesome Manager Who Always Makes Sure The Customers Are Satisfied And Taken Care Of. He Always Goes Above And Beyond Making Sure That Your Food Is Up To Par And Just Even Checking To See How You Are. This Is A Top Tier Location For Sure!

I have found myself here multiple times since I found this place. Not only are the employees and service wonderful, if you have to be gluten free this place is the jackpot! It allows you to enjoy a burger without missing gluten in the slightest. The gluten free buns are soft and delicious and they made sure to tell me the fries are not gluten free as well. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a burger and milkshake!
