Ellis is so personable and makes every trip special. My family and I have used them for years for all our jewelry needs. They are extremely informative and really care about making sure you love your final product. They sit with you and take as much time as you want to decide and try different styles out. When you are ready to make your decision, they make you a profile and put the specifics of all you want into it. My fiancé simply just had to pay. It was all in their system what I wanted. Cannot recommend enough!! Kory is the one who helped us and he is who has made our trips so wonderful!

Ellis Jewelers helped restore my solitaire engagement ring after the stone had fallen out and was never found. They helped my husband pick out a beautiful replacement diamond that most closely matched some special characteristics of the original diamond. They were able to use my original ring and put a new head on it and brought the whole set back together. I could not be more appreciative of their time and effort in restoring my bridal set. I am forever grateful.

I recently stopped in to have a ring re-sized and fell in love with a ring, so I it added to the Christmas wish list. Dan must’ve known that I couldn’t get the ring out of my head because he called my husband when I left the store to tell him that I was obsessed. Once the selection was made, Jennifer took the time to verify with the vendor so that my hopes wouldn’t be crushed. She artfully talked through cost, not making any assumptions on payment; and lastly kept me abreast while waiting on the order to arrive! She was not present when I picked up my purchase, but the remainder of the staff didn’t miss a beat!!! Everyone was kind and courteous, even taking my engagement ring and making sure that it shines just as beautifully as my new wedding band. All and all, my experience was wonderful and a place that I would recommend Ellis to any one who is looking your next piece and Jennifer specifically for her excellent and caring customer service!!!

We recently purchased our wedding bands from Ellis Jewelers in Concord, NC and it was a great experience. Our salesman Kory took time to understand our preferences and offered selections that matched our needs. We also had a ring sized which was returned looking better than when it was new. The rings were all ready in the allotted timeframe to meet our wedding date. We also met Mr. Ellis when we picked up our rings and were impressed how he valued our opinions about our purchase and even offered recommendations as to how to keep our rings looking like new. We will definitely use Ellis jewelers for all our future jewelry purchases. They really care about their customers.
