Great experience in the first couple of times but my last appointment I had booked was for two appointments back to back. I was late for the first one by 20 minutes. Then I knew I lost the first one but they canceled both appointments and when I went in person for the at least second appointment they had already booked it and the soonest they could reschedule both was over a month out. It is a great place but be extremely careful to not get screwed over by their scheduling issues

I had to get my tonsils and adenoids removed last week. Two days ago I came back into the office because I was in complete agony. I was given a shot and some medication. Everyone in the office was so kind and gentle, which made me feel ten times better to start with. I feel so much better now. The hospitality is fantastic here.

I came here to get my tonsils removed after about 15yrs of waiting/avoiding the surgery. Dr. Wettreich took amazing care of me from the initial appointment all the way through surgery. The recovery sucked, if you're an adult considering a tonsillectomy - the rumors are true - it's really really bad for about a week after surgery. But Dr. Wettreich was awesome even in a tough time - he answered questions, assisted my husband with concerns post-op, and gave me all the info I needed to be prepared. If you need a good Dr, he's your guy! 10/10 recommend ☺️

I cannot even begin to say enough positive things about LKN Ear, Nose and Throat and the Iredell Surgical Center. Everyone is extremely helpful, responsive and professional. Dr. Wettreich did an outstanding job with my surgery. He and his team were very thorough and took time to explain the surgery and the recovery process. Both teams were kind and compassionate and helped me through every stage of the process I would highly recommend LKN ENT!

Dr Wettreich is so good to work with. Takes time with the patient and is never in a hurry. Brandy does an awesome job supporting Dr Wettreich. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat stopped carrying my insurance and wouldn't service my hearing aids. I called Lake Norman, and they said to just drop them by, and they would take care of them. Good service!

Dr. Wettreich is an amazing physician. My son & husband both see him. He treats them with kindness and takes time to listen to their symptoms and answer all questions. We never feel rushed during our visits. They both had tonsillectomy surgery. Dr. Wettreich was available to answer any questions post surgery. I highly recommend him and this team.

All three of my family members have been treated here, myself being the most recent. Dr. Wettreich is great, as well as all of his support staff. Never had a complaint in almost 7 years of coming here.
