A must visit for sure. Went here with my woman to do a wine tasting. We both have never done one before but the woman at the counter was extremely pleasent and helpful. Lynn was her name. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about the selection we tried. The wines we tried were of good quality and most I would buy at the store. We did the sweet tasting option by the way. The wine slushy was to die for. Never heard of that before and it sucks that I didn't because it was amazing. The scenery was gorgeous and very quaint. Recommended.

A nice Mother's Day visit with our daughter. We talked with the main area where we met very a nice, friendly gentleman who answered our questions on making wine. We liked the sweet wines. Seasonal wines. There is an outdoor area to listen to music in the sun, seating area between the buildings with tables, umbrellas to keep the sun off. Wines were refreshing and enjoyable. They had a list of other wines which were probably more to the liking of a conisour. Maybe next time I will try the other tasting group of wines.

This is an awesome place to relax and let time pass by. It's nestled back in, so the entrance does sneak up on you. They offer dry and sweet wine tastings depending on your preference. You can also buy a glass and sit on their porch or seating area. There are small snacks to buy if you'd like something to go with your wine.There is a small gift shop that offers t-shirts, glasses, etc.

My husband and I absolutely love the Weather Vane wines. I have bought all of my wine there for several years. Did and his employees are the best. Customer service is great always leave happy with everyone. Recently got our large order at the Muscadine Festival and the guys even carried it to our vehicle. You won’t be disappointed

The cabin, Corks Up, was very nice. The perfect spot for a night or weekend romantic getaway. We also did the wine tasting at the winery. The have a good selection of both sweet and dry wines. The sweet wines are very good. The owners were friendly, helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend the cabins and winery. We will be back.

There’s a wide variety of sweet wine to sample. Strawberry Breeze and Placid Peach are two of my favorite wines!!

My wife and I love all the wine's they make. We enjoy tasting them at wine festivals and stopping into their tasting room in Welcome. NC. Friendly and always helpful.

Seasonal wine is absolutely the best. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only three stars because it's not at the same level of more established winery's. A small Cafe or restaurant with it would be nice so you could do all there. But definitely recommend and would go back for any special event

Our daughter and son in law took us there Sunday for a surprise. Omg it was amazing The wine, the owners and the entertainment was fabulous. We will be back. If you haven't been you need to visit. Best wine in NC.

What a beautiful place to just kick back, enjoy the smooth wonderful wines offered. There is a nice selection to choose from and knowledgeable people to help you. My absolute favorite wine. Their sweet wines are so good. Tropical wave and stormy passion are my favorite! I look forward to the fall and summer for these seasonal wines.

Decided to give this winery a try and boy were we disappointed!!! Had never been to a wine tasting place like this!! The host had no knowledge of the wine! Very minimal wine to taste during the tasting!!! I would suggest you not waste your time going here- just go to Childress

Very quaint winery. Love the outdoor seating area. The service was great! “Our ladies from the hood” group have enjoyed two social celebrations and will definitely return!

Was greeted warmly by owners, had a few questions about one of the wines I have had in the past - they answered my questions, made recommendations and I am totally happy with my experience. I HIGHLY recommend Weathervane to anyone who wants a great experience with good people and good wine

The owners were so nice and friendly! We had planned to go outside and decided to stay in and chat with them. Great wine selection also!! Walked away with 6 bottles and can't wait to go back for more.
