I
would
have
given
one
star
if
Dr.
Burbank
wasn't
such
a
great
doctor.
The
manners
of
the
entire
front
desk
staff
are
just
deplorable.
They
don't
tell
you
until
the
day
before
your
follow-up
appointment
that
your
total
balance
has
to
be
paid
off
in
full
before
you
can
come
in
to
your
appointment.
They
did
try
calling
back
later
to
set
up
a
payment
plan,
but
I
have
been
making
regular
payments
of
all
I
could
afford
on
disability
checks
since
the
day
of
my
surgery.
Prior
to
this,
I
made
a
mistake
and
showed
up
at
the
wrong
time.
After
explaining
this
to
the
lady
at
the
front
desk,
I
was
belittled
and
treated
as
if
I
were
dumb.
The
time
before
that,
at
my
first
follow-up
appointment,
they
tried
to
tell
me
that
I
was
supposed
to
pay
the
balance
in
full
before
my
appointment,
and
decided
to
blurt
out
my
balance
loud
enough
for
the
entire
waiting
room
to
hear.
They
said
I
would
allow
me
to
see
the
doctor
that
day
because
I
was
already
there,
but
I
needed
to
pay
in
full
before
I
rescheduled.
I
explained
the
situation
to
Dr.
Burbank,
he
assured
me
it
was
alright,
to
go
ahead
and
schedule
the
appointment.
Prior
to
that,
I
went
to
see
Dr.
Ahern
for
the
same
issue.
Completely
incompetent.
You
could
physically
see
there
was
something
wrong
with
my
knee
just
by
looking
at
it.
Even
after
an
MRI,
Dr.
Ahern
told
me
that
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
my
knee,
and
to
get
rid
of
my
brace
and
trust
in
my
knee.
Two
days
later
my
knee
buckled
while
going
down
stairs
and
caused
me
to
fall.
Dr.
Burbank
looked
at
my
knee
and
the
MRI
and
within
3
minutes
knew
what
was
wrong
with
my
knee.
I
would
highly
recommend
Dr.
Burbank
for
knee
surgery,
if
you
have
thousands
of
dollars
and
all
the
free
time
in
the
world
to
work
around
their
schedule.
