    Haven't been there in years. Changed a lot for the better. I ordered the schnitzel my wife ordered chicken skewers. My meal was good but the chicken skewers were the worse she ever had in taste and serving size. Went there today 31/01/2023. Had the chicken parmigiana and wife cheese burger. Both meals were great. They had run out of normal chips so we could have sweet potato or mash. We chose the sweet potato, good choice. The hotel still has the old type character that l like and staff are great.

    It was a great place to have a meal and a bear. I love the atmosphere in there Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

    My son and I had lunch on Sunday . We were suprised at how big the meal was. We ordered chicken parmigiana, the chicken was very tasty the salad was a bit of a letdown . The salad looked to be kale and cabbage with little Mayo sprinkle on top of it and the chips where soft and not tasty. The free garlic bread was the star of the meal, it was delicious. We were the first to arrive after we where seated it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. We enjoyed our meal and am happy to eat there again.

    I had Arancini(rice ball), and the others had Lamb Shank meal, Fish & Chips meal. I was able to get a take-away container for leftovers since I have a tiny appetite. Pretty good pub meals. Self service drinks, ie. obtained from the bar. With drink and meal it was approx. $25 per person. Everything seemed clean.

    Beau being one of the finest waiters we’ve had in a long time, my girlfriend and I both agree that our dining experience was one of the best we’ve ever had. Food was divine, promptness, etiquette and politeness was superior

    Had a great night but evenings are not for seniors. Very noisy, no seniors menu or discount at night as they have had in the past. Food was good. Don't take orders at table so you have to queue or know how to do that QCode thingy. Need to get own drinks from bar - steps and all, getting back to table with full drink up the stairs is quite a feat. Enjoyed the night however.

    Not a fan of pubs, but the serving size is monstrous so be prepared, and empty. Waiters are lovely, food was yum.

    Went there prob 2 years ago and ordered 2 dearest meals on the menu, was averave at best, and entrees were no better, was a Sat night and honestly there is no reason to stay after meal. Have not been back because better options nearby.

    Great service by the Manager - friendly and attentive. We had the Nachos to share which were delicious! Toilet/Facilities very clean too. Safe children's play area too so ideal for families.

    Food was ok but a bit oily. 3 of us at a table, one had their food in 10min, 2 had to wait over half hr - not ideal when the two ordered at least 5 min earlier through the app at the table. It was not overly busy for a Thursday I believe. I used to love this place! They definitely need to open the sports bar again, what a waste of a great venue! We were looking forward to a game of pool after dinner, not the pub feed we were hoping for.

    Absolutely amazing service as always. Meals were truly delicious and cooked to perfection. Wait time was short too, considering the amount of people. Table service received from Megan was second to none! Professional outstanding service Megan. We were truly stoked how hard you worked not just on the tables, pretty much everywhere, smiling and interacting with the customers. Asset to Ogden's, along with Supervisors. Highly Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Used to be good since they changed this place it's very average food I'd much rather drive to Haynes bar and grill instead, the food is 100x better whilst costing less

    Great place for dinning. They have an open Beer Garden, children's play area which is also out in the open, huge space for Dinning with friends, & Booth's if you simply prefer to dine alone. Welcoming staff & the food is amazing, it never differs

    Always get delicious meals here always cooked to perfection was there for Sunday lunch I had the chicken Mignon the absolute best ever moist juicy thick chicken breast bacon cooked to my liking and the garlic sauce was fabulous big well done

    Great to take kids as play area and movie in trains are there. Friendly staff and nice desserts. Reasonable pricing. Libe music on Fridays too.

    It's been about 3 years since we were at this place, the last time i would have given this place about 1 star. This time however I have given it 4 stars. The food was very nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. We all had a good time.

    Good fast service! Kid friendly, meals were decently priced and large. I had a chicken parmigiana and it was delicious! Wonderful playground for the children and a cosy old train carriage for the children to sit and watch a movie was beautiful.

    The staff are really helpful & friendly& you really can’t fault the service. We had dinner there & that was another story had a steak sandwich & fries. For an Ozzie pub, they don’t have beetroot, the don’t use fresh tomatoes and don’t don’t fried onions & the meat was as fatty as. Semi dried tomatoes & pickled onion doesn’t ‘cut it’ in and Aussie sandwiches. Even the burgers weren’t typically Australia, which is a shame as Australia make the best burgers! 😤
