Very happy with my visit. Staff was so kind. Basically no wait time, and my test results came back quickly. I made an appointment day of and was seen by Caroline Morris, who made me feel very comfortable. She genuinely wanted to hear any questions/concerns I had. I haven’t had many positive healthcare experiences where I felt heard and informed, so I can say I was pretty relieved when I left my appointment.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Everything was smooth from start to finish. The online process was easy. We were seen right away Greta was our Medical Assistant and Caroline was our physician assistant. Both were awesome they were so patient with my son as he was feeling miserable. They did everything to make him comfortable to do the exam. Definitely one of the best Henry Ford clinics I’ve been to in a LONG TIME !!

Never coming here again! After calling ahead and being told they would accept my insurance, i went to schedule an appointment over the phone to which i was told by the receptionist that she would not help me with arranging a time for an appointment and that I would be on my own to figure it out on their website. after navigating through the website and picking my time, i arrived at the woodward location to be disappointed once again to have the same receptionist request all of my personal information that I had already provided online when making the appointment, then I was told that I was unable to attend my appointment, because they do not accept the insurance that they told me they accepted over the phone, The only reason I chose that location was because i was told over the first phone call that they excepted my insurance, nothing quite like the feeling of wasting your day trying to get care for an illness to be turned away after arriving on time because they cant give correct information over the phone Moral of the story is don’t go here! You’d have better luck improving your health picking up at the McDonald’s off of Woodward then going to this place If it’s urgent, they don't care

I just found out this place exists through a nurse I spoke to on the phone. This was a God sent for me today. I been struggling with a cough that wouldn't go away and right ear pain and dealt with it for a week until I couldn't take it anymore today. HF sterling heights walk in was closed and the nurse on the phone told me to go to this one. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online. The actually place was so nice and clean as well as the staff. The doctor that saw me was super nice, and I felt taken care of. Ended up I had a bad ear infection. He prescribed antibiotics and i was on my way. I am just so glad I know about this place now!

When I went in it wasn’t that bad there wasn’t a line or anything. But when I got checked on they didn’t really check my chest and everything I was congested and my nose was runny and throat was dry due to coughing a lot they didn’t check my breathing or anything just asked how I was feeling overall at first I was fine but I would’ve liked them to at least use the stethoscope to see if there is any mucus in my lungs or something but they just checked my throat and ears and said yeah you’re good woke up the morning prior with sharp pain in my right chest and am having a hard time breathing and they didn’t prescribe me anything just told me to take Flonase and Claritin saying it’s just a cold. Now I feel like it’s more than just a cold

Nicest urgent care I have ever visited. Bright, clean, new facility, staff is excellent. I was a walk-in with no appointment and still managed to be in and out in under an hour. Really great experience.

Stay away!!! The billing department is very incompetent. Don't make a payment in person. It will not be posted to your account! You will be billed!! You will be dealing with a very difficult billing department. That is not able to do anything. Everything must be escalated to another department. They lie and say your account will be on hold until they can resolve the issue, but then another bill comes. No one ever calls you back. You can't speak to a supervisor. They will put in an escalation request for a supervisor to call you back in 24-48 hours. Guess what? No call back!! I have been dealing with this for 4 months. The corporate office line is always busy. I messaged the CEO on LinkedIn, I am waiting to see if he responds. They have like 200 locations for many different HCF. They don't care about the patient. They are not accredited with the BBB. Stay away!!! Caroline Morris PA and Desmond tech. are amazing at this location! Very skilled, great bedside manner. Unfortunately we will not be back or to any other location. Also don't go to the West Bloomfield location.

Best urgent care experience to date. Our toddler had an ear infection and we wanted him seen ASAP. It was SO easy to schedule an appointment and submit our information online. The the experience really was smooth from beginning to end. The facility was welcoming and clean. Parking was easy. Caroline Morris PA was exceptional - we were impressed with her efficiency and knowledge. She was so kind and thorough. Will definitely be recommending this urgent care to our local friends.
