It was okay! I don't have anything extremely negative. However, I wasn't impressed. The meatball starter had a decent flavor, but seemed to have been microwaved. It had hot and lukewarm spots as you were eating the meatballs. It wasn't busy. Employees standing around engaging with one another more so than with patrons. Our waitress was nice and straight to the point, no extra conversation. She never refreshed my husband water, or asked if I wanted another cocktail. She brought us our food, asked if we needed a box to go, received our check and we left.

I don't think I could improve or expect a better pizza. The ingredients were extremely fresh and you could tell the dough was just made as well. It was cooked absolutely perfectly and just the way you would want it. This is definitely going to be one of my go to spots in the area.

We ordered the antipasto salad and a large margarita pizza with marinated red onions, prosciutto and green olives. Also asked to have the pizza well done. Salad was so good, chop well and tossed perfectly with the dressing. Pizza is one of our favorite spots in the area. Cooked perfect, great toppings and crust is always phenomenal.

Actually giving a 0 star for food. First time ordering pizza from crispellis. Highly disappointed after hearing great things. Not only did the Mediterranean Pizza have 16 tiny pieces of grilled chicken but the crust was flimsy af. It was basically a pile of cheese surrounded by “crust” had to document because it was the worst pizza I have ever had. Would’ve been better off having a frozen pizza or little Caesars.

My dietary issues make it hard for me to venture out and try a pizza place but an app told me this place accommodates dietary needs really well. I’m SO glad I listened. I’m blown away with how incredibly good the food is! I got an Italian panini on a gluten free bun & I had to call to confirm it was actually gluten free cause it’s so good!!

Literally just picked up a pile of cheese surrounded by crust. We ordered the Mediterranean pizza instead that is what we got. I want my money back. Compliments to the marketing team and their photo shop skills online because the Mediterranean pizza we got was probably the worst pizza I have ever received. I would have been better off getting a hot & ready from little ceasars.

My date and I shared an amazing pizza, high quality ingredients and very flavorful. Unfortunately there was a metal prong from a broken sign in the parking lot that caused a bad flat on my date's truck, but I wanted to point out how well it was handled. Dylan, the manager on duty, found a cover for the metal prong, and was such a kind and thoughtful human being to not only compensate us but helped my date with his flat tire replacement! I hope that he sees this or the owner sees this and rewards Dylan for his efforts to go above and beyond for customers and just genuinely be kind and graciously eager to help out. Thank you, Dylan!

Went there with the family for Sunday brunch two weeks ago. Place was dead in the restaurant, lots of take out orders waiting to be picked up. Took way too long for a server to wait on us, and when she finally showed up, she only wanted drink orders. 20 minutes later drinks arrive and another 10 minute delay to order. Food was OK, not great. Salads were small and poorly put together. Other family members liked the minestrone soup. All 12 of us shared a bunch of pizzas, which were mediocre at best. Toppings were scantily arranged on pizzas and all arrived to the table lukewarm. Service and food were sub pat for the premium price wound up spending for a family brunch. Other Italian places in the area are far superior to Crispelli's.

Oh good, there is an authentic Italian Pizza place in this entire area. I love Detroit style Pizza, but Naples style Pizza is by far the greatest. The quality of the food was great, tasted like real and authentic Italian Pizza. Most Italian Pizza places make it look authentic, but don't get the flavors correct. Glad this place does both well. Heavily recommend. The Margherita was delicious. The appetizer and the salad was good, too. The service was excellent and friendly. The venue was a lovely place. Great atmosphere. Will go again.

They have the best wood fired pizza around! Crispellis offers fresh delicious ingredients. They have wonderful salads pizza pasta and soup and sandwiches. I different recommend the thin crust pizza with a crispellis salad and a bread basket with fresh made epi's, and garlic parmesan bread! Yummy. You also can not beat the prices for the quality of food and the amounts of food you receive! I definitely would recommend to anyone!

This cheese did not quit! Either eating at the food truck or the restaurants, quality is what you get! The Troy restaurant is where we went, at 9pm, we were late for any bakery treats but the pizza(s) were delicious!

The pizza here is fantastic. Tried the pepperoni Margherita, white pie, shrimp and chorizo, and wild mushroom. They were all well done and will return for sure. Only complaint is the tiramisu, which had a minty flavour.

One of the most consistently good local pizzerias in the Metro Detroit area. Plenty of options for the whole family but their tried and true is their thin crust pizza pies. Only wish they served espressos.

Service was amazing! Food was so delicious! It can be a little pricey but the portion of food that you get is really not bad at all! Will definitely recommend and be back!

Great experience! Service was very good. Pizza was served all at once, and was yummy! Bosco sticks were great. Nice seating options, inside and out. Great bar. Cool to be able to watch the pizzas get made. Nice location. Clean!

My family and I love Crispelli’s. It is always an enjoyable experience. The crust is crispy, chewy with just the right amount of golden brown. The toppings and cheese are of exceptional quality. The service staff goes beyond their way to ensure all their customers have a wionderful experience. I highly recommend Crispelli’s.

Definitely not up to the caliber of Royal Oak Crispelli’s. We went for lunch and a couple of items (beverage and food) were already out. Our waitress was very accurate on the orders, but kept forgetting things (silverware, water, extra dressing, etc) and had to make multiple trips to and from the table. It took a very long time to be served and we were given extremely large, almost empty plates for sandwiches due to regular plates not being washed. Sandwiches were supposed to come with pickles, but they did not, so we requested them. The response was that the waitress would check to see if they came with our sandwiches. It then it took a full 10+ minutes to get them. The side salads were excellent and the salmon sandwich was outstanding. Mac and cheese was outstanding as well. The sourdough was, however, cut very thin and broke apart. Definitely not a great experience. Between waiting to be seated (despite an entire empty section),waiting to order, waiting for food, waiting for utensils and eating (pretty quickly by that point), we were there about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Would not return.

Food was yummilicious! Service was great! I got the shrimp & chorizo pizza added spinach 😋😋😋 It doesn’t weigh u down! Also I don’t know how to leave without grabbing a 🍪(let’s not lie some cookies)

First time at Crispelli’s, place is nice, clean and a good atmosphere Food… can make improvements… I had meatballs and spaghetti, meatballs were so full of basil, a bit overwhelming, I even was grateful they’re only 3 on my plate, I only ate one and a half, sauce a bit watery but with a good flavor. My husband loved his plate, chicken parmigiana…

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Anything I have ordered has tasted amazing. I ordered a white pizza, and when I picked my pizza up the staff informed me they made the wrong size, but re made it in the correct size and gave me the other one for free which I thought was very nice. Great customer service, nice staff. Will go again!

We reserved a table for 20 for a small retirement party, 3 people called in advance and spoke to Eric, and a few other staff members to make sure it would not be an issue if we were over 20 guest. We were told that would not be an issue, since our reservation was at 11:30. The reservation was for 20, and my co-worker did a head count, and made a list. We had 27 people. It turned into an issue with Jeff the GM, and Jeff seemed angry that there were over 20 paying guest, and angrily told me I would have to pay the $300.00 room fee. Jeff, then proceeded to tell me that it would have been ok if we had only been over by one table. If we had been given that information on the multiple calls we would have just reserved the room. When sending out an email for a luncheon sometimes people just decide to show up! Which is why we asked on multiple occasions if that would be an issue. We were never told, it would be an issue if we occupied more than one additional table. The bill was over $900.00, and we were charged $200.00 for an event. Once they decided to charge the additional $200.00, they could have at least moved us to the empty event room. We will NEVER visit this establishment again. Communication is key in situations like this. If we had been given the information we needed on one of the 3 to 4 phone calls, we could have avoided the angry management and additional charge. The waitress was very good and deserves the $200.00 we were charged.
