I went into this store today and ordered 3 chicken salad sandwiches. They were made right in front of me (although I can’t actually see because the counters are so tall), yet somehow one of my sandwiches COMPLETELY EXCLUDED all of the chicken salad. I was absolutely appalled. Thanks for lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich….??? Really disappointing and basically unacceptable. I have no idea how that happens.

They used to have doordash/ubereat orders ready in a timely manner about a year ago, but now you will have to wait 5-30 min sadly, they really have no respect for the time of drivers, who are bring more customers to their business. Shame on them

Love love love their food, milkshakes are fire as well!! ❤️‍🔥 The only thing I have to complain about is the dirtiness. It just not very clean, I think a thorough deep clean would be great!

The food was okay. The salad was kind of bland also the subs were mid. Overall the prices didn't match the flavor, anti-climactic.

Ordered delivery via Grubhub and my sandwich was made to perfection and the broccoli soup was amazing! I was reminded how great Potbelly can be and just about love everything I try here. My company even had them cater lunch for us and everyone in the office loved everything. Thank you!!

Awesome sub shop, and one of the best tasting broccoli and cheese soups you'll come across. I can't praise it enough. The bread is always fresh and I'm never disappointed with the quality of ingredients. Potbelly is where it's at! I highly recommend checking it out.

I have been to over 30 Potbelly locations, this was BY FAR the best made food I’ve ever had. I wish I could rate 10 stars!

The food was as good as always but being the second time ordering from this store and my wife not getting her hole order yet again I’m kind of thinking it is either the fact that the employee’s can’t read or just don’t care what people order I’m thinking that me and my family will just order from a different store or will just not be ordering from potbellies in the future

Ordered $60 worth of food, decided to try a new sub shop that was close. Was very disappointed. The family is still hungry & we have to go to McDonald’s to get a 40 pc nugget. There was no meat to be found on our subs we ordered and I had to check 3 times because it blew my mind. Pure bread and lettuce.. the Mac & cheese was very dry, and old looking. I don’t know if it was the cook on shift today because I know that has happened with prior experiences. You should be shamed. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

This potbelly is the best I have been too so far. I had the chicken club. It was great! Service was super friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing, though busy. Will be coming by when I’m in the area again!

Ordered online, had to call 2x to find out where my food was, 1st time I was put on hold. Called back again to be informed that a 3rd party had my food to be delivered. Then it didn't come how I had ordered it. Couldn't really call back and talk to bc I'm a nurse on duty and was in clinic. 1st time ordering from this location and I wasn't impressed for the amount I paid.

Potbelly subs are among the best and this is the best Potbelly that I've visited. The bread is always fresh and toasted perfectly. Service is fast, even when the line is a bit long. And the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are really, really good. Not cheap, but if you're a Costco member, get four $25 gift cards for just $74.99. That's effectively a 25% discount off the posted menu prices, a great deal!

Staff was extremely nice, and upon trouble with the card reader even gave me my sandwich for free. Food tastes great and staff have always been wonderful to me.

My orders are always ready and correct. every time i walk in, all the employees say hello and are happy. The management keeps the place clean and everyone happy. 👍👍

Very friendly and helpful service, great food (with some solid diversity and some unique items) and very reasonably priced. Fun vibes in it's design. Definitely worth a stop!

Polite enough but if you don't put a napkin on your face you won't get served. I didn't have one handy because, you know, I'm not sick... They will not provide. Guess that's that then. Bummer. The annoying part, I made a special trip to come here. If you demand it, face paper should be provided. Just saying.

Great experience! Bustling, with a staff solely focused on quality and the customer. Generous portions with outstanding service and taste. Have to give a shout out to the Buffalo Mac and cheese, as it gives Panera a run for its money, even if was just plain Mac Mac cheese. Hip atmosphere with a clean and sturdy feel. Easy to navigate menu with a plethora of options. Those hot peppers are to die for, too. Very happy with my experience here and I will be returning in the near future.

Wish they would ask for your rewards membership at checkout, I’m missing out on lots of points. Tables aren’t kept clean during lunch rush. Besides that the food tastes good.

One of our places we order for work. Love our delivery driver. Always on time and nice. Told me yesterday that they might discontinue my soup. Kinda sad about it, hope they dont do it. Its my all time favorite from here. You guys do a great job. Thank you

Appreciate the Trot location so much. All the personnel there are totally professional, personable and friendly. Since I've starting frequenting this establishment, I had no problem and/or issue that wasn't quickly resolved. It's a pleasure to work with such professionals.

The vegetable soup was delicious, but when we went to sit down nearly all the tables were dirty.

Loved the Avo Turkey Sandwich! Added all the fixings and a bag of cheddar Sun Chips tops the lunch. Don't forget to drink "Hot" water to wash everything through. Hot water is the best choice always!
