TERRIBLE. I wouldn't recommend anyone get any type of service here, especially abortion services. The wait times are terrible; it doesn't matter what time you arrived, there is no telling when you will be seen. I don't know what type of system they use to service patients, but I was there from 1030am until after close. They only have 1 doctor servicing a plethora of women a day so that may be part of the reason. RIDICULOUS. Secondly, every staff member is unprofessional (including the doctor). It was maybe 3 (out of around 10) respectful staff members I encountered my whole time there. All in all, this place is just not good. They're not friendly or compassionate, their whole process is unprofessional. Would not recommend, there are better clinics around the same area and price. I would never return not even for my follow up appointment. The rest of the reviews are LIES nobody in their right mind would think those people are professional and nice. Probably written by the staff themselves.

Worst experience ever , im using my boyfriends account but i highly do NOT RECOMMEND! My appointment was at 10am i got there a little early i decided a medical procedure i waited hours i asked for zofran because i began to feel sick, they gave it to me at 1pm telling me to let it dissolve under my tongue once dissolved i asked can i swallow they said wait on the doctor im waiting they were so rude to me and other patients they talked under their breathe about other patients they argued with patients , the dr came in at 1:40 i took the first pill to stop the pregnancy the lady begin to explain to me the procedure and started a separate conversation with the doctor didnt continue where she left off or anything luckily i am familiar with it so i didnt ask again but she told me to buy over the counter Tylenol that doesnt even work for me for a headache, and she was so rude and nasty with every word that came out of her mouth please find anywhere but here! I stayed here from 10am - 2pm, no one told me i would be here this long over the phone. A lady also told me i was gonna receive a pregnancy test to take in 30 days. No one gave me one! No one made me feel safe , secure about the procedure or comfortable. i dont even think any one there knew what they were doing every one seemed lost and constantly asked questions as if they were new! save your health and mental by choosing somewhere safe! Very unprofessional it was honestly a nightmare.

This place was very clean and efficient! The process was easy and informative. However the staff could work on being a lil more professional…. They were good at what they do but I could have enjoyed the experience better without hearing them complain about how tired they were from hanging out the night before and some of the language (cursing loud enough for everybody to hear) I almost thought I was at the corner hair salon. I mean if you about to put a needle in my arm i rather not hear that you was out to 5am the night before. However, I would choose this place again if i had to.

I Wouldn’t Recommend This Place For No One Mind You I Live In Cleveland I Drove 2 And Half Hours Just To Not Be Seen I Had A Consent form But I guess It Needed To Be Printed Out I Asked The Lady Can She Print it out she looked at me like I was crazy told me I drove up here for nothing and the doctor already had a patient this place is ewwww and the worker customer service is awful never again .

Everything went well only thing I didn’t like was the wait. It’s was around 3 hrs while I was cramping horribly they give you meds to start contracting And you just have to sit through it because it’s softening your cervix, while the wait the staff actually interacted with us laughing and sharing stories.. One of the ladies made me extremely comfortable in the back while having the procedure talked me through everything the doctor was doing and they was super gentle.. I’ll never get pregnant again because it was still painful BUT if some odd reason I do I’ll go back there 😌

Everyone is very laid back here and made me feel super comfortable. The whole process seemed really efficient to me and went fairly quickly considering all the steps! They answered all my questions and took really good care of me. Thank y’all! Would recommend :)

I came here, by referral, to have a procedure done. Every part of the process went fairly well up until I have a very brief, appropriately 1 minute conversation with Dr. Peace regarding the medication I have been on for over 14 years. He flat out denied me treatment without as much as heating me out, after going through my medication several times with different members of the staff. I sat there for hours, paid my fees and made it abundantly clear what I was told to do in regards to my medications by members of the staff days in advance. I was poorly, and intentionally treated poorly by the doctor. I called the referring physician, describing my horrible treatment and told them that they should no longer refer patients with my particular pain management plan, to this office, let alone any other patient.

The staff were very friendly! The only reason they didn’t receive 5 stars from me is because of the wait time. I’d advise that you call and make the earliest appointment possible, because if you don’t then you’ll be behind everyone else. Everyone has an appointment and they go by first come first served basically. Other than that Dr. Sharpe was great and so were his colleagues :)

The(staff) women are amazing, so friendly caring and welcoming understanding women in this clinic, they deserve to be recognized for how wonderful they all are. I felt extremely comfortable and understood, they answered every single question I had. They are AMAZING group of staff and any woman coming here I would totally recommend this place.

I love that it privacy I love the way they treat you I just didn’t like how the people protest and try to scare people outside

From the moment I walked in the door today I knew I had made the right choice. The office was clean and well-kept though small, and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every single person I interacted with treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. The women who manages the office and is on call 24/7 is a godsend and truly cares about the women who walk through the door. I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism and kindness of every staff member there - this truly made a huge difference and made the experience so much more bearable. This is exactly the way a clinic should be run and I commend them for the work they are doing.

Took a client here be aware it's a fight to get in the building They have protestors tell the women they can help, why can't you keep the baby all the way to the door and she was even pushed

Nasty attitude, unprofessional behavior ghetto everything you can imagine the receptionist (don’t know her name but the other receptionist Dorry was excellent) the front talked so loudly to other coworkers about patients it’s so sad and disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone you might end up in jail after leaving !
