This place is average. What bothered me the most is the girl that did my pedi looked like she didn’t wanna be there. I’m big on customer service and there was none, whatsoever. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the menu of services clearly says back massage for 10 min. I asked for one and the girl that did my pedi said she doesn’t do back massages. There were three other people available and I asked do they do massages and she said no. She didn’t even ask if someone could do my massage and that really bothered me. Why have something on the menu if apparently no one does them? They weren’t friendly at all. I personally wouldn’t come back

Read the reviews and decided to check out Jin’s Nails. Walked in, not busy at all and looked clean. I needed my gel polish removed and wanted just a regular manicure. Of course the first girl can’t remove the gel polish so I move over to another desk. This woman proceeds to argue with me that I have acrylics on and it isn’t just a gel polish. I tell her, no these are my real nails I have never had acrylics. She continues to argue with me over my nails. The woman next to me tries to help and the ‘nail specialist’ continues to argue. I walked out. I will never be back. Very bad customer service here. Wish I could use zero stars to have this posted.

One of my friends recommended me this place because they made a really nice manicure to her but tbh with you guys in my case I didn’t like it and I tried manicure and pedicure and I didn’t like the way that they did it on my and it was kinda expensive. The place it was clean and the staff were friendly but I didn’t like their job.

I absolutely loved this place for my nails very nice and pleasant staff and very clean and peaceful environment. The nail tec john he did my nails I can’t explain how Much I love it ....! I would recommend coming to this saloon I am so glad I found the nail saloon of my choice now ...! Thank u guys for being here for us .

DO NOT MISS OUT or UNDER ESTIMATE this WONDERFUL place it was an Incredible experience! Incredible pedicure & massage. The guy who did the chair massage was Incredible as well and actually was better then any other place I've been to. Great Job ! Thank you...

John is the absolute best. Artist and perfectionist. Best nail salon in town. Will never go anywhere else!

I drive half hour just to come here. The staff is so friendly and always remembers their customers. I get uv gel fill ins, sometimes I get busy and don't come for 3-4 weeks and my nails still look great! John does my nails, he's a perfectionist and takes his time. Remember ladies, good quality nails aren't cheap, this place is reasonably priced and worth every penny. Love them and highly recommend!!
