The BEST bagel cafe experience you will ever have. I truly can not say enough good things about Bagel Master between the food, the service, and the general atmosphere. Armen and his team move in sync and treat everyone who walks in like long lost family who have come to visit. As a born and bred New Yorker who moved to North Carolina, finding this bagel cafe during a quick trip left me almost wishing I was in a position to move back to LI. Whether you live in Syosset, visiting, or passing through, make sure stopping by Bagel Master is on your to-do list, you will not regret it! ♥️

Was out on the island for the weekend and before heading home to New Jersey I figured I get a bagel. I came upon this bagel shop and it looked busy enough so I thought it must be decent, sadly I was wrong. I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese and while they certainly were generous with the egg and a decent amount of cheese there was a single piece of cold deli ham on the bagel. To make matters worse the bagel tasted like it was purchased from a chain supermarket. Kept saying to myself I should've just stopped at Dunkin!

Used to be my go to. Prices increased. Longer wait times. Orders rarely prepared to requested details. East Norwich bagels edged ahead in my ratings. **getting worse. Prices ridiculous. Service terrible. East Norwich bagels drawing clear in the ratings

We've been going to Bagel Master since, well, before the kids were born... Over the last 15 years the food has been consistently delicious, with great service. It's wonderful to see small businesses that are part of the local community survive and thrive through the years. Highly recommended!

Bagels are pretty decent but service is atrociously terrible (unless they know you well as a customer). Older white male working there (I think he might have been the owner?) threw my card back on the counter instead of directly handing it back to me. He was also generally rude and impatient, walking off a lot while I was still in the middle of placing my order. Then, what do you know, he did a complete 180 with the next customer and was super friendly, asking him questions about his family and his life. Such a horrible business practice considering we are all paying customers at the end of the day smh

We got half a dozen cinnamon raisin bagels and did’t like them at all. They were hard, too salty and tasteless. The kids refused to eat them. Overall an unpleasant experience.

I'm hitting them one star for completely abandoning the garlic bagel. Objectively, the best bagel flavor. I was subjected to the second-best flavor--not the Everything, please. The chicken salad was pretty good as well as the bagel.

I would give six stars if I could. Anyone who gives this place any less than 4 stars (I won’t say anywhere is perfect 100% of the time 😁) either has lost their sense of taste or are simply unpleaseable lol . I have eaten their egg sandwiches, regular sandwiches, salads, to name a few… their blintzes and chocolate croissants are amazing. Everyone should try The Jennifer and the Dirty Ritchie (I get extra syrup) at least once in your life! You’ll thank me! My office orders from here at least twice a week usually 3-5 people ordering and on occasion 10 people on the order. To date they have never messed up an order.

I don’t think a NY bagel shop should get a simple bagel with cream cheese wrong. They put so little CC on it that you couldn’t taste it. Also, they didn’t change gloves after dealing with money and phones before making the food- that bothers me personally (what’s the point in the gloves). They are nice and there is a rotating door of customers. It’s possible I got unlucky. Either way, I won’t be going back. Too many other really great bagel places nearby.

Great place and lots to choose from, if they had prune danishes to add to their pastry selection, and garlic bagels, that would be the cherry on top.

I love the bagels and egg sandwiches here. My only gripe is that the parking lot is tiny and I'm in a big work truck so that sucks. All in all they are amazing

I could have given this place 4 stars, but my breakfast wrap (He-Man) was so good, it just seemed unfair. This seems like a good place for bagels too and reasonably priced. The reasons why I would have given 4 stars have nothing to do with the quality of the food. However, this place is hard to get to (several merging streets with intersections) and very limited parking. The interior is not large and you are in a very tight place for ordering and waiting for food. There are a few (4-6) small tables. This all being said, I will be going back again to try the bagels that smelled so good. It's nice to see a place not overcharge for bagels.

Stellar bagel place with even better owners. The food in general is top notch. I'm all about visiting places that are locally owned and this is one of them.

Layout/atmosphere *Store is attached to a pharmacy next door; couple of tables for indoor dining; own separate window for pickup orders; feel of a Jewish delicatessen with the spreads, salads, smoked fish, etc having their own window/station Service *Friendly Food/drink *Acme’s Finest (three over medium eggs, cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, and sliced nova on whole wheat everything bagel) - good but messy; bagel itself was right size/texture; came with free hot chocolate (good) *Egg salad (on whole wheat everything bagel) - Good *Mike’s Philly Fluff Pound Cake (original) - Good
