I love Dunkin! The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct! They are why America runs on Dunkin :)

Sunday morning 9:30, long line at drive thru, so went inside. Lady in front of me and I stood for literally 5 minutes watching the owner and 5-6 employees making drinks for drive thru. Nobody even glanced at us! Nobody manning the counter for walk ins. Crazy. Finally a girl asked the lady before me... "Have you been waited on?" Unreal. I finally hollered out, Can I get 2 donuts please? Please take care of the walk-in customers too!

Ive never had a problem here they always get my order right and always happy and friendly here.

Good people running this place. They strive for customer satisfaction and work their behinds off.

I always go to this dunkin and the service is always great! I do want to leave a review for someone in particular. I never got her name but she worked the drive thru today (1/27/23) at around 8:30 am. There was something slightly wrong with my order and I let her know and she was so sweet about it. She fixed it right away! Because I go to this dunkin often I have encountered her many times and she is ALWAYS so sweet and always has a smile on her face. It really makes my day!!

My wife was charged twice for a $15 order. She told the manager she already paid for it. The manager didn’t agree and charged her a second time. Told her if the charges didn’t come off after it was pending he would give her a refund. He denied saying this and I threatened to call the police because it was fraud. He called the regional manager who was his boss. I told him to give me his number. I called him and explained things and he agreed with my wife and made sure the money was ready for my wife when she arrived later that day after work. This is a photo of the person who helped us out who the manager’s boss. call him and complain about this manager please. he needs to be terminated and replaced with a more customer service oriented manager.

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I loved dining here. The employees are always super friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

This is by far The Dunkin with absolutely incompetent people Waited 10 minutes for ice coffee and we were the only customers there only for it to be wrong had to go back and have it corrected we will never go back

Horrible service took the two girls (who weren’t wearing name tags) over 5 mins to punch in my order and make it, I sat at the window and watched them come from the back to punch in my order take my card and then go make my drink (I had been there for 5 mins before they came to the window!!) was greeted with an attitude and unkind face! #blesstheirhearts

Bagels and coffee are good lunch

Popped in for a blue moon drink for myself ! Meaning I NEVER drink coffee --- but felt like having 1... My servers name was Armani. Thee nicest young lady EVER !!!! Her smile was infectious & her customer service is like beyond reproach... She will own her very own business one day.. Please stop in and check it out. 5 stars for sure. Have a great day

i placed an order on doordash at 3, saying food would be here by 3:25ish, and the dasher was waiting at the store for a while, and it finally got brought at about 335-340ish, and didn’t get to my house until about 4pm, and they gave me cheese and egg bagel sandwiches instead of english muffins.

Just left this location and decided to see if what I experienced is a common problem for this particular Dunkin’, and it seems that it is. Drive Thru line wrapped around the building and I waited 20 minutes in line. As I got closer to ordering I noticed the cars in front of me seemed to be “ordering” for a longer time than expected at a place like Dunkin’. I pull up to order and the girl doesn’t say hello or take my order for nearly 2 minutes. Up to this point I figured they’re busy and helping other customers inside and such which is causing a back-up in the drive thru. When I pull to the window however, I see the girl who took my order as well as 4-5 other employees standing a few feet from the window just talking and laughing. No customers inside from what I saw, and no evidence that they were busy doing anything. Seeing from previous reviews that slow drive thru problems are common here, there definitely needs to be some changes made with the staff.

Rude manager and staff. The manager lets the staff park in front of the neighboring Physical Therapy business. That's where people go to regain movement, including walking. The staff at the therapy said this is an ongoing problem with the people at Dunkin, and they have asked them multiple times not to park in front. Hopefully the Therapy people will put up reserved parking spots, or the staff at Dunkin would grow some ethics and not park right in front of the Therapy. When I complained, the Manager got upset with me, and sided with the staff. That tells you lots about these people.

For it being so early, the people working at 11am are shockingly happy and personable. Allison Tiffany and Maddy are all great workers. Customer service is hard, give these ladies a raise, Dunkin!

This is how they gave me my bagel. Overtoasted and hardly any cream cheese. And their coffee was terrible.

Was really surprised with my last visit. I bought a long john and a macchiato. They cut a long john in half and my macchiato was half foam. I get things are tight but they raised the prices as well as shrink the product. Not going to this location again.

Very disappointed. They used expired coffee creamer so the coffee was sour and absolutely disgusting. And the sandwich was burnt and not even hot, and the bacon was so hard you can tell it’s been left out for hours.

I love this location! The friendliest staff! My oddball evening treat on occasion, a regular donut with strawberry frosting and sprinkles! The strawberry glaze is amazing! Did I say drive through?! The menu looks delicious no kidding! Thanks for the kindness you guys rock!

Two stars because the staff does their best, but they have to STOP putting a sign up on the door and closing the dining room. We make online orders to walk in because we don't have cars and are on a short break. Change the settings on the app, or keep the dining room open

I placed an order through the Dunkin App for a large White Chocolate latte. I pull up at the drive through and the lady was like we are all out of that flavor. Very rude about it too. So she ended up substituting it with a hot chocolate. Why would I want hot chocolate if I originally ordered coffee. Poor customer service.

Worst service ever! I placed my order through the app for pick up at a specific time. I get there and have to wait 20 minutes for the manager to tell me she didn't see my name and said it in a rude tone. I then checked the app again and the order was indeed placed. She then saw my name finally and started to get my order going. At this point it has already been another 10 minutes. She then gave me my coffee and complained that I had more to my order. Then proceeded to not even give me my whole order. I tried going inside and the doors were locked. There were multiple people who saw me standing at the door and I was ignored. Don't waste your time here.

Three errors on drinks were made while I was there (wasn't very busy) and the girls working there laughed it off. My cashier was swearing when she spilled my drink on her hand, with the owner standing right behind her. Very unprofessional.

This place makes me happy with warm welcomes every morning.

Ordered ABC, with XYZ and was told to hold on a minute. When they came back a few minutes later they said ok, that’s an ABC with XYP? So I told them the P is a Z, to which there was more silence, so I repeated myself. They gave me some attitude about hearing me so I cancelled the order. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like burnt, black coffee with your plain, stale donut because they can’t handle much more than that, in my opinion. Absolutely terrible, don’t waste your time and money here.

Came here today through the drive-thru. I was sitting in the drive-thru waiting for them to talk to me. I didn’t say anything while I was waiting. Then the girl got on and said “you just gonna have to wait a minute”. Ummmm ok? Then she gets on and was very obnoxious about the way she was talking. She said “whatsssss up my girl!!!!! What can I get for you my girl!?” I then ordered my drink, and she stopped me to change my order to something “cheaper”. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin signature latte with nonfat milk and no whip. She said it’s cheaper to order it as just an iced latte with pumpkin. Okay cool. Yet I still paid almost $6.50. When in your app it should have been only $5 with how she said she put it in. She was just very unprofessional. But the girl at the window taking payment and handing out drinks was very sweet. She didn’t have a head set on so I know it wasn’t her. And she kind of seemed embarrassed with how the other girls were acting. It was 8/18/24 at 9:30am. And my drink was TERRIBLE. I ended up throwing it away and going across the street to Starbucks.

The employees are always polite and friendly. Like coming here. Only downside is their location and the parking lot. Holy pot holes batman! Plus not to mention that it can move very slow when it get super busy. But they always try to get their customers taken care of and I really appreciate that.

Coffee is always good! But they are about $.40 more than the dd on rt 14. There donuts seem smaller. I just got a pumpkin muffin and it tastes very blah. It looks like a dry bran muffin. No toppings, nothing to it.

Customer service here is usually pretty rough.

Very disappointed with the service at the Lake in The Hills Dunkin donuts. Ordered ahead on the app and still needed to wait several minutes to receive order. After waiting in the very long line to get to the window.

Alyssa is by far the best employee that works here. I've been coming to this Dunkin' donuts for a little over 3 years, and get coffee in the morning and afternoon. I am giving this place four stars for the simple fact Alyssa really is running that place and I'm very impressed with her performance. The other girls are nice but it feels like they put zero effort into my drinks. The a.m. coffee is on point 👍☕

We went there to grab some donuts and coffee. This must be the dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts we have ever been to. This place is filled with flys as you enter and they were all over the donut that was openly displayed on the shelf. We set down as we waited for our coffee and can’t help to notice the dirty windows all around. Coffee was ok but really bitter that we had to ask the girls to add more creamer.

This dunkin by lowes and costco on Randall Rd can never get it right as far as what you want in your coffee its once in a blue moon that I get the taste Im looking for not only that but their donuts are discussing and getting smaller and smaller. Also the girls at this location have an attitude and very unfriendly and the act like they hate their job .
