When I came here, the first red flag is that the lady serving cant even speak English correctly. When you drive up to the window to pay and get your order, the employees won’t get someone to shovel the snow infront the window. People are getting stuck and it’s slowing everything down. The worker didn’t even get my order right. I understand it’s hard getting a job, but customer service MATTERS AND SHOULD BE RESPECTED.

3pm went through ordered one large coffee. 4 cars total in line. Took 37 min to get to window. Then they messed order up. Reordered 1 large hot coffee. Literally waited almost 10 more min. Could have went home and made my own coffee in that amount of time. Doesn't seem they ever know what there doing. It's cheaper and faster at Starbucks.

I changed my review from 5 stars 9 momths ago to 1 today. They have been making bad coffee for the last few months. I got really sick today from the coffee they served me. the two girls who work around 2 pm are serving bad drinks man I cant keep anything down. :/ 6-8-22

I’ve been to poor customer service Dublin’s and ones where they forget items in my order but not this one! Great customer service, didn’t forget a thing, and got me out quick. I guess America does have a Dunkin they could depend on

At around 5 PM today, we ordered 2 medium coffee w/ 3 cream, when we got it, it looked like he put too much cream since it almost looks like milk. We tried to appreciate it but it was awful. I told staff that it had too much milk. When I got it again, it still looked too white and the taste was awful. We are regular customers and we really taste the big difference. Staff was busy chatting with their girlfriends. Coffee in the morning is way better.

3 days in a row I've pulled up through the drive thru & waited to order. The only reason I've done this is cause the website says 24 hours & all the signs on the building say "OPEN". For the 3rd day in a row there has been no one working, I understand the whole world is understaffed but is it too much to ask to turn your illuminated open signs off?

As always, I love dunkin' donuts food. This time, when my husband & I went to get snacks, we had no idea what we wanted & made it very confusing for the kid at the drive through. 10/10, he stayed professional, calm & collected. Good job, whoever worked drive through on 10/26, you're a champ.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! - They definitely overcharged me on my order. - Everytime I ask for no-ice in my drink, they fill up my cup only 3/4TH of the way, leaving the top of the cup. When I asked them to fill it up, they asked me for an extra cost and said it was company policy. Even for hot drinks, they only fill it up 3/4TH of the way. This is ridiculous!! No coffee shop ever does this - Their food was of horrible horrible quality and made me sick DONT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY

This Dunkin location is terrible. I've gone multiple times out of convenience and I'm literally always disappointed! They have literally told me they are out of donuts. All donuts!? Vanilla Chai Tea tastes gross every time. I once asked for it to be remade as it was cold. Not iced. Cold. And they proceeded to give me another cold one. Drive thru is insanely slow. Don't waste your time.

Needed some late night caffeine and drove out of my way for this 24h location. When I got to the window, the employee informed me that the system was down so I'd have to pay cash and, of course, I had none. The lovely woman gave me my small black coffee and chocolate frosted cake donut and insisted I didn't need to rummage around my car for loose change. All with a smile. Forgot to ask her for her name but, lady, you made my night.

Got large ice coffee with no ice only filled cup 3/4 way I asked to fill it up all the way ,they refused and said the manager said not to fill all the way if no ice so I paid full price and didn't get a full cup they are cheap , got ripped of will never go there again ..

The drive through is busy in the morning, but the line goes by quick. I've never had any issue of my order being incorrect. The staff has always been warm and charismatic with me.

It says 24 hours when you look up this location but 6 out of 10 times when I show up in the morning they are closed! That's not 24 hours very disappointed every time I come here

I LOVED THE SHORT QUEEN WORKING THE NIGHT SHIFT IVE ONLY EVER HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER ME AND ALL MY FRIENDS LOVE HER SO MUCH AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE❤️❤️❤️ however im taking a star away bc one night i did come through the drive through looking for shorty, but instead some bigger, emo guy with red hair was working about 3 months ago, i believe he said he was 24 and i had a good talk w him and i told him i was 17 and he told me "i'll wait for you" and winked at me... very uncomfy did not like that

Great service! Quick tip: order on the app and pickup in store. MUCH quicker than the line in the drive though!

I drink same coffee at various dunkin donuts everyday, they charged me extra .50 cents, fine, then messes up order, lady blatantly lied to me and insulted me because I am American. .

This dunkin is always very slow don't come here if you're in a rush especially during the morning rush or before work. But they do always make my drink right

I love their hot chocolates & coffee but the past few times I've ordered a coffee I received it semi warm. Like it was sitting out for a bit and nuked to 10 seconds. Today I ordered a Frosted White Chocolate & it wasnt that great. Was a little warm if that and idk whatever creamer they added they added WAYYYY too much & literally waited 10 min in the drive thru for my coffee. Not the greatest service at this location.

This is my least favorite location everything tastes really old and nothing ever looks good. I only go to this location when it’s my only option. This morning my boyfriend was going to grab the donut and the guy at the drive through let go before he could grab the donut for me so it fell on the floor and my boyfriend had to get out and grab the bag thankfully it stayed in the bag they should really fold the bags so in case that happens the bag isn’t just open. Also the sandwich was disgusting i ordered the bbq bacon crescent and it came out on an English muffin. The bacon was so peppery and the seasoning I had to pull the bacon out it was so gross the egg and cheese were gross but were the only decent part of the sandwich.

Answer me this... How do you run out of donuts at 8:30 in the morning? not only does this happen but then the drive-up clerk drops my money all over the ground and that just looks at me and walks away does not apologize or do anything. Over and over again, I have a bad experience with this establishment. The wait time is super long,t coffee isn't very hot, in the product isn't the best. I wish there was another Dunkin donuts on my way to work. Guess I will be going to Starbucks from now on.

The girl at the counter had zero personality, never said please and thank you, spoke so quietly, I had to ask her to repeat herself twice and when she did, she seemed annoyed. Didn't ask me how many creamers I wanted for my coffee and said "no problem" instead of you're welcome. What ever happened to customer service? People don't HAVE TO patronize this place... thank the gods for other choices.

Go to this location a lot. Got a coffee, spilled all over my thighs. Called spoke to Manager and they advised lid issues. Tender injury, no blistering but omg...ouch. Be careful folks.

This location in particular always gets my orders right. I can't say I've had a bad experience here... I get the cold brews and I hate when other locations add so much cream or milk that you can't taste the coffee. But this one always does a great job and is the reason why I prefer this location over others, because I know I'm going to get a good cup of coffee

I usually have a good experience here. Employees are friendly and they're pretty quick. I like light ice in my drink and request it when I order, but sometimes they still add a bunch of ice. I recommend focusing more on the details of the order.

I went to Dunkin today and the service was awful. Ist of all the lady taking my ordering couldn't comprehend what I was saying. I wait 20 MINUTES for a caramel coffee and Avocado toast, as a former Dunkin worker making those things doesn't take that long. After waiting all that time, I was disappointed to see I got black coffee. You guys spent all that time, and I still couldn't get the right order? However, the only decent worker was the tall girl with black hair and eyelash extensions.

I am not a regular review person. I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, they do not listen. It's all just simple routine for them. If you choose to listen, maybe you can earn my business back.

Easily the worst Dunkin in the area. Incredibly inconsistent service. Nice people? Sure. Can they get an order right? Absolutely not.
