Food is way overpriced for what it is. I order and meal for one and it was $25.00. The guac had maybe a whole onion in it. I included a picture of all the onion in my guac. Won’t come here ever again. Spend my money somewhere else with better business ethics.

Good location that opens at 10am & closed on Sunday. Enough seating inside for 6-8 tables. Dine in or take out. Quick service with friendly staff. Delicious food with many options to choose from.

We dined in at this mostly take out storefront. The Coctel de Camerones was very good and 100% traditional. The Enchilada Suiza was good however the chicken was a bit dry and the maizo tortilla was “chewy”. DW’s burrito and our guacamole was excellent. Prices were reasonable.

While the food is good, in the end the bill was one total and then another total when I paid with a credit card. Poor signage to show the additional 4% added to my bill. Food is good and not worth the poor business practice. Save yourself a trip.

Beans where from a can. Being Mexican I know home made beans and price is to way to high for that. And the water was not home made at all.

Authentic is not necessarily "typical" and Hacienda de los Perez is definitely authentic but keeps it interesting and fun with their specials. We had amazing seafood! Caldo de Mariscos was delicious! And the shrimp tacos...oh my my...😋 The service was prompt and friendly, definitely a new favorite place for Mexican food.

I ordered a steak quesadilla dinner. Their online menu said it cost $6.25. I got there and ended up paying $11.22! What a scam! I am NEVER going there again.

We had high hopes, however the food was mediocre, prices too high, and I'm usually not one to complain about the price but if the food quality is not up to par with the price, it's an issue. Adding insult to injury, they charge a service fee to use credit/debit card. I'd rather go to Sammy's from now on.

Imagine one of the best taco trucks you know and then turn it into a restaurant. Comfy seating and a better selection of traditional Mexican drink favorites but still at taco truck prices!

Just went there. I asked for a steak burrito, a tostada & 2 kids tacos with just cheese. They charged me 24.00!!!! Should have been like 15.00. They are insane. They were rude when I called them back..asking where the sides were (at least). No way!! Their food for one is mediocre & the prices..they are so over prIced I rather drive 45 minutes to the city for their prices, mediocre food & their attitudes. Taco Burrito King in Chicago charges 7.50 for a king sized burrito..they want 12 bucks here..they are insane! Their “kid” tacos..my 13 year old could have ate 3 or 4..they charged us 8.00 for 2 kid little tiny 1/4 of a tortilla with nothing in it. Seriously..go to Sammy’s in Elgin. Plus..there food is amazing, huge portions & they DELIVER!!!! Of damn for their prices..drive to Chicago.

The ceviche is very dry and no flavor. Very disappointing after seeing all of their awards. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back. I had to season my own food and the rice and beans tasted like they came from a can.

From the outside it looks like a taco stand in an outlet mall, but once inside is a legit Mexican restaurant. It's clean and bright and the staff are pleasant. Order wasn't exactly right for the kids which can be disaster but everything was so good we didn't care. The guac was good but expensive for the portion size. Burritos were delicious, carne and pastor both excellent. The salsas are blended and both pretty hot. Quality is there, but it is not cheap. And portions are small for the size

Chicken enchiladas were not good and overpriced ($14.99!!) And I was shocked to find out there were no chips included in the price of the meal.The chicken was plain, zero seasoning at all, dry, no cheese inside, no sauce inside, literally just dry plain chicken. They pushed the green enchilada sauce on me because the red was “spicy”; maybe he thought it would be too spicy for me, but I came in craving red sauce. I should have insisted. The green sauce had no flavor and was way too salty.

Food is flavorful, prices are high. My burrito was 60% mainly lettuce 35%filling, 5% meat if that $3.75 a taco?!..... They used to be amazing cost/food but have used the pandemic to jack prices and lower quality. Will only be using them for convenience purpose now on.

Our first time tonight we had shrimp tacos, steak burrito and chips and guacamole. Really nice sized portions. Very flavorful tender steak and shrimp tacos did not disappoint. The chips were very tasty. Friendly warm staff. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back ourselves.

Great food for take out. Restaurant is small and the location is in gilberts in a strip malll. The fajitas are great as are the tacos. The staff is very friendly. Accuracy on modifying orders is about 90% based on my last two visits. Make sure to check before you leave.

Not tasty mexican food. Called in an order and it was ready 20 minutes past the pickup time, no one was wearing masks or gloves in the restaurant or chefs area, prices online did not reflect total bill once it was time to pay, and food lacked flavor. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my order for two people totaling $30+ for takeout with standard items. I will not be coming back. I do hope others have a better experience because the location is ideal.

Went here for breakfast on a Saterday-or tried to for that matter, Google says they open at 10am and so does their door sign, we pulled up to the parking lot at 10:15 and the restaurant was still closed with no one in sight. You would think that when a restaurant says they open by certain time they would be up an running ready to go by that time.

I hate doing this to a small shop, but the owners were so remarkably arrogant and refused to acknowledge they may've been wrong regarding current pricing on their own menus, I felt by leaving a review they may just address the problem instead of overcharging every person coming in to the restaurant having made the 'mistake' of looking them up on Google. Long story short, I ordered four tacos at what I thought were $2.25 each (according to their own menu on Google). This should have been $9. Instead, they charged me $3.75 each for a total of $15. I asked why the difference and they blamed me for trusting the menu THEY had updated on Google as it was out of date by several months. If they had just apologized or even acknowledged the error, I would've left it alone. Instead they blamed me for not coming in to the restaurant to look at their paper menus. As for the tacos, they were just fine; for a $2.25 taco.

Wait was minimal, VERY filling excellent food!
