Like many people as you grow and age you don't pay as much attention to your health and what's going on with your body. At point that switch happens, you start eating better, start working out more consistently, which is great. After you've been doing this awhile, you can notice that you're not getting the results that you were looking for. That was me, I didn't see the changes that I was expecting. I never voiced it but my friend, Jason, noticed and encouraged me to reach out to the professionals at this office. Living in AZ, I thought it wasn't the best idea. There's no way someone across the country could help me. It started with a very calm and understanding conversation with Leah that helped me understand the way that they could help. Courtney helped me request all of my records from medical doctors out here and painstakingly reviewed everything to understand my history. Before anything was even recommended they helped me understand the ways that they could help, set reasonable expectations on results. It immediately put me at ease and help build that a trust that has paid off to this day. I'm about 9 weeks in, down over 20 lbs! Its not magic, I'm still working out and maintaining a healthy diet but I'm feeling so much better physical and results speak for themselves! I could not thank them enough for all they've done for me, even all the way across the country!

I’ve never been to a med spa but was told about it by a cousin. I’ve only been once, but it’s enough that I can’t wait to become a client. Very relaxing , comfortable, and clean. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing! They explain in detail what you need to know. They genuinely want to help you better yourself and in many ways, go more in depth than doctors. Best decision I have made regarding my health. I reached out to a friend for help and he didn’t disappoint. Staff took the time to explain blood results to me and what would help getting me back to feel in my prime. B12, Testosterone, vitamin D were extremely low.
