Great place to get ice cream after having a warm cup of coffee from Maple City Roasters.

The MANAGER came out to the order box to take our order (wrote it on her hand) because she said her headset died or she couldn’t hear? We ordered Two #15 combos. One ultimate meat and cheese with No zesty sauce, grill the burrito with large tot large ocean water. Second is the Super sonic with no jalapeños, grill the burrito, large tot and small strawberry shortcake float. Got to the window to pay and they gave me a large strawberry shortcake float (told them again that I only wanted a SMALL drink) large ocean water, 1 large tot, and 2 burritos and no napkins. I had to argue with the girl at the window and be questioned 3 times about not receiving my second tot for the second combo and be asked if I was sure and rolled her eyes so I dumped the bag out in front of her after she said she didn’t believe me! Got home and the supersonic burrito had extra jalapeños falling out of the burrito and it wasn’t grilled and the tortilla wasn’t rolled and it was falling apart and the second tot in the bag was a SMALL. My husband drove all the way back up there and walked inside Sonic to JUST at the least to get this burrito fixed. After being rude and no apology the female Manager assured it was correct and now I have received this time a super Sonic burrito with no jalapeños, no tots inside, not grilled and it was just rolled into the foil wrap. Literally the tomatoes and onions were just showing out of the sides. I have just given up and will be disputing this charge with my bank!

Consistently bad service. The intercom at the drive-thru rarely works. My last experience I ordered a chocolate oreo blast. When I get home I have a cup of half white half chocolate ice cream. No Oreo at all. The time before that I ordered a chili cheese dog. It was completely cold and the hot dog had not been cooked. Management really needs to work on things

It seems that I'm always checking my food to see if any of it is correct. Tried ordering through the app and the intercoms, but half the time is wrong. It happens at other locations as well.

I pushed their button waited about 10 minutes pushed it again finally had to ask the carhop if the speakers inside were working. He pushed said something on his headset then magically they answered. This place is 100% hot or miss it's was friday 445 pm when I got here and now it's 508 and I'm still waiting for my order.

The fries were so salty and rubbery you couldn't chew them. The tator tots were salty too. The grilled cheese was warm but not hot and we got one napkin for 3 people.

Can you PLEASE replace your drive thru speaker?? No one answers half the time....I've seen you lose a ton of business because people just drive off after sitting there for 5 minutes and no one takes their order.

I love sonic food, however evening/night time service is in need of some major help sadly ,had too go other places multiple times duh to drive thru issues 😔
