My visit at Total Access Urgent Care was very pleasant (considering I was not feeling well!). Every staff member from check-in, to every person who entered my room was so friendly, helpful and put my mind at ease. I can't say enough at how comfortable to I felt there. Everyone made sure I had what I needed while I waited and the care was exceptional. I was in and out fairly quickly, with a follow up appointment which they made for me.

Every time I've needed this place in the last 6 years it's been a great experience. I can't thank you guys enough for your help and experience. The receptionists, nurses, technicians, doctors...all of you have helped send me home feeling better and done the testing I needed or given me the right advice to put me at ease for whatever I'm there for. Yesterday I went and had the same great experience. Thanks so much for all you do. ❤️

Thank you Total Access Urgent Care for taking care of me so quickly this week. Taylor the PA was very kind and thorough. I was checked in, had my exam, and checked out in about an hour. You can’t ask for more than that from an Urgent Care. I also didn’t know the procedure to register online for your appointment- which was kindly explained to me when I walked in. It’s a great system that keeps contagious folks separated as best as possible. I appreciate that effort. Thanks again, Ellisville TAUC!! My ear is much better. ❤️

The staff was great, I registered on line and waited at my home until I was #2 in the Que. I registered when #1 in Que, the staff put me in a room within 10-15 minutes and I was seen in a very timely manner. Thank you to all your staff for their help and dedication.

I had a pretty decent experience. I’m not factoring in time like how long it took to get in because you could tell all urgent cares were very busy. Everyone was really nice, and once I was in and seen, everything went super quickly. I felt they were efficient and fast! Pretty happy overall. The staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience. I was seen within 10 minutes. I was able to get my X-rays done right there, got my prescription right there. Everything all in one place was reeeeally nice, specially when you don't feel well. I've used this location 3 or 4 times in 4 years, it is always this way, fast and easy. I would go to UC over ER for anything that UC can care for. Thanks to the folks working there!

Total Access is the BEST urgent care I’ve ever used. I can’t say enough good about it. Making an appointment is simple. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. It is extremely professional and well run. You will NOT be sitting in the waiting room for two hours as I have experienced at other urgent care facilities.I have been to two different Total Access facilities and they were both outstanding! If you need urgent care, this is the place to go!
