frequent
this
location
and
most
experiences
there
are
majorly
lacking.
Customer
service
is
wild
honestly.
Writing
this
review
specifically
because
of
my
past
2
experiences.
I
order
via
mobile
app
99%
or
the
time.
This
location
offers
the
option
to
pick
up
your
order
in
the
drive
through.
I
have
young
kids
so
this
option
is
convenient,
the
problem
is
-
it’s
not
abnormal
to
have
a
30-40
minute
wait.
The
last
time
I
ordered
drive
through
pickup
I
shockingly
only
had
one
car
in
front
of
me,
an
employee
acted
like
I
was
such
an
inconvenience
for
showing
up
5
minutes
before
my
order
said
it
would
be
ready.
I
did
this
because
I
figured
I
would
have
an
extreme
wait
either
way.
She
told
me
i
would
have
to
wait,
it
didn’t
matter
because
the
ONLY
car
in
front
of
me
took
10
minutes
to
get
their
food
lol.
Same
week
I
ordered
breakfast
delivery,
missing
items,
items
not
correct,
and
my
soufflé
was
soupy
and
inedible.
Super
disappointing
because
I
am
a
longtime
Panera
lover,
but
the
outrageous
prices,
lack
of
quality,
order
accuracy;
and
the
disappointing
customer
service
makes
me
not
want
to
frequent
this
location.
