    Really disappointed this time!!!!! Food was half cold and pastry was brick hard. When my wife nicely questioned the Employee she thru an attitude. Isn't the first time this happened but thought we'd give it another try. Won't be going to this panera in columbia mo. ever again!

    I really enjoy their bagels. Their coffee's pretty good. I do have a small ray of options for breakfast sandwiches. All of the staff are wearing face masks are requiring patrons also wear face masks. I call their often if nothing else for their bagels.

    This was my favorite Bread Co. while in Columbia despite being too small. This place is always packed and parking can be an issue. The food comes out pretty quick and I have never had an issue in the dozens of times I have been here. The Frontega Chicken Panini is my go-to. The Ciabatta bread that they use is unbeatable. EDIT: The new location is better for parking, but I'm not a fan of the inside. There are no longer any booths.

    I frequent this location and most experiences there are majorly lacking. Customer service is wild honestly. Writing this review specifically because of my past 2 experiences. I order via mobile app 99% or the time. This location offers the option to pick up your order in the drive through. I have young kids so this option is convenient, the problem is - it’s not abnormal to have a 30-40 minute wait. The last time I ordered drive through pickup I shockingly only had one car in front of me, an employee acted like I was such an inconvenience for showing up 5 minutes before my order said it would be ready. I did this because I figured I would have an extreme wait either way. She told me i would have to wait, it didn’t matter because the ONLY car in front of me took 10 minutes to get their food lol. Same week I ordered breakfast delivery, missing items, items not correct, and my soufflé was soupy and inedible. Super disappointing because I am a longtime Panera lover, but the outrageous prices, lack of quality, order accuracy; and the disappointing customer service makes me not want to frequent this location.

    Excellent food as always! This location is a bit hard to get to as it doesn't have a dedicated entrance, but there is a drive thru and pickup order parking available for convenience. Staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean, plus calm music was playing, which made my visit very relaxing. They were out of cane sugar for the tea at the drink area, but I went with soda instead anyways. Definitely will visit again!

    Ordered a turkey deli turkey sandwich, as I took a bite I noticed a sour smell and when I opened up the sandwich it had 2 moldy tomatoes and I smelled the turkey and it was very very old and sour almost smelled like a wet dog. I am not one to bash or not understand mistakes but they have not answered I have called over and over to get my money back. Terrible to be serving old food to customers and not checking the quality of food before sending it out.

    food was disgusting. spent over $20 for a small salad and sandwich and i couldn’t even eat them because everytime i tried, i gagged. not happy with my purchase whatsoever. spent too much money to get different food so now i have to go to work hungry.

    The worst delivery ever!! The driver came in, made sure he was in the right place, dropped the bags and ran out. The scones were a crumbled mess. There were no plates, utensils, napkins for the bagels. I will never order from this place again!
