This is one of my favorite places. If you visit Hobart, you must go here. I've been a customer for a long time and I love talking to the friendly staff and reading books in their cozy dining room. Here are my recommended menu items: 1. Devil's Chicken: This is their signature burger with traditional Korean fried chicken sauce. As a big fan of Korean chicken, I think Devil's sauce is the best chicken sauce in Hobart. 2. Beef with a Lot: This is a really big beef burger. My husband loves this burger, and we usually request cooked pineapple on the grill which makes it even better. The relish on the burger is very flavorful. 3. Garlic Chicken: If you haven't tried it yet, I definitely recommend this burger. The thigh fillet of the Garlic burger is big and juicy. Tip: You don't need to buy chips because they come with the burger, but you can upgrade to garlic chips(super good!!!) for an additional four dollars. Um did someone say Hash Brown Burger!!! Yes please! Delicious burger paired with crispy chips. Heinz ketchup and mustard on all tables - yes yes! And don't be fooled by the outside-it looks like another takeaway place - but head in to the left there is a whole dining area! Lovely staff!

Delicious food and coffee at a reasonable price. Fast and friendly service. Perfect way to start a day of exploring Hobart. The club sandwich is the big breakfast way to start your day. Love that a medium coffee is a double shot, and if you really need a caffeine hit then the large take away has 3 shots. Flat white one of the best I've had in awhile, and my friend enjoyed his long black each time we visited.

Please do yourself a favour.. Try a burger, try a homemade potato cake.. Definitely a milk shake! Super thick! Sit out in the calm and serene dining area.. Amazing, kind and thoughtful customer service with a smile. Had the best chicken burger in Hobart! Burger was really tall and chicken sauce was very tasty. They have wide range of breakfast options with reasonable price. So happy that I’ve found this burger place.

I went on a trip to Hobart and found a really delicious homemade hamburger place. The atmosphere is bright and nice. The kindness of the staff makes delicious hamburgers more delicious.

Visited this place while our stay in hobart. So cosy, welcoming. Loved everything, the decor, beautiful windows, everything’s so cute. The food was great. Definitely going back there again.

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favour and get some honest to goodness bite and drinks ;) And if you’re after they’re ultra delish burgers, head over after 10am 🙌🏼 💫#5 Royal Cheese - thick well seasoned and perfectly cooked patties in a soft and slightly crusty fragrant burger bun. Even though I’m not a pickle fan, they were Yums! Oh and the fries were just so good - freshly fried thick cut chips we’ve crispy and not oily. 💫#13 Devilled Chicken - fried battered chicken served with this housemade chilli sauce which is simply amazing. I’ll try to see if they hav thicker cut chicken next time. And they were accomodating to switch my fries to salad. Just like Fergburger is a Queenstown NZ must do, so is Devils Kitchen in Hobart along with Mona & Mt Wellington IMO. Will def recommend to friends visiting. We can here for breakfast on a weekday and the dining area was empty, which was great for us! Burger buns were soft, warm and lightly toasted which made the burger a great experience. Coffees were also good and in large mugs. Would definitely come back for their other burgers!

Best burger place in Hobart. They also have veggie options! Reasonably priced and good quality fresh food. Will come back for brekkie and coffee next time Staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank u for amazing food!!

Been curious with the long queue finally trying the burger today. It was really very most likely the best burger you can find in Hobart. Patty and chicken were in generous size and you got a fries pack coming with the burger without extra $! Place is okay too. I would give 8 stars if i could.

Has a lovely bright dining room in the back. I ordered the Big Breakfast which was perfectly cooked, and the coffee tasted great.

Reasonable pricing, generous portions and very friendly service. Thinking this will be my brekky go to during my Hobart stay! Adoring this hot chocolate with oat milk. Yum yum.

It was so amazing burger place that I've never been before..! The price was reasonable but the flavor and quality are awesome. If you live or travel Hobart, I HIGHLY recommend u to try this burger🙂 I swear!!

The kimchi burger was delicious and value for money. There is an option to choose between wholemeal bread and white bread. One of best burgers I have tried here so far. The staff here was friendly and the service was great. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the burgers!

Good choice and variety of burgers and they all come with chips at a very reasonable price. I tried the chilli beef burgers and it was delicious, tasty, big juicy tender patty, nothing like those skinny 1/2 cm thick patties you get from some of other joints. Hot fries were nice and fluffy. There is good amount of sitting indoors. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the burgers.

Delicious and we had to go back twice during our short visit to Hobart. The Devil's chicken burger was superb, as well as the crunchy chips (one of the best we had tried)! Cuppucino was awesome too! Breakfast (egg and bacon roll and egg benedict roll) was scrumptious. This place was featured in the newspaper as one of the top 5 burgers in Hobart city so you know you need to try it. Price is very reasonable too!

The owners and staff here are so friendly. Super tasty burger! Bulgogi burger and korean chicken are another level!!!! Espresso thickshake is a must try too❤️😋

Double devil chicken, not bad, taste is alright, not enough spicy for me 😋, the bread bun perhaps can change to other kind of bun, it will make the taste have the other level.

Very good beef and chicken burgers, perfect size and goes great with the garlic butter chips. Me and the wife absolutely polished it, this is our new go to when we are craving burgers now.

We nearly walked past this place but went in for a quick coffee and Brekky. The dining room out back is so cute! Sun light shines in so it is warmth in heat and in the soul Cutest decor - see the adorable salt and pepper shakers below! It’s like walking into a lovely hobbit home. My latte was huge! Great value. A little gem. I wish we could stay here all day everyday.

A cosy and friendly place to be in the morning The food was delicious,the staff are so polite and lovely. Very recommended place to dine in. I’ll definitely visit the place again and again.

On our first day in Hobart we found this lovely cafe. We were welcomed warmly as we entered and sat down for lunch. We loved the back room where the sun comes through the lovely windows. There is lots to choose from on the menu and we found the food very tasty. We came back twice after that for breakfast. Such a great place with really lovely owners. Highly recommend. We will visit again when we next return to Hobart.
