I took my two children with me. They are 7 and nearly 4. I don't think it was completely appropriate for them, although they said they enjoyed it. They got a bit distracted and were antsy. I enjoyed the experience, myself. The Journey has some amazing imagery, including segments about Jonah, Jesus' birth, and the creation of mankind. There doesn't seem to really be any rhyme or reason why it switches between those three biblical stories. There are also prayers that are quite liturgical and hearken back to traditional times of Christianity. I enjoyed that, but I'm sure some others might be confused. There was a segment with an array of verses from the bible, which I enjoyed. I am 37 and while my ears aren't perfect, I truly couldn't understand what the narrator was saying about 1/4 of the time, due to the background music being loud. That threw me off a bit from fully appreciating what was taking place. However, the imagery was still clear to me, since I know the Bible so well. My kids, however, may have had a harder time understanding what was taking place. The room is comfortable. The temperature was perfect. It doesn't look like much on the outside and the seating arrangement lying on the ground in a special chair that looks like it's made for video games, is a little strange, but you will likely enjoy the experience. There is "regular "seating, too, but I think it's better to be down on the ground to see the full dome easily. If you are older, be careful when you try to sit in the gamer rocking chair. I saw several older people struggle, although they just laughed about it. Overall, I would do it again, which is all you can ask for! Parts of the experience are quite inspiring and will live on in my memory for quite awhile.

This is an awesome experience. It doesn't seem like there is an opportunity to go support something such as an immersive Christian event like this. I was amazed at how it was put together. Seating to see the whole dome was awesome and the manager was very welcoming. It left me wanting to see more! Experiencing events of the Bible in this manner is so much different than reading about them.

Children 4 and under are free otherwise its $18 per person. The show lasts about 45 mins. Free parking. And port-a-potty stalls if you need to go. Overall - really cool experience. Good and bad, here we go. From the outside, the dome doesn't look very big. But on the inside, it felt like the screen stretched because of how much you can see. I believe his name was Jonah, he was our host. Super friendly guy. We were at the 3 PM showing which was the last show of the day, so he said he was a lot more relaxed and not in a rush for us. There are Beanie bags, folding chairs, and also these rocking bed-like seats. Those were really cool! You can lean back and get a full-on view experience from top to bottom as simply as leaning forward and back. I would recommend finding one of those to sit on, but there's a limited amount so try to get there early. I was maybe... the 12th person that entered and we got the last 2 but that didn't mean there was 12 rocking seats. I think there was eight. OK so why the missing 5th star? First, I don't know if it was where i was seated but it was absolutely freezing cold! Like uncomfortably cold. My husband was wearing a thermal long sleeve and he said he was cold too. So bring a cover or dress warm. Also bad : The male voice over that they used, for what felt like half the show, was so deep and low that you really couldn't hear the story telling, like at all. :( And, I thought it was just me, but it turned out my husband confessed that he couldn't hear or understand the deep voice either. The music was so loud that it overshadowed the voice. So it just felt like we were looking at a video while trying to Make out any little part we can understand. Otherwise, I do think this was a cool experience. I love that kids can participate, but I don't think it's appropriate for the little, little ones. One kid was running around during the show (this dome doesn't have a lot of running space) and I noticed when the show ended, parents were carrying out their sleeping children lol. NAP TIME!

Very poor customer service and overall experience. My family and I purchased tickets for the 5/30 showing that afternoon. We arrived early as the directions stated, yet no one was there outside of one other family who had also been perplexed at why there was no one there to let us in for our showing. I called the location multiple times to no avail and left a message, but no call returned. After waiting around for awhile to then find no one else to show up right before our showing, we left. I kindly emailed them for a refund, which was met with snarky reponses and impoliteness. It is very sad that this was our experience and hopefully will make others think twice before spending their money on a place that doesn't value the customer.

Excellent presentation with engaging imagery and great narration. The dome was a unique experience. The Manager/Attendant was super friendly too. We plan to go again.

I had high hopes for this new establishment but unfortunately was disappointed. $18/ticket and you sit in folding chairs to see a presentation in a dome. Very uncomfortable. Difficult to understand narrator and all animated characters. Please make some adjustments - I hate to see you fail!

It was great! So glad to support a place like this over Top Golf or Main Event for once. Wish there was more to do here but overall good movie type experience foe the family.

What a great experience! I have always loved planetariums since I was younger and having a biblical one near home is absolutely amazing! I love that they pray for the group right before starting the show! A must see!! And they are also creating more shows!

The Journey is an awesome, fun, and exciting experience for the whole family! Would highly recommend for all ages! Can be a fun family event or a fun date night! Very relaxing, interesting, and definitely worth your while. I’ve never experience anything quite like it. Also a must see Teen Youth groups to experience together!! Definitely a MUST see for DFW!

This is a great family, biblical experience for the entire family. Justin was our host when I went. He was awesome. The only part I didn't like was the tempature in the dome. It was a little too warm but still a great time. Thank you LORD for this production. I ask that you continue to bless these types of entertainment & education.

We had a lovely time. Justin was approachable and fun. I appreciated how he prayed prior to the viewing. This concept holds much potential and I pray it comes to see it. A little pricey for what is currently offered. Having said that, our group enjoyed themselves.

Could be better. I liked the message from the video and the iMax dome experience, but the script and animation were not my taste. It was difficult to stay focused, and the stories didn't flow together very well. It starts with creation, then to Jonah and the whale, and ends with the 3 kings traveling to the birth of Jesus. At one point, I almost fell asleep. It was more like a young kids bible study where the narrorators read scripture. The seats are just card table folding chairs, so it was not very comfortable by the end of the 1hr show. We could hear people outside the dome talking during our viewing, which was also distracting. In my opinion, it is not worth $15/each. The building is nice, lots of parking, and everything looks state-of-the-art. They have popcorn and drinks you can purchase, and there is a pirate ship play area for kids inside while you wait for the show to start.

The Dome experience was pretty cool. It's about an hour long presentation covering the creation of the world and a couple biblical stories They had a couple of fun areas for the kids. I personally thought it was too expensive for what it included. But I like that it was a family friendly atmosphere that teaches about Jesus.

An interesting concept, although the seating makes one thankful it is only 45 minutes. The A/C made up some and surprised me with how cool it was despite a blazing hot day outside. I wish there was a longer option at an IMAX theater.

This was an amazing experience. Cannot wait to go back! Jaylen walked us through what to expect as it was our first time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with him.

Really cool animation but not truly in conformance with the Bible. Some of the scenes made me nauseous because of the movement. The man working there was super nice and the prayers were peaceful and authentic.

Overall great experience. Bathrooms were clean, worker was friendly, comfortable seating, some of the party got a bit dizzy but I loved the arching views and all of the shots. The voice was a bit difficult to understand, but they did have printed transcripts we used. On a biblical level, a few minor critiques. -Wisdom was defined outside the Bible at the start. I just feel there could be a good verse instead. -There was no major confrontation of sin or the nature of mankind. -In the story of the 3 wise men, they did add a 4th character which couldve been their representation of the sinfulness of man. -And a rather silly one, but I think a biblical angel would be very interesting to be shown but I also understand the appeal to kids so the eldritch-horror aspect may not be the best for that. Ultimately, you can't please everyone though. I would definitely go again with friends or younger family.
