It was my 1st time at this location and I was immediately turned off upon entry. It was not a welcoming environment. I will say that the racks are neatly organized. The staff is very rude and persistent for you to leave the store. I was here 20 minutes before closing and I had the mission of being a quick skimmer for a dress. Within a 5 minute time span, they advertised on the intercom 3 different times (8:40 PM; it closes at 9) to go ahead and proceed to the register to check out. On one of those calls I looked up and the cashier was looking at me. It felt very personal , but I decided to quickly move ahead to see if I could find anything. They only spoke in Spanish on the intercom, no English. I am thankful that I understand the language, but I do feel bad for the customers who are not of Spanish-speaking background. How would they know what is being said? I never look for a catered service, much less in retail retail. Usually I can let go of rude workers, but I felt so impelled from this experience to go ahead and leave this terrible review. If you want to come to the store, make sure you come when the sun is up because then they'll start to pressure you before closing to make your way to the front. I was so irritated that I just walked out. 1 of the cashiers didn't break eye contact, didn't say thank you & watched me walk out. Not welcoming, at all. 👎👎👎👎👎 too bad there's not an option for a zero star. 5 thumbs down for sure!

Make sure you have at least 2 good hours to shop. The only thing I don’t like is that every thing is arranged by color instead of size. SO SO many shoes. I found some great finds and I’m plus size so I was extremely happy about that. Found a pair of hustle gang sweats ($100) for $5!!! I will definitely be back on a weekly basis

Great price Great stuff.. rude worker.. my first time hereor to a thrift in years. I had a younger boy finding something wrong with everything I did. I used the handicap changing room because the other were full and he had a issue and asked me to move rooms in the middle of me changing. It didn't say handicap only it said handicap accessible. Then when we checked out he wanted me to take all the hangers off , when all the other thrift I used go to wanted to count the hangers. If this is there expectations it needs to be posted.

Well. It was a great experience until we tried check out. F.d. c. Had a special, " green and pink tags 50% off". Great! Pick out a dozen items, went to check out, no..no...no....they weren't 50% off! Only if they were never marked down before! Went to read the sign again, and yes that's what it said. So remember read the whole description, not just the first line of the advertisement.

They are closing the dressing room at 6:20pm. Even though there was a line to try on the the store doesn’t close until 7pm

Annoyed. They mixed the boy's and girl's clothes together and sorted them by color. When I'm shopping for my girl, I want girl clothes. When I'm shopping for my boys, I want boy clothes. I felt like I was just wasting time trying to find stuff for my kids, so I left. It gets two stars because I liked the prices.

They text you fake discounts like “50% off” but when you get to the store they say “wrong location” this is the only place I’ve ever given my number. They scam many customers like this.
