I really like this store. I love their tees and got some cute little hats and gloves.

After going to 4 stores the manager went above and beyond to find the item I was looking for. I really appreciate it, thanks Sharon! Made my daughter happy.

Love love this place but prices are climbing. Lots of different things and they change things up. They getting a new policy and one up front was not to sure of it. Overall it still rates a 5

The employee at the Burleson store was completely inappropriate. She was cleaning the glass door before the store opened. It was 10 o’clock and I was waiting to get in and she was acting as if they were still closed.. So I asked you do open at 10 AM, correct? she grumbled yes. Then, after others were entering the door, she was screaming welcome to five below in a voice that is not friendly. Then when checking out, all of the self check counters were closed and you were forced to go to her counter to check out. Then when she asked if I wanted to buy a bag and I said no, she said fine. It’ll just make it more difficult for you to carry out two bags , then she screamed, Is that cash or card while I’m standing there holding my credit card then she says have fun, have fun today as she’s screaming it at as I’m walking out. I will never come back to this store.

I like the products offered and the employees are usually friendly and helpful but today the employee working was not. I went to one of the self checks and she comes up behind me and starts talking. She asked if I wanted a 40 cent bag and when I said no thank you she continued to push the sale. I had 2 items left out after one transaction and she asked me if I was going to scan those 2, implying I was going to steal them. I told her I was doing them on a separate transaction. She shouldn't have been at the front registers. It was a negative interaction through the whole process.

The store is clean and organized. The staff is always friendly. The self checkout makes checking our quick and easy. Part of a nice location that has plenty of other shopping options. Parking is fairly easy depending on the time and day.

The young adults they have working at this five below are always so friendly helpful always wearing smiles. Love the atmosphere here!

This location went downhill a few years ago. The management was useless after the one super friendly girl left. Product was left all over the floor and associates were rude. I haven’t been back in well over a year and don’t plan on ever returning.
