I honestly do not understand how is it that these offices are still in operation. How is it the people survive when a government program such as WIC staff members are very disgusting, disrespectful and rude. They do not answer phones call and if and when they do they are rude. I’ve been on the phone over one hour eleven minutes and fourth nine seconds and no one answer, this is not the first time.( LET ME MAKE THAT CLEAR). This government office is the worst. Whosever is in charge of this program need to be gone and take on new staff. I don’t believe they love are appreciate their jobs. So unprofessional. Poor service.

this is a lie they say they open at 9 and it is 9:40 a.m. and there is no one, and I called on different days with a delay of up to two hours and nothing that they answer. they only play with people, this is an abuse.

Office does not honor scheduled appointments and staff is very rude and combative. They tell you they do not take walk ins so you’re forced to call and wait on hold for 30min-1hour just to schedule all for them to make you come in and take a number. Staff member by the name of Kayvon told me it doesn’t matter if I have an appointment if others came before me with is ridiculous when scheduled appointments should be prioritized

Rude. Don’t answer the phone. Staff is not educated on preemie babies. The Asian lady told me I would not be able to receive wic (formula) anymore since my son was about to turn 1. He has to be looked at as his corrected age. Other staff members said she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Are these employees trained? Do they hire just anybody?

I see the other reviews and I myself had to wait a long time as well. However, when I spoke to the Anna on the phone she stated it’s only FOUR of them that are answering the phone for Tarrant county. They are extremely short staffed. After the wait, she did everything she could to assist me and my needs. She even spoke with another office to make sure me and my baby were in good shape. Thanks to these ladies and I pray God sends the assistance they need.

Staff is rude and not informative in any way. They don’t call or text to remind about appointments. Literally every time I come here it’s a horrible and stressful experience. I will say that the dietitian is very nice, though.

Good office and workers. There are also programs to get free internet and tablet and there is a person that sets up and helps you get a tablet from the Federal tablet program.
