A cool way to spend a day. They have literally anything you could think of, all of the vendors we met were very kind! Parking is crazy. But I’d recommend getting there as early as possible.

This place is amazing! Free admission and only $5 for parking. Went to a free concert there earlier this month and it was a lot of fun. There was a taco spot with huge quesadillas (called machetes) right near the concert area and it was delicious. I’ve been here for shopping before and have picked up a lot of cool items since they literally have everything, but with the add-on of the free concerts this place is definitely worth continuing to come back. There’s an area with lots of rides like a huge roller coaster. Going to have to go back for the rides.

Parking is $5 - yes, they accept CC. They sell puppies (which I love) birds, bunnies, and gerbils. Wish I could purchase all the puppies. There are a lot more Mexican religious items than before, which I love; especially the handmade thread bracelets, colorful dishes, and decorative items. A lot of repetitive stands selling the same stuff, still a good time to enjoy what you see and walk around. We sat at the stage area they had a great DJ, I wanted to dance but my stomach was hungry 😁 - Shop, eat, play, drink, dance, ride roller coasters, and walk! We had a Pork Machete, Lemonade, Corn in a cup and a fruit cup.

I only care about the Playland. The rest of this place is dead to me until they stop allowing animal sales. Prairie Playland has a great selection of flat rides. The coaster is an unexpected treasure. Looks can be deceiving when it comes to this group of rides. One downside of the rides is that some don't allow singles riders. Sucks if you happen to be solo - no observation ride or scrambler allowed.
