Had a wonderful time with the granddaughter. The park was big and staff was present at all times around park. Word of advice, bring your coolers and rent a lounge chair or cabana. The lounge chair was 39.99 and best money spent. Has a half umbrella with two lay down or sit up chairs. We ate there, rested there and lounged there while watching kids play. Highly advise. Have fun, go down the wicked slides and relax in the wave pool. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

It was an OK park. Great prices online. Pretty good food and prices there too. 3 of the bigger slides were closed the day we went. I'd say most of the life guards seemed to be in a bad mood. But probably the most annoying is the places where you have no choice but to stand in the direct sunlight on a scalding floor. Like when waiting for the burgers to cook. Or on certain spots in the line for the 2 raft rides. You're barefoot on very hot pavement or stairs with no shade for like 20 minutes. Management, put down some mats or put up some shade.

This is the best water park in the metroplex! I love that it has a Sandy beach area. I also like that you can bring your own food. Their food is really good and very reasonably priced also. Though. The lines never last too long, and the facilities are very clean. The lifeguards are always alert and very friendly.. I definitely recommend coming here

We had a lot of fun...I had to take a star away due to the wave pool, lazy river, and several slides being closed when we went. It was still an incredible experience for my son, and we will be returning really soon. The food was surprisingly good as well.

The last day, before they close for the winter, they have a Doggie Beach Bash. It was so much fun to see all of the dogs run around, swim & play fetch!

Me and my family had so much fun! The wave pool and the endless river are so fun! We went on the viper and it was one of the best water slides I’ve ever been on. The cheesy bacon n ranch fries were so good. The employees are so nice and they give you free life jackets I totally recommend coming here with your family. The food is kinda expensive so beware.

So my 13 year old celebrated her birthday here with her cousin. They had so much fun the kids enjoyed themselves. I had a good time as well. After a day (9 hours) at the park we came home. My daughter woke up with her eyes closed shut she couldn't lift her eyelids. Apparently the water filtration wasn't clean and it caused my daughter to get an infection. They numbed her eyes and put some other medication around her eyelids to relax them until they opened. She had to use artificial tears every 30mins to keep her lids moisturized. Funny thing is my uber driver who picked us up told me he use to be the engineer for the park over 22years he said they haven't taken care of the park filters well since he left. He say he still drives by time to time just to see what looks unkempt. Great time my only advice where Goggles.

Overall this was a fun experience because the kids had Field trip and got to miss school. We didn’t have the full experience as many of the slides were closed and the lazy River as well. This was for a music competition. I would say it’s on par with competitors such as Hawaiian falls. The bathrooms were large with plenty of stalls but also weirdly dark in corners. They were also sloppy, messy and muggy. The store was small and crowded and the food stands had really long lines. The pool options were great for kids and the beach volleyball was a lot of fun. The lifeguards were attentive and busy. There are plentiful shaded seating options with some spaces even removed from the crowded areas and more quiet. Appreciate their support of the community by hosting the music competition on site. I would say it’s decently accessible to all.

Great family water park. Something for all ages and levels of activity. Plenty of shade and seating. Love that you can bring a cooler. Shower as soon as you get out of the water though, because they chlorinate the heck out of that water and we were all itchy for days afterward.

We had a difficult time getting in. I needed season passes for myself and 4 kids. We got there around 3 and had to buy tickets there because we online was not working. Neither was there CC card machines. I was told they don’t have an ATM on location and my only option was to load up the kids in car seats and go find an ATM. By the time we got in an hour later we didn’t have much time left at the park. Once we were in everything was great.

First visit to this park in the last part of summer. I like that the park is family friendly and you can bring your own coolers in. Children and parents can enjoy kids slides together & lazy river. The chlorine however is the strongest I’ve ever experienced. I color my hair and it was stripped. The natural color on my toddlers hair is light brown and she had dirty blonde in places by the end of the day.

Our thirteen year old son and his friends had a great time. They were able to explore by themselves all day. We bought burgers and fries for lunch which we all enjoyed and we'll probably go back again. We especially liked their toddler area that we'll check our next time with our youngest. Like many theme parks, however, this one is poorly managed. The food prep time was interminably long, the app didn't work so we didn't get the birthday party food discount. The refillable drink cups we wanted to purchase for the kids were out of stock and there were several slides out of order. The staff assigned to the slides were also devoid of personality, friendlies or sense of urgency. The redeeming factor was the staff elsewhere. When I was at the counter placing a big order, the young adults serving were friendly, seemed happy, and accommodated me with boxes to help transport the food and drinks back to the kids. At another point, one of the managers asked if I needed a hand. I also appreciated that I could pay a deposit on the party rather than all at once on the website. Overall a good experience but they could make more money if they can figure out these issues.

My kids loved this water park and so did I! I love the fact that there’s plenty of shaded areas on the grass and you can bring in your own coolers. They have food there which was pretty good. This is really a nice, inexpensive place for kids.

This is my first summer with an NRH20 pass and I’m loving it. I love the fact that there is a pool, grassy areas with trees for shade, easy to get in and out of the park. Don’t love the hours- wish they stayed open later. Closing at 6 when I work until 5- is not great for my kids. Also wish they had a pass holder hour, as in pass holders can get in the park early or stay later.

Very fun place to go and cool off from the texas heatwaves. This place allows you to bring in water and snacks without having to pay extra money. Some rides were closed but they still have fun enjoyable ones to go ride! The park is very friendly friendly. Even if you have little kiddos there is still things for them to do. NRH20 is a blast!

Went with my husband and had a blast on the green machine! Beware food prices are a little high. There were no chairs available at any time. But All in all, nice place to go hang out. Tickets are 30 bucks online.. so be aware of that as well. I would recommend buying online as they cost more in person.

The water slides that I was able to go down with my kids were a lot of fun. The lockers were super convenient (we used one), I appreciate the little fountains and sprayers throughout the park to rinse your feet and hands off. I shared a funnel cake with my kids, it was pretty good though a little overpriced. We loved the wave pool and all the shady trees. Cons: very long wait times for slides, multiple slides were shut down, The lazy river was too crowded and water was dirty with junk floating in it.

It was pretty fun, lazy river is good, a couple water falls which is nice. The wave pool is really fun as always, there's a time that goes off telling you it's about to get wavy. The big slides are nice, the concrete steps get really hot at the top so wear some water shoes. The locker rentals are easy and not too expensive. And I'll leave it at 4 stars only because they closed the drink and food stand early in the day and I didn't get to use up my free refills enough for it to be worth it.

Better experience than the last couple of years at Hurricane Harbor. There are less rides but the employees are nicer, more considerate, and do their job better. We got food one day and someone brought cold cups of water around while we were waiting. The season cups are nicer, the season pass is cheaper, and just a better experience, usually. However, 3 of the slides are closed right now with no end date in sight, and the lines for everything else are artificially inflated as a result. Very frustrating. - The ticketing/membership website needs to be drastically improved. I tried to purchase season passes during the sale and the website just wasn’t working (my husband works IT so we are quite competent when it comes to technology). I called customer service and they sorted it but doing it online would be better. - Is the River that runs through the middle of the park ever going to turn on? We liked having that so we could walk barefoot and not burn our feet.

I have been coming here for decades, this is the best for affordable family fun. There was a drone show that night, we enjoyed every minute. You can bring in your own cooler at no charge.

Super crowded, but it was a Saturday. We had fun, however, several slides were closed. Teens were cutting in line making the experience worse for our kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and trash was picked up.

I love going to the park and supporting a LOCAL beautiful water park. The park is big enough to always have something to do while also being small enough that the line to enter isn't long and you can cross the park easily. There is tons of green space that I don't see at other parks. And you have a lot of freedom to move the beach chair to shady spots away from others. The food is freshly made and always good with a great selection of summer classics! Can't wait to see the new slide in 2024

Really fun but most of the grown woman who go there are wearing thongs and really short bras but otherwise it's an amazing place to enjoy your summer when I went there a tornado was coming but they seemed to not care that much about out safety it was more about the park's safety.
