One of the main features we were looking for was a kind staff! Christian and McKenna were SO kind to my kids and I. This place is super safe with beautiful amenities. We are hoping to move in in December. We can’t even wait!

The staff at Gray Branch are awesome. The entire process was extremely pleasant. It was easy to apply and the approval came shortly afterwards. Catherine the Property Manager was extremely professional and super friendly. I recommend Gray Branch to anyone looking for a clean, luxury property with friendly neighbors. Five stars for me and I'm happy about my decision to choose Gray Branch as my luxury apartment home! Did I mention the property is beautiful and the pool is lovely!

You don’t want to move here they harass you after you have already spoken to MANAGEMENT! They don’t do pest control over here! They let people leave their dog feces everywhere vs them picking it up! Will be finding a NEW PLACE TO CALL HOME BECAUSE THIS ISN’T IT!

As a three year resident of Gray Branch Lux Apartments, we can say that our past experience, and our continued journey go hand in hand with the success of being an integral part of this outstanding living complex. Of the management and its staff, the maintenance and their assistance, as well as the sharing and neighboring renters it can be said that they are all extraordinary and professional people who make this living complex an excellent place to live in.

Love living here! It’s so quiet, nice and clean! The office staff are all so friendly and the maintenance team respond quickly!

Quickest maintenance responses I've ever had. AC went out and was fixed within an hour of being notified. Their maintenance responsiveness has been consistent over the past two years even with a management change. Truly a hidden gem in McKinney.
