I
literally
just
left
the
Digestive
Health
Center
of
Allen
from
having
my
procedure
and
I
was
compelled
to
write
this
review
while
everything
is
still
fresh
in
my
mind.
I
would
give
the
facility
5
stars
if
it
weren’t
for
one
particular
employee
by
the
name
of
Mary.
I
was
there
for
a
colonoscopy
and
if
you’ve
had
one
before,
you
know
that
the
worst
part
is
the
prep.
The
procedure
itself
is
a
breeze.
With
that
being
said,
Mary,
the
after
care
nurse,
is
horrible!
Not
only
is
Mary
pushy
but
she’s
unsympathetic.
The
receptionist,
IV
nurse,
anesthesiologist
and
doctor
were
excellent.
This
procedure
is
stressful
enough
and
having
her
be
the
last
person
you
deal
with
is
not
good.
I
was
literally
awake
for
a
minute
or
so
and
was
still
a
little
groggy
after
waking
up
and
she
said
“okay
sleepy
head,
I
need
you
to
start
waking
up”
She
said
I
needed
to
get
dressed
and
I
asked
if
I
could
have
my
husband
help
me
and
she
said,
“your
husband
isn’t
here
so
I
need
you
to
try”
and
walked
away.
As
I
was
getting
dressed,
I
heard
her
call
my
husband
and
she
told
him
I
was
ready
to
be
picked
up.
She
then
told
a
coworker
that
my
husband
was
40
minutes
away
and
that
I
wanted
my
husband
to
help
me
get
dressed.
My
husband
was
15
minutes
away
and
was
on
his
way
back
because
the
doctor
had
literally
called
him
just
a
few
minutes
before
she
did
and
told
him
the
procedure
was
over
and
it
would
be
about
10
to
15
minutes
for
me
to
be
released.
I
did
arrive
early
so
I
understand
that
my
procedure
may
have
been
completed
earlier
than
expected
but
they
did
tell
my
husband
it
would
be
an
hour
1/2
otherwise
he
would
have
waited
for
me
in
the
office.
When
we
left
the
office
my
husband
was
just
as
upset
as
I
was.
When
he
asked
me
how
it
went,
I
literally
burst
into
tears,
because
I
couldn’t
believe
what
had
just
happened.
Unfortunately,
Mary
is
the
last
person
I
saw
and
dealt
with
because
her
bedside
manner
is
horrible.
I
reached
out
to
the
office
manager/director
Jessica.
I
was
informed
that
Mary
is
an
agency
nurse,
so
she
is
not
a
permanent
employee
at
this
facility.
She
apologized
and
was
very
sympathetic.
She
was
disappointed
that
I
had
such
a
bad
experience
and
assured
me
that
it
would
not
happen
again.
There
are
bad
apples
everywhere
and
it’s
just
unfortunate
that
I
got
one.
All
in
all,
this
is
a
great
facility.
Jessica
and
the
rest
of
the
staff
are
fantastic.
