This is the only theater in our city but it’s comfortable and well appointed. We rarely have a difficult time seeing movies here. Usually it’s pretty clean for a theater. Lately the sound has been a little intense… as if they’ve cranked it to full volume. It’s so bad that we’ve covered our ears occasionally. I love that there’s reserved seating and reclining chairs. The bathrooms are generally pretty crowded and I feel like they would be a tight fit for people needing accessibility. The bathrooms back near the theaters are better than the one out front in the lobby. Snacks are very expensive but always fresh and tasty.

I saw the movie "American Underdog." Very good, feel-good movie. The theater was comfortable. I did put my blanket over me, but I wasn't freezing without it. The popcorn was fresh and the butter topping adequate. The theater was clean and the patrons quietly watched the movie. I did think $9.37 was awfully high for a matinee. It's been a while since I went to a movie, what with Covid making it difficult to find a good movie, so maybe that's how much movies cost these days. This theater is close to home and generally has a good assortment of movies so I'll be back.

Our family loves this location. The staff is always attentive. The place is clean and follows safety guidelines recommended by the CDC, but thankfully do not require everyone to wear a mask. This place hires a lot of our local students. The General Manager, Mr. Francis, is all about the customer and taking care of his employees. $5 Tuesdays is the best deal in town!

This is our local theater and we enjoy visiting. The condensation lines are usually slow and sometimes dirty. The serving station can sometimes be very dirty and messy. Usually out of stock of condiments or napkins. Other than that the seating in the theaters are clean. I do wish that there were more movie options available.

Do not like that they take the covid for a reason to not give a refill on drinks and popcorn, then expand on it. Like you are going to get it, we had these things gone for a while. We pay good money for popcorn that costs way too much. You don't want to go for the second one or drinks. Way to hi for family's .

I didn’t get any pictures this time but we saw The Woman King in the XD format. It’s worth the price for the movie screen and sound! The recliner seats are great and move multiple ways. I found my new favorite movie theater!

I come to this theater expecting to enjoy my movie with no disturbances. However, I did not enjoy my experience at all this time. Too many kids snickering, talking, and making noise throughout the entire movie. Keep in mind this was a rated R film therefore anyone under 18 who is not with an adult should not be in the theater. I would suggest maybe actually checking ID’s next time! Great movie, but would’ve appreciated if there were no disturbances.

Great theater! The seats are very comfortable, very clean, they have several movie times throughout the day, liked the assigned seating as well. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and seemed happy to be there and help.

Cinemark is our go to Movie Theater. It’s quick and easy to get to and their customer service is always on par. Tonight we experienced a storm while watching Transformers and the electricity went out for a bit. I thought for sure they were going to cancel the shows for tonight. But they did not. They handled it like a champ. The lights came back on and the movie picked up where it left off! Just wanted to give them kudos for handling things effortless in the middle of a storm!

Cinemark Mansfield provides an enjoyable movie experience! Their theaters are clean. The concessions are plentiful, fresh and tasty. Sometimes they are short-staffed, but that's everywhere these days. Other Cinemark locations should try to emulate this place. We love taking our grandchildren there to make movie memories.

Great seating! But no room to put food or items. Great sound and image quality but only in the middle or rear seats; anyone at the front edge end are approximately 10 ft. from a 70 ft. wide screen… I don’t see that as entertaining, that probably actually damages peoples vision. $$$$$$$ Major room to improve here: I just came from Henderson Nevada where the Cinemark on Boulder Hwy. & Greenway charges about 7.50 for a nighttime showing. So I was surprised to see 12.50! Wow! This was my movie experience (1 person)… Drink, no refills 5.90, popcorn no refills 7.90, movie 12.50: 26.30. This really made the experience less then desirable and sadly I don’t think I’ll return unless the prices improve. LOOK theater for example beats every single price option listed above, provides whole meals, placement for the meals, adult beverages, refills included, you walk out feeling like you got your money’s worth! That 3* is really because the staff are very friendly. But this facility is pretty close to highway robbery.

I'm a Cinemark pass holder (for years) so I frequent all the locations for the best experience. I live in Arlington & prefer this location over the Grand Prairie one. Much cleaner and the floors aren't sticky🥴 Anyway I went to see the new Transformers: Rise of the Beast and it was AMAZING!!!!!!! Loved that it was a prequel with a backstory! Can't wait until the next installment. Stay until the very end!!! I am 46 and have watched and played with Transformers since I was a kid with my big brother❣️

Decent movie theater. Facility was pretty clean except for sone of the front area and the staff was fine. Ticket prices are okay and concessions were on a par with other venues. Parking lot is pretty well lit so no issues coming out late. Seats reclined and were decently comfortable. Sound and picture was pretty good but nothing special.

Decent place, typical movie theater, pretty clean, not a great selection of food. Lots of screens, the seats are quite comfortable (all recline) but I kept hitting the button constantly making the seat jump. You can pick your seat which is nice.

Great staff always friendly and Movies are never bad quality. I recently went with my friends for the New Spider-Man movir and we all enjoyed the huge XD experience. Their not even Spider Man fans and they loved it too.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. As soon as the doors open at the end of the movie, staff comes in to clean up the spaces. The seating is very nice, with reclining chairs. The only downside is some of them are noisy when they recliner (most likely from usual wear OR a someone misusing it). The bathrooms can be a little dirty at times.

My godson and I saw the movie "Sisu" there two weeks ago. The facilities and staff are top notch. The theater and seats were great also.

My family decided as a group, with friends, to go see The Color Purple on Christmas morning. I was so pleased with my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the customer service and the overall atmosphere. There was lots of space, and the seats were very comfortable. The popcorn 🍿 was nice and fresh, and that is always a plus for me. I highly recommend them for family time, dates, or solo... Treat yourself!

I had no photos since we were there to watch a movie, but the experience was great! My queen Revonna and I went to the theater yesterday morning to watch The Color Purple at the 9:15am time. The one photo I should have taken was of the smile from their beautiful staff member named Sky! She had the smile the whole time she waited on us at the concession stand!

Theater was hot! Popcorn was cold/wasn’t fresh so were my children nacho cheese just warm. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Ticket prices good.

A good neighborhood theater. Popcorn is always fresh and the theaters are always clean. At times the lines can be long for concession but that’s normal.

Love the movies. Service is hit or miss, but overall good atmosphere and good food/popcorn. Tonight, service was great though.

Loved it! Just bring a blanket because it can get cold in those comfortable leather theater seats. P.S. they also sell warm blankets in the movie lobby for $20

My experience today at Cimemark 12 Mansfield was AWESOME! The ice on the sidewalks & parking lot had been cleared & the staff was helpful, courteous & professional. I love we have such a nice theater in our community.

The seats are comfy and the snacks are nice and fresh. I really like this theatre and always see movies here. This time, when I ordered snacks ahead of time, they even delivered them to our seats. It was a nice touch!

The theater was ok. The popcorn and the pop they will still not allow refills because they are still claiming COVID. The snacks are priced pretty high. We ordered a popcorn and it tasted a bit strange. Not sure if it was the popcorn or the butter topping. Also no salt for the popcorn.

I ordered boneless wings and they brought out some wings burnt and literally no bigger that a dime and they charge 850 for what wouldn't even be a whole piece if you put them together. Then I watch a kid or young man fill popcorn orders with his hands instead using the scoop... This being my first time here I was definitely turned away

Seats are comfortable. It was easy to see and hear the screen; there were no obstructions. Decent food selection. Easy to find parking that wasn't too far away.

Employees are always friendly here in my experience whether you are attending matinee or an evening showing. The facility is always clean when I go even around the concession stand which can be a real mess at some theaters. The actual theaters looked to be well taken care of as well as the bathrooms. Not much more you could ask for!

Nice seats, clean bathrooms, sell adult beverages and can but online, at the window or the Kiosk. They lose 2 stars because you can't get refills on your drinks anymore nor popcorn. No deals anymore yet that was the best part of the combo is the one refill on popcorn and soda.

Went here yesterday, with my mom. Lovely place, customer service was great!!! Theater was clean and the recliner chairs was very comfortable!! The food was delivered to our seats, and the guy who delivered it wasn’t too cheerful! But, overall I had an fantastic experience!!

The best cinematic in the area. We live in Alvarado and always come here. The theater is usually always clean, and people don’t talk throughout the movies. I really like that they have wipes at the theater entries to disinfect your area if you’d like. Movies and sound are always great quality wether it’s a regular showing or XD.

This theater is awesome! The sound was amazing and seats were comfy. I come here to see the action packed or scary movies.

One of my favorite places to hang out with friends, family or couple. I love the popcorn and the snacks that they offer. On one occasion my soda did not taste good and I mentioned it to them, they very kindly changed it for me without asking questions. Everyone is always very friendly and respectful. The best of all is to be part of their Cinemark club, since thanks to this we have saved some dollars in tickets and good discounts in the snack area.

Seats reclined and were a great size and were very comfortable. The snacks obviously where super expensive so beware but the movie was good and we enjoyed our time here.

Really nice staff. The theaters themselves seem to be regularly cleaned which is very nice (been to a few theaters where they weren't (gross)). Overall a very enjoyable experience.
