I had the greek salad and the tomato soup. Both were delicious, and I loved the fact that the soup was really hot, not just semi-hot. They came with a drink and an apple. “Panera Bread” is very spacious and you can also sit outside. The service is quick and everything is clean and welcoming.

The cashier took my order, when it was complete she asked for my name I clearly said “DERRICK”. Obviously I Was Racially Profiled, I do not appreciate that type of behavior, How do you confuse Derrick with “Dark.” Not coming back here .

I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and my meal was good. The staff was nice, but they took a while to appear before ordering. I guess it's because they have self-ordering tablets. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and lemonades to choose from. Clean place.

I forgot they serve half sizes which is fine but I did expect some more chicken on my sandwich but it tasted really good Quick service

We pre-ordered, they were super quick with our order and everything was correct! The smoothies from Panera are delicious - especially the mango one with Greek yogurt

We went there to pick up some bread for tomorrow and could not find anyone to wait on us. Several employees were cleaning and looked right at us, we even waved but they just ignored us. Finally we got the attention of one of the cooks in the back who found a girl to wait on us. The girl reluctantly came to the counter and she proceeded to chew us out for coming in 15 minutes before closing. She said everyone is busy cleaning! Man, we just wanted to pick up a loaf of bread!

You know what you going to get here. The focus on online ordering has definitely decreased the in satire customer experience. It used to be they had someone roaming the store clearing plates and ready to assist with anything you need. Now there were dirty tables and overflowing dish bins.

1st I ordered their chicken sandwich, original, not hot and/ or spicy was added with a apple salad. Got to work and it was a spicy chicken sandwich? I kinda felt it was a bit racist! All black people don't want hot sauce on their chicken or any other food group! Was I compensated for their deliberate mistake? Hel_ no even though their policy states they do when a mistake is made. This was the Panera off Hurst and even though I eat at Panera's quite often I now won't eat ate this location anymore until restitution and an apology is made! They know who I am unless this goes on quite often...

This location always has lots of people. But that's not necessarily a good thing if u bring ur laptop or need a charging port often times everyone takes the seats that have the sockets and u might be left with a cold little table . I'm not even sure if those people are even eating or drinking anything 😕 🤔 not sure if there just there for the free wifi only . Anyway the place is full most of the time. Wasn't really comfortable were I sat . Soup was cold and half full I didn't take one bite of my soup yet in this picture just looks half eaten. Sandwich was great though.

At school...forgot my lunch...no worries I will order online from Panera "old faithful". MISTAKE!!!! The chicken noodle soup was HORRIBLE. Tasted old...smelled days old...veggies in the soup were mush. When I called back the manager insisted it was fresh. NONSENSE!! Panera don't waste teacher's money!!

What the eff is this business?! So I have to pay $6 for a half eaten lookin sandwich, so soggy and disgusting. And watery tea. Hate this place

Foods great , but it’s very filthy every time we come in . There’s trash everywhere and tables/seats are always dirty. Customer service sucks they don’t even acknowledge you . Very nonchalant with bad attitudes

They're pretty much all the same. This is just a nice place to eat. Overpriced but not to the point that I wouldn't go once in awhile.

Wasnt my favorite meal from here. I went out of my comfort zone. Tried the onion soup and the chipotle chicken melt for the first time. It was ok. I ended up dipping the sandwich in the soup which helped up the flavor more. Now that I think about it I meant to ask them to add red onion to the sandwich . I lovvvvveeeee red onions and there were none. That's probably the flavor my taste buds was searching for in every bite.. Oh well. And the entry way when you first open the door smells. They need to shampoo the carpets. Ewww

Normally love Panera but I ordered a Green Goddess salad to go Friday and this was in it! Did an employee really believe this was an edible part of the lettuce?

I had never gone to a Panera before but I went when I found they had freshly baked Everything bagels which I'm in love with BUT for all my fellow Californians did you know they have sourdough! Not so sour how we like but pretty damn close, so good.

I probably will not come back to this Panera bread, even though I have been there many times. They gave my wife a bowl of soup that wasn’t completely full. When I went back to the counter and asked them to fill it, the response was that it was three scoops. First of all, I ordered a bowl, not three scoops. Second, how hard is it to put a little bit more soup in the bowl? I paid 7.50 for it! It’s a small detail but I find it pretty annoying, especially when I have normally tipped at this place. The one time I didn’t, because the kiosk didn’t ask me if I wanted to, they didn’t fill up the bowl. I get annoyed by stinginess.

This was the first time I have ever had Panera Bread and I have to say, I was quite impressed. The food was delicious as well as the ambience being warm and inviting as well. Would definitely eat here again!

I worked there and the district manager named Melissa I told her that people were smoking weed in the back area. I never did she write people that never did she punish people. And she’s asking her employees for pain meds, so she is also doing drugs at work.

My daughter loves their bagels and iced tea. I love the numerous drink offerings. Well prepared food that is consistently good.

The curbside at this location is not good! I was waiting for my food 10 minutes before I called to see what’s happening since I could not go in due to me feeling a little under the weather. The employee told me to that they were sorry and my food would be coming right out. So I waited another 5 minutes with no food whatsoever and then I called again to just cancel the order because this is ridiculous! I talked the manager and she said that they are going to refund me my money and give me my food for free and that they were out of 1 of the bagels I ordered. So I was fine with that as long as I get my refund. While I waiting for the manager to bring out my food, another car pulled up for curbside and got their food right away!! Once again the manager apologize and then I went home to eat my food, one of my spreads was opened!! I’m never going to come to this location again.

Update: Finally tried it & was underwhelmed. Spent about $60 and let’s just say it wasn’t worth it. The sandwiches are about $10 and it looks like like something I could make at home. It was mostly lettuce/spinach and a slice of meat lol. Honestly, I don’t understand how establishments do not have their own delivery services, but knowing that many now use third parties with additional fees and changes in menu prices I try to be considerate, but enough is enough. Most do not disclose that they use third party services until reading the fine print and then they won’t answer the phone when you have questions. I normally pick up my order, but wanted to try out their delivery service due to a delivery credit I’ve earned. After being informed that Panera uses third party delivery services like Doordash as their primary delivery option, I wanted to inquire about the safety measures they take to ensure that your drinks and food are not tampered with after constantly reading alarming stories in the news; however, I sat on the phone for a while and nobody answered it, but the line simply hung up. I guess I have my answer and noticed that the customer service from most restaurants have saw the lowest of low since the pandemic. Get it together.

Best Panera ever!! Sweetest staff! We lost our toddler’s toy in the trash and Panera’s team (Esperanza and Mike) actually dug through the trash to find our toddler’s toy!! Definitely recommend this branch!
