My 4yo was in great hands at this office. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Appointment was very thorough. I was really nervous about my child’s first eye doctor visit but the optometrist and her staff made her feel comfortable during the entire visit and I also felt like they were so thorough. Would recommend for anyone and would also visit again!!

Village Vision Center has provided our family with exceptional service over the years. Dr. Jacob is knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is efficient and the doctors take the time to explain the important details following exams. On my last exam, the staff didn't bat an eye when I had to tend to my crying infant. They made every effort to make things as efficient as possible and Dr. Phan even offered to see us sooner. Five stars!

I had a great experience at Village Vision! I was greeted by everyone in the office and felt like I was a celebrity. When I arrived, Dr. Jacob was with another patient but the wait time was less then 5 min all together. So let me break that down, I waited maybe 2 minutes before I went back with staff to do the testing and prerequisites for my visit. I waited for Dr.Jacob in her exam room for 3 minutes because I had a question and needed clarification on the test which delayed Dr. Jacob from seeing me. Overall, it was a great experience! Dr. Jacob and her team were so helpful and kind and so attentive to me, I genuinely got one on one attention. Dr. Jacob went over my notes and gave me different options on how to better my vision and helped me chose between contacts and glasses. I definitely will recommend Village Vision and ask for Dr. Jacob!

My self & Wife Received Amazing Services @ this clinic. Staff members were very courteous & highly professional. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable providing answers to all necessary questions. This Clinic is definitely a keeper & we’ll definitely be returning back for subsequent eye checks. Ohhh….! Did I mention they also have competitive discounts on their Frames 😉😉😉

The people who work at Village Vision are truly amazing! I have been going there for 5+ years, and honestly have never had a complaint! The experience has always been wonderful, and today I brought my 8 year old son and I couldn’t be happier! My son thinks he doesn’t need glasses, and he truly does. They took the time to explain his issue, and show him the difference between the two. The doctor was so incredibly patient with him, but made SURE he understood the importance of his eye care. I just want to say thank you for always taking amazing care of me, and now my family! ❤️

Without exception, everyone in this office was personable, friendly, and above all - helpful. I had so many questions and they answered them all - happily. I’m sure they hear the same questions every single day, but they took their time to fully explain and made sure I understood my eye health and eye care options. I had such a great experience visiting Village Vision Center for the first time. Every staff member was very professional and very friendly. Dr. Phan was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. She took time to explain the condition of my eyes and sight. Eve assisted me in finding the perfect pair of eyeglasses. Actually, I fell in love with the first pair she selected. There were so many great brands and styles of eyeglasses that I bought 2 pairs and considering buying a third pair. I had my annual eye exam today at Village Vision, as well as the age-appropriate scans. Dr. Phan went over my scans with me and explained exactly what they showed. She was very patient, and she answered all of my questions. She also made several suggestions for things I can do at home to take better care of my eyes. Both Angel and Eve were friendly, polite, and helpful in assisting me when picking out frames. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, try this office. They are excellent, and everyone in the office seems to go the extra mile. Definitely will be going back here for future eye exams.

I have not had a comprehensive eye exam completed in years, and let me tell you the staff & Dr. Lammert made me feel SO AT EASE and explained every little detail with great depth. What a sigh of relief to have found such professionals to be taken care of by. Would recommend this office 10 out of 10.

I rarely look forward to a visit to any healthcare facility however I really do look forward to coming here, everyone here has always been pleasant and very helpful! I saw Dr Phan this time and she was amazing as always! She treats me like a person and actually cares for you when she talks to you. Love Village Vision! They are always friendly, helpful and on-time! They were especially patient with me trying multiple types of contacts to get just the right one. They handle all insurance/copay issues so there’s no extra hassle on my end.

In all my years I have never been to an office like this one. Every single person I encountered was exceptional. I do have to give a shoot out to The young lady who did the testing if I remember correctly her name is Amelia to Angel and Dr. Jacob. The girls were so friendly and helpful. Very polite and professional. But Dr Jacob was so informative. She took the time to show me the results of every state of the art test I had done! Because of my age I did all the test. did you know you can now have the test with dilation without dilation now ? I Ihave already told my family and friends about this office. And they took my insurance! Please go see these folks I promise you will be so glad you did! I forgot to mention the young men behind the counter were very nice and helpful too.

Dr Lammert is my sons doctor and she is awesome! She takes her time to explain so my son (& I) understand what she’s saying. I personally have had appointments with 3/4 doctors here and they’re all outstanding. The front staff is really good at verifying insurance prior to checking in and they follow up when you order glasses/contact lenses. This is a great office and we’ve been very pleased with the service.

Dr. Jacob's office is all around extremely professional. The staff is very kind and easy to work with. I am really impressed with the advanced technology they have to run their scans. Highly recommend this office for your eye appointments! I love it so much I drive from Irving to see her!

Such an amazing staff, from front desk to the doctors themselves. My visit was quick but much more thorough than my previous eye doctor. They have an amazing frame selection and every member of the staff is personable and knowledgeable. They even offered a discount on my frames to help with what insurance didn’t cover! Highly highly recommend this business if you are looking for quality eye care.

I had a wonderful experience today at Village Vision!! The staff is very friendly. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. They were very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect frames. They do not pressure you to buy their frames and we discussed multiple options. Their customer service has been wonderful to assure satisfaction in the few years I have been going here.

Called same day for an emergency appointment and was given a 2:45 appointment time. Received a call saying they had a cancellation so was able to get in earlier. Loved this as I was miserable. Was able to fill out all paperwork on line making things to go must faster. I loved the Dr. She was so thoughtful and thorough. The entire staff seemed to flawlessly work together in harmony! I truly felt that I was given undivided attention. I have found a new vision center for my future visits. And with getting samples in office I was able to get immediate relief, while waiting on the Pharmcy to fill my prescription ( which at this time I’m still waiting). Thank you so much for a very good experience today.

The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the checkout. I don't want to name names and leave someone out but they all took great care of my son and I. The place is nice and clean and they have a variety of lens to choose from. I am happy to have found a new optometrist for us.

Dr.Jacob and the staff are wonderful! I was there for a dry eye treatment evaluation. Dr. Jacob did a thorough evaluation and took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her! I did have an unusually longer wait at check in, but the staff was friendly and apologetic for the delay since they were momentarily backed up.

The entire staff was great! I used the website to make an appointment late at night when I was thinking about it and first thing the next morning I was texting with staff. They made it so easy! I took my mother to Village Vision for an eye exam. She had cataracts removed about 2 years ago and she needed a follow up eye exam. The technician was very patient and thorough with my mom . She allowed me to interact and help too. Then Dr Lammert came in and she was wonderful with my mom. She also was so patient and understanding with how she interacted with her. I can only say very positive things about our visit to Village Vision. I would recommend them to anyone needing a thorough eye exam.
