Used to be a good gym, hours are very limited after covid emerged, Covid is over and they still refuse to adjust their hours to make it accessible to the members on a daily basis...It can get very crowded and their schedule is not even close to the schedule of a small gym. They claim they dont have enough people late in the day to justify staying late, however when I get there at 8-9pm its usually still full. And they start calling to remind people of the closing time at 8:30 which means you are aware that those people will stay if you dont kick them out, On Friday they close at 9pm, Sat- Sun at 8pm - not reasonable at ALL. Equipment breaks and no maintenance or replacement is done, such as the Main ceiling clock, and the vacuum clothing drainer in the locker room. I kept telling the staff at the front desk that their faucets in the locker room were all broken at one point except one. they just replaced some of them with manual handle faucet which is a downgrade from the motion sensed. I was asked to complete a review, and with all the negatives, the manager (Ryan) called me. I know there is nothing much he can do as he is unable to budget without approval from his superiors, but I see other 24 hr fitness doing better in the area and have more flexible hours ( 24 hrs). I made him aware that recently I left the shower 4 min after the closing hour, and one of the night staff was waiting for me with a dead bolt cutter in the shower area and told me he was about to clip my lock. He tried to justify it as a protocol to ensure that no one leaves anything overnight in the lockers, however , I would assume that this is done after ensuring that there is no members left in the facility, which was not the case because he was in the locker room talking to other guys when I entered the shower at 8 pm of that weekend. Its disappointing to see a nice facility with a great potential for success to fall apart slowly. Update: For over a month The shower in the wet area is broken, but they have they pool and hot tub open. People get out from the sauna and steam room and straight to the pool and hot tub. Can you blame them ? That's disgusting but management are to blame. The hot tub is overflowing making the water more sanitary.

24 hour fitness? More like 14 hour fitness! I have a lot of issues with this gym. 1, I paid a yearly fee up front and noticed there is always broken machines as well as a lack of staff that actually clean up. 2. There is never any toilet paper. 3. This gym is only open 6am-8pm which is horrible considering I wasn’t told that and the name states “24 hour fitness.” You should change your sign to be more honest because some of us paid and can’t even go to the gym because it’s closed when we can go and closed when we get off work. It takes me 20 minutes to drive here and even now, I’m waiting outside for it to open.

The sauna don't work (one of the main reasons I pay the monthly fee), half the machines don't work, not even the workers work. Ants are doing limbo with how the bar has been set by the people working here. Not to mention lots of times paper towels will be out, weight's all over the place, restroom filthy (which I can't fully blame the staff that also has to do with people being disgusting and having no common sense when using the restroom), and most the time you see this all the employees are too "busy" sitting down talking to each other and on their phones BSing and it's no wonder either the manager does the same. Can't expect much when that's the expectation the person supposed be leading them sets as an example. Only good thing about this gym is really location and the fact most don't have even have a sauna in the nearby area. I really don't understand why it's like this not to mention the hours changing and they still charge the same yet other 24's are still open overnight. Since most of them just sit there why not just have them do the same overnight and alternate. It's not like they do much to begin with.

I’ve been going here for close to 8 months now. I don’t understand why it is so dirty. I mean this place is gross. The men’s restroom floor is always really dirty, urinals always stink, and there is always trash on the floor somewhere. I sometimes see as many as 4 employees at the front laughing and hanging out the whole hour and half I work out. It seems the staff doesn’t have any direction or desire to, clean. I saw a guy today with a t shirt that said cleaning crew. He was at the front shooting the breeze with the other folks. Meanwhile the paper towel holder in two spots were empty and the restroom was gross. If Buccees can keep their restrooms clean with with some stores seeing thousands of cars in a day off an interstate, 24 hour fitness doesn’t have any excuse. I’ve always wanted to use the pool, but if what I can see is a mess and dirty, I am worried the pool could not be taken care of well. I am hoping it gets better. I intend to reach out to corporate this week. The store manager should be embarrassed. Leaving comments saying we are making corrections is not enough. The managers should be up there with mops getting it done. Cleaning Crew t shirts? Come on, just clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hours are short wish was open till midnight every day likely would help with the over crowding the place is always busy making waiting for equipment and over place does need a cleaning treadmill was covered in what i hope was mud! 8-4-2023 id like to add one thing please please please turn on the AC! 89 inside the gym!

Love the convenience of the gym, but the place is filthy. The front door glass looks like they never get cleaned,the Womans showers are clogged, filter in ceilings are filthy, gym equipment is dirty, vents in group studio are filthy. Not sure if the management team doesnt care or doesnt look around.

Gym is very crowded due to the lack workers checking in people in the front. Machines are old and broken which are a huge safety hazard. Restrooms are always dirty. The water fountains are also dirty. The floor is grimy with cockroaches crawling around. Guest don’t respect the sauna rules and fight about it.

Weight room area is always nice but the gym is always trash nets always off floor is always dirty , pay to much money for that to happen. Plus the short guy who shirts always to small that work always got something smart to say along with the manger guy named Ryan , also surprise fees and withhold information from you. If I were you I’d spend my hard earned money at another gym

I go here regularly, like to give a 3.5 if able, everything is good except it is not clean, floors dirty, glass and it could certainly SMELL better, great location… Management clean the place up!

Excellent gym, they had pickup basketball games running when I was there. The sales Rep Kent Dunn was awesome. Great tour!

My closet gym but It’s so disgusting.. the women’s bathrooms, showers. The pool is cleaned on Wednesday (once) by Saturday it’s so gross the lockers in the women’s change room have the worst dust we literally know which ones not to use.. the showers clog.. the steamer room is always has plastic bottles and plastic.. don’t make me post pics! Fix this

I tried 6 different cardio machines before I found 1 that actually worked. It’s time for a complete renovation and changing of equipment and everyone knows this. What’s it going to take to actually get this done?

As a new member I was shocked that there was no hot water in the showers - when asking management about it I was treated very rudely and told that they did not know when it would be repaired. A hot shower after your workout is a minimal requirement at a gym. I will not be renewing my membership.
