This petco staff is the best. My man Connor and my my girls Dakota and mrs Lisa are awesome. Im here all the time for my aquarium supplies/fish. They always have something interesting in their tanks. More than what u would expect to see at any other big box store and their fish is always taken care of.. Love this store

I lost my groomer and my mixed breed, Weenie/Corgi/Shitzu was miserable. I ask for a summer cut and maybe if he would let her a mohawk. Oh he is adorable and happy 😊 and so am I💖😀😍

Our grooming experience was above and beyond our expectations. Tara was awesome and our Sheltie looked so beautiful. This was her first grooming and she was very calm when we picked her up -- it was apparent this was a positive experience for all of us! Thank you Tara!

Had a bit of a mixup with scheduling, but without a doubt the groomer, Rochelle, absolutely took care of my maltipom and English Bulldog. They look and smell amazing and they were so much happier to be clean! Matter of fact, why am I leaving a review promoting her services if it means I’m going to have to work extra hard to schedule them once the word is out about her work?!? She’s FANTASTIC!!!! Customer for life!!

Had our dog's nails trimmed on 8-28-22. The Groomer did a great job. I wasn't happy about the $0.99 material fee being added per Corporate Petco requirement to the $12.00 trimming charge. You would think $12.00 would cover a material fee for the clippers since it only took about 5 minutes or less to trim her nails.

Employees are super nice and helpful. 4 stars because of the price increases. I purchase mostly the same items each visit and prices keep going up. I know it's the economy but still hard to shop at Petco when I know I can get a better deal elsewhere. The sweet employees really help keep me coming back.

This store is the best location! Clean, bright and very cute in design! I live in West Fort Worth and we commit to going here more often than not for our pet needs! I walked in looking for a new dog collar and took my brother could get some stuff for his Hamster. We left with two new family members, Guinea Pigs, Zoey was the absolute best and most knowledgeable person I could have met! She helped me and my daughter with feeling comfortable in taking these babies home and giving them a safe and fun home set up!

Zoey in the fish/aquarium area was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful alternatives for out of stock items. She also let me know her experiences/recommendation on other aquarium items I’ve never used. Much appreciated. Not only that, I get to the counter to check out and Alexis was awesome as well. Only downside were out of stock items but honestly can’t hold it against with current logistics. The helpful staff outweighed it.

10/10 for their dog classes. Patricia is an amazing trainer, so smart and funny! My pup absolutely loves her. We will definitely continue with more puppy classes.

Thank you Petco for making my boy's 14th birthday so special! On March 5th we visited your store. As soon as he walked through the doors he was greeted with Birthday wishes, pets and cookies (that he was a little too over stimulated to eat). As we walked through the store the aisles were clean and clear, products were well stocked, of course he was more of a window shopper. He was really interested the rodent aisle, I unfortunetly had to decline his request for a pet mouse or Guinea pig. The employees were very kind and helpful, checking in on us as we went up and down the same aisles about 3 times each. In the end he was very pleased with his selection he picked out. Thank you again!

I needed to return items I had bought at Petco that my dog was not going to use because she passed away. The manager approved a store credit, since the 30 days had passed to return these items. Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind.

Nice location, but the reptile shelves were pretty empty. It looked like they weren't keeping it stocked. They also charge for bags now, maybe to help reduce waste. Overall, the location is well kept but needs to be stocked.

Grooming services: Petco is leaps and bounds better than other groomers we have gone to in the past. Have had great experiences with the head groomer here. Christina does an incredible job and always goes the extra mile to demonstrate excellent pet care. My dog used to be terrified to go to the groomer but Christina has been very kind and patient and my dog’s appointment anxiety has significantly lessened since working directly with her. Customer care: Had confusion with VitalCare and appointments showing on the app - manager Cheryl went above and beyond to correct the issue. General customer service was unhelpful but Cheryl went so far as to contact them directly from the store phone to try and make sure the issue was resolved. The staff here truly cares about the pets that come in, would recommend this store location.

The setup of the store was fine. We were able to find what we were looking for. My only complaint was that it smelled like a litter box. I know they have cats you can adopt but they need to keep it more tidy. Other stores with adoption services don’t have this problem.

I went there for grooming for the first for a 4 months old Yorkie. The staff were very friendly but when I picked her up I was in shock, I guess miss communication all her hair is gone! Her face was cute, and add to that the bill was outrageous 78.60 with a 5.00 tip.

The ordering online process is a joke. Not only that but the people send you a email saying your items are ready to pick up then get their and only 1 thing is their. My puppy food and the other item wasn't their. Even though you get a email saying it's all ready for puck up. This isn't the only time either. The manager is not very good at their job. The onhands are totally off the fish person does nothing for ordering stuff it's so bare they might as well close it down. Pathetic management leads to customer dissatisfaction and a waste of gas and time. And corporate should be ashamed on how that store is run someone is just lazy..

Every time I come to this location, I get excellent service. I usually have a few questions, and the staff is quick to assist and steer you in the right direction for your pet's needs. I will definitely continue shopping here.

Recently used Petco in Burleson for grooming services for my schnauzer. This was our first visit and I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as my groomers knowledge of haircuts for schnauzers. This has not always been my experience in the past. Prices were reasonable and wait time was less than I anticipated.

Petco is Petco. They do have good prices for our gecko and fish supplies.

I've had to get dog food for puppies here to help them gain weight. They're very experienced and knowledgeable in different breeds and what's best to put them on food wise. Have went here for many times needing help. Thank you all so much!! Even customers are so friendly and helpful too!💯💯❤❤❤😁

I've always love going to Petco! I have 14 cats not in cages mind you. I love all they do for the pets that needs a new home although with all the money they generate I would Definitely! have a better "waiting to be adopted room instead of cages for cats and dogs. These poor animals can even walk two steps fir God knows how long.. I imagine they take them out but I'm not sure of that I hardly doubt it. And the prices are not the best compared to Walmart or Target.

There is usually at least two staff available when needed to check you out. Nice treat tray as you come in for various size pets. Area to the right for pet appointments for grooming or training. The company’s prices have always been higher than the surrounding market. I’ve now purchased my doggie pads at H‑E‑B at a significant price reduction. I went to check out their dog harnesses and was shocked at the price, around $50. My vet and Amazon were a lot less costly, almost by half. I’m doing my shopping elsewhere now, even though I have a Petco ‘discount’ card.

Tara was such a huge help when I had a store product question. Even though it wasn’t her department, Tara took time to help. Excellent personality, friendly, cooperative. Definitely an all around good employee. Really stands up for the store’s customer service. 5 star employee!!!!!

I don’t usually have issues, but today we went and we needed to get some worms for our bearded dragon. We get him the live ones because they’re all he eats, but as we were looking at them every single one was dead in all the containers which isn’t usual. We were disappointed, because petsmart doesn’t sell the worms he eats.

Stop by there to get my 2 dogs groomed and get some fish for the water trough. My dogs came out looking amazing and smelling great they were so happy, Which is a complete change from the last place I took them. But I'm happy to report I will be going back here from now on for my dog grooming.

Cleburne doesn't have aquarium supplies. We drove there to buy 2 snails...lol Clean store, staff is positive, all around good experience.

This Petco is one of my favorite places to go. They have great fish selections. An for the most part I do believe their tanks are some of the cleanest I only see a few dead fish's here and there. Good selection an they also get in fish you wouldn't see in most commercial based pet stores. I also like the fact they have salt water an can keep up with it. The people that work there are very nice an help out alot.

Wonderful experience with the grooming salon. I had previously taken my dog to Pet Smart and received horrible customer service on more than one occasion. Your employees were wonderful and very welcoming. Made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby there. I will definitely be back. Thank you to Leo for taking special care of my dog!

Everyone was super nice and very helpful and they had a great number of choices. My only real knock on the place was that they didn't require masks during a pandemic surge and 90 percent of folks were not wearing masks including a lot of staff. I felt a little unsafe because of that.
