    I normally do not like to write negative reviews because I understand that people can just have off days. In this case I feel like it needs to be addressed. I have been to this location several times now and each and every time there I have received a awful experience each time from the same employee which happens to be the General Manager there. I just recently proposed to my fiancé and the ring didn’t fit her due to Kay’s mistake of never sizing it like they were supposed to. When we took the ring there Angelo (the General Manager) was very rude to us and told us two weeks was all he could do for us and there was no other option or anything else he could try. He let us know repeatedly it wasn’t his mistake to fix, it was the other Kay’s employee who messed it up. So he didn’t really care to fix it. From when we walked in the door and told him what we needed help with he was instantly uninterested and rude. So we left and took our business to a different Kay’s and WILL NOT be returning to this location.

    I was very thankful to run into Angelo at Kay’s! He is super friendly and takes care of his customers. I normally go to Zales but after less than satisfactory service we went to Kay’s. I highly recommend asking for Angelo. He is patient and knows how to take care of customers. World class service and my husband and I were more than impressed.

    We moved to the Tanger area about a year ago. For the past 10 years my husband has been a loyal customer of Kay. We are a military family and moved a lot to different areas. So far this Kay location has had the best customer service. I never felt pressured on buying anything or having any of the employees be rude to us. The manager is a wonderful man that cares for his staff and customers specially with this pandemic. He helped my husband by organizing my wish list as well as resized my rings. I recently had a baby so my ring size has change. My experience has been outstanding and every employee has been absolutely helpful. Personally I recommend buying from this store. They have fair prices since is a Outlet and they’re not afraid to help you by letting you know about future discounts. The manager is a military friendly person. I get spoiled a lot so I like to go quite often to this store.

    I had a wonderful experience at the Fort Worth Tanger Kay Jewelers outlet. Kirsten (hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was such a great salesperson, I felt no pressure and very much at ease while looking at jewelery with her. I ended up finding the perfect ring and didn't hesitate to purchase it! I also got it for near 50% off, gotta love outlet store prices! It'll be ready in a few weeks after being sized, and I can't wait.

    Extremely awesome employees when in there one time had a great experience then went in for the second time they remembered my name treated me like I was family and I loved it I can say I've been there more than five times now and every time I go in I get treated with respect I always find what I'm looking for, even my wife loves going there we have definitely found our store to go to when we're shopping for jewelry thank you to all the employees at Kay Jewelers

    Natasha was exceptional! She didn’t force me to buy anything, she literally coached me to purchase what I thought would be fitting. She encouraged me to not settle on just anything but, put actual thought into the gift. I can’t wait for Christmas because I know my person will be soooo happy!

    Went in to explore engagement rings with my friends so we could instruct my boyfriend. The new manager, Jacob, was extremely helpful and all the staff was kind. I was impressed at how well he could get an opinion on a ring and use that to pick one even better. He also showed very pretty examples of custom rings he has done in the past.

    My fiancé and I went in today to just browse at diamond stud earrings to upgrade mine and walked out with double the size studs within 30 mins. Jacob was extremely friendly, personable, funny and just extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make the experience fast and enjoyable. He even cleaned my fiancé’s gold chain and cleaned my old earrings and packaged them up so I could wear my new ones out of the store. I 1000% would go back and recommend this store and Jacob, to my friends. Thank you!!

    I enjoy all the employees here. Each one has a unique technology to their knowledge on jewerly. They make you feel very comfortable, no matter if they are inspecting your items or helping you with making a purchase. Here is the place to have all dreams come true. Enjoy.

    We went to Kay’s to pick up my fiancé’s wedding band. While there I looked at bands for me and decided to do a custom ring. These people are dedicated to give me exactly what I want for the best price. Every time I go, I hope that Jacob is available to help us. He is incredibly helpful and great at his job. His knowledge is impressive, and we are thankful for his expertise.

    Do not return any phone calls. Promised my 4500 dollar ring by a certain date and said it would be there before that more than likely. That date came and I had to call them. They had no idea where the ring was. I was told they would call me back when they located it. No call. I was out 500 dollars on my proposal for the next day cause the ring wasn’t there. I informed them of my loss and there guarantee of my ring being back. They did nothing to make it right. I didn’t get my ring till 4 days later and they still didn’t call. I had to contact them. I spoke with the manager and all he said was sorry. Horrible customer service and do not try to fix my loss I incurred do to their lack of responsibility to the customer. Do not go here.

    This was my first time ordering online and picking up in the store, and I would like to say we are never coming back. I ordered online and opted to have a designated pick up person, an offer the company's website provided. My boyfriend was the designated pick up person and he brought all the necessary documents that were stated in the email. He brought the pick up order to Angelo, who is the store supervisor, and he stated he was not allowed to pickup my order as his name was not on the receipt. After trying to show him the email, which had the receipt and all the important information, "Vickie" comes to interrupt them, brings them my bag with my order and receipt from the backroom to show my boyfriend his name is not anywhere on there. As soon as I heard of the incident, I called the store and asked for the supervisor, Angelo and he told me the same thing. I asked why, and he told me if I have a problem with it I was to just get a refund and call corporate. I did, Jessica helped me and was absolutely wonderful. She herself looked at my order, call the store and had to explain why he was allowed to as well, and even forward the email to Angelo. This was a matter that should have been a easy 5 minute pickup to something much longer than necessary. Very unprofessional supervisor who was very rude, which his employees under him certainly learned from as well.

    Went to get an engagement ring had been looking for a while this is a wonderful place great customer service beautiful diamond I walked out of there with my ring very happy with Dave and Jada thank you so much! LATER.. I had an appraisal on ring to my surprise the Solitare was flawed & was Only worth $600😳 but we paid $8500 BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM HERE.... Go 2 Jared's!

    Michael and Angelo are great!! Super friendly, and they remember their customers. I haven’t always had the best experience at different Kay’s locations, but I sure did here. There are some things out of their control, as far as Kay’s protocol on returns/exchanges, picking up jewelry, etc. but they are just doing their jobs. Being a victim of fraud on my Kay’s account in the past, I am very happy that they follow all rules in place.
