Rather disappointed in my visits to this location. They've made me feel like my simple act of dropping off a package is a burden to the staff. Not especially welcoming or friendly. At first, I thought I was just hitting the place on a bad day, but after three less-than-pleasant drop off experiences, I'll just go to Walgreens to handle any FedEx needs.

Jim helped us with our shipment and also gave us a lot of very useful info for how to efficiently package and manage future shipments for our team. Really friendly guy and also made my work easier by his expertise. My new preferred shipping center.

Outstanding staff, friendly, patient yet quick, very competent. A well staffed and we'll run business, a pleasure to frequent.

First of all, I just want to say Thank You. Patricia, the associate who assisted me was wonderful and absolutely saved the day. My brother had passed away the Friday before my visit. The Monday was his funeral service and none of us had thought about a pamphlet for the service. I thought about it and had my son design it and send it to the fedex print and go email the night before. I entered the store around 9:30 with the service scheduled for noon. Patricia greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her I’d sent a file and needed help because I’d never done this before. She obtained my codes and was able to get 100 brochures printed on nice paper, in color and folded. I’m sure something like this would normally be ordered at least a day if not two in advance. When I told Patricia I needed it now, she didn’t blink an eye…well maybe she did but she didn’t let me know it. She helped me print another file with readings and had me in and out in about 35 minutes with everything I needed. My family was elated to have the brochure for the ceremony and as a token of remembrance for the day and of my brother. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and especially about Patricia and how much it meant to me, in one of the saddest moments of my life, to feel such kindness from a stranger. I will tell this story over and over in the days weeks and probably even years to come I am forever grateful. Thank you again

Just had a pretty rude encounter with a girl named Aicia. I conducted myself in a businesslike fashion but she decided to act superior it seemed like just because I didn't understand computer jargon and terminology. If I did I wouldn't be there getting stuff printed out. She doesn't sound like she needs to be working around people. She acted upset just because I couldn't hear her when one of her co-workers was talking at the same time. A very short fuse. I only wanted one email print it out and she gave me every email I ever sent to that person.I didn't ask for that and when I tried to straighten it out with her she was even more indignant. Wow!

Highly recommend for print needs. Michell helped guide me through paper choices and ran a few proofs until I was completely excited at the end result (for several printed items). Jim helped adjust a file (and adjusted the color on a photo). This team at this location is exceptional! And they all seem to like what they do--which makes working with them a joy

They did some binding for me. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Quick and easy.

DON'T PRINT PHOTOS HERE. Workers are a blessing, God have mercy on them. They don't deserve the machines they have to deal with. But we just wasted an hour and a half trying to print 30 4x6 photos only to leave with a refund and no photos. First because they loaded the wrong size paper into the photo machine, so it printed 4x5 instead. Then after the computer printed it restarted itself (we couldn't stop it!). So we had to edit all the pictures a second time, and as we were about to print them (and I mean a second from pressing the print button) it froze. So after an hour and a half there was no photos. Weeks ago when we tried to print here, the machine didn't work either. So yeah, have tea with the workers if you wish lol But stay as far away from the photo machine as you can. FAR, far away.
