This location is extremely busy and extremely short staffed, but they all do the best they can to work efficiently and quickly despite all the Karen’s down there complaining about how long it took. It’s not like the could just save their own time and money and get coffee at home if they’re going to complain.

This place was very dirty and the wait was more than 20 minutes for the drink bok which I never received . The coffee by son got was burnt

Nice big place with lots of seating indoor and out door,they have a drive thru too,a bit slow during peek times guess short of hands.

My only complaint was that is was HOT inside the building. Very uncomfortable.

Favorite Sbux in the East End. Lots of seating. Staff is always nice. And they have a cool charity box where they collect shoes.

Placed an order with the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. It was ready when I went through the line and the line moved quickly. I got a caramel frappuccino with skim milk. It was delicious. I don't get these often because of the high calorie content, but every now and again I treat myself.

This Starbucks is known as the “we’re out of…” Starbucks. Whatever you order, you can bet that they’re out of a component of it.

Employee very rude to my family and had a whole long conversation with her co-worker. I advised the woman after 10 minutes after ordering and after being told she had to make a thing of coffee because it was all out that we really needed to go. She was already snotty when we ordered but boy did she get even worse after I said that. I’ll never be back. The place also needed a good cleaning.

I love several things on their menu. Lately, I've been enjoying their Pink Drink, vanilla bean scones, and glazed cake doughnut!

I've never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until today. The lady who took my order at the drive-thru was needlessly rude. I asked for a strawberry acai refresher specifying made with water not lemonade. She rudely said I didn't need to say without lemonade and was making it a very big deal. I only specified not lemonade because they had made it with lemonade several times previously. She kept going off about how I was ordering it wrong until I just finally canceled the order. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but she made me feel so stupid. I just don't want to pay $6 for something I can't drink. 🤷‍♀️

The restaurant is roomy and comfortable. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee I ordered was not very hot.

The coffee is okay they typically get your order correct. It's easy to get in and out of. If you get in and out within ten minutes you're lucky because this location is typically very busy.

This is a nice size Starbucks with plenty of seating. It's on the corner Hurstbourne and Shelbyville Rd which is a very busy street. Good Staff and fast service.

This store is one of the best in Louisville. Admittedly, the drive thru can be a slow method to get your items most days, but they have always been nice at the speaker and window. Any time I ask if they have something, they make sure they have it before I pull up to the window. My drink has always been accurate at this location and it's really appreciated. I also had an awesome experience chatting with one of the baristas at the window (I believe their nametag said Kaylee?). That interaction was so genuinely warm and welcoming. I cannot begin to explain how refreshing that is nowadays. Highly recommend this location!

This is the best Starbucks I’ve had in forever (Hurst & Shelby). Nice clean and renovated inside, nice staff, great baristas. The barista made our drinks so delicious we were shocked because the quality difference is so great . The Highlands Starbucks can be good sometimes, but there is a man who works in the mornings (a little too often if you ask me😅) who always makes your drink burnt and bitter, and just totally disregard what you order in it lol

Busy, but staff was friendly, parking lot is a bit cramped & getting into drive thru can be a bit of a pain

Our order was taken as soon as we walked in the door but we had to wait for 10 minutes for our 2 coffees. The drive thru seemed to take priority over the walk in customers. And they didn't even have the snowman cookie that I personally feel like they should have but that's my opinion. Anyway there were several other people waiting for their coffees and that's not right. I guess I'll go through the drive thru next time. Lol

Stopped to get a dark roast as usual but they were out so i had the house blend and it was very good. I may have to switch 😲

Our online order was hot and ready for pick up at the specified time. One team member said have a good day after we picked up our order. Restaurant was clean and so was the parking lot.

Bad management. Horrible service, terrible food. Literary any other Starbucks would be better than this. Save yourself the trouble and go to the gas station next door. You will not leave this Starbucks satisfied.

The drive up window girl had attitude and wasn't sure if they could make a frappachino the way we ordered...

First time going into this location , I usually use Taylorsville rd or Blaken baker (with no problems) this location has very rude workers that are inattentive. Will not be back . This location needs to look at rehiring asap. ALSO. I did not get the cookie I ordered in my mobile pick up order AND they didn’t start on my order until I got there asking about it. Unprofessional location that makes the Starbucks franchise look bad .

They don't care about your safety at all. I was on the tarc and they too the bus driver to take shelter and we went into a Starbucks for shelter and was told to leave because she was closed up

Great service, delicious drinks. And they let me sit inside for the hour that I needed to wait for my bus, which was really nice. Definitely recommend the peppermint mocha hot chocolate, it is so freaking good.
