A third-class salon. I went there with nicely grown hair and asked them to give me a nice haircut, showing them a picture of my haircut from three months ago as reference. Take a look at the picture below to see what they did. I had to ask them multiple times to blend it well because hair was sticking out unevenly. They had no idea what they were doing and kept experimenting. Eventually, I gave up and vowed to never go there again. It's better to get a haircut for 70 rs at roadside salons than to pay them around 500 rs for a haircut done by such unprofessional people. @studio 11 is shameless for replying to my review and even threatening me. LOL Take a look at other one-star reviews and decide for yourself what kind of business these incompetent people are running.

The service was good. But comparing my prior experience I see steep decrease in the cleanliness maintained both at reception area and the service area..Also, the new receptionist needs to up her basic maths skills in calculating bill. Apart from me, there was another customer also arguing to get her bill amount corrected But the receptionist does not seem to understand. This ruins the good service.

They simply wasted my time. Asked me to wait for 15 min and I waited for 30 minutes and no one has attended. They feel that they are some kind of high end hair stylists but none of them are actually. It’s over priced and I feel there are better service providers in that area who treats customers time as valuable and provide better service.

I am a frequent customer in this salon. I mostly opt for facial and hair treatments. Staff is really good and knowledgeable. My hair botox treatment was done by hair stylist Mr. Mallik. He really took great care of my hair and hair condition improved a lot since then. Keep up the good work

Well it's been more than a month and am still living with the disaster done with my hair by Studio11 on 1st May. I booked an appointment for hair trim, the guy who was to give me a trim asked me what length and I confirmed to him 2 inches from my existing length to be trimmed but instead he straight away went cutting side bangs literally the opposite of a trim . Not admitting his mistake he said he will explain once the trim is done but he started layering my hair from the back a cover up for what he did . Nothing was fixed they made some other stylist blow dry and cover up the damage admitting the disaster. I paid for the unforgettable and horrid experience. The salon thought waving off the price will make me a happy customer . But I paid them so that I remember ever walking into their salon. I still can't leave my hair open. Please tell your employees to listen to your customers you exist because of us .

So the staff kinda pressurises you into going for the most expensive item on their list. And also ridicule you if you go for the cheapest ones. I feel that’s coercion and ergo one star. The service is just average; nothing exceptional.

Shahzad did a good job with my hair coloring. He understood my requirements well and gave me good hair tips. He is patient and friendly. I recommend Studio11 because it's Staff are courteous and skilled.

The guy who did hair cut is begginer and completely not satisfied with haircut and service.While doing haircut in middle he left 7 to 8 times looks least interested. Charging 400 for haircut I was expecting some professional might be doing. One word pathetic service and hair dresser is inexperienced. Major dissapointment.

I did hair and beard styling along with hair colouring. My stylist, Raftaar, was very nice and resourceful. The saloon is well maintained. I had a nice experience.

It was my first visit to this Salon and I had a great experience. The haircut done by Salim was absolutely amazing. He was very understanding with my haircut requirements and gave a very good haircut. Tina gave a very good service with waxing and eyebrows.

Malik is a fantastic hair dresser. He is very calm an quiet but does a fabulous job. I would not get satisfied if someone does the hair cut other than him. I would not take appointments rather if hezn’t available I would rate him on a scale of10/10.
