I visited this store today. It has variety of collections for daily wear. The customer service was very nice. If u want any suggestions u can approach Archana in that store. She gives u good suggestions.

I went to purchase a ring for my friend and the staff named chitra assisted me and she had understood my choice and gave me plenty of options and also demonstrated wat will be girls choice and finally she made a sale and made me to buy the best one... She is a good assert to the shop and similarly one more staff named Geetha also assisted me well... Cartlane please recognise these 2 girls. Even I found 2 male staff and there were least bother and busy using their mobile not even went to assist other customers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Designs and stock is very good. I bought three earrings from here and I'm very happy with the purchase. Salesperson Geetha was very good and showed us a number of pieces to choose from and helped us making the purchase. I definitely would recommend to others. Thanks Caratlane.

The person is so polite and conveyed each and every details correctly. There is no diamond tester to confirm it. They are providing certificates Models and collections are very good.

Purchased Chain, got cut with in 12hrs of purchase!! and worst response from showroom staff on replacement procedure. Fwd up with the purchase 🤐 and lost hope. Hosur Caratlane Sales Pupil are very keen on selling the product but worst on customer retention!! Sorry to mention this and thought of sharing few sales men names but not interested to disclose.... Plz don't cheat further customers
