I ordered a silver necklace and 4 pairs of earrings from Teejh website. The necklace was the main reason of ordering the other stuff as well. To my surprise, they never sent the necklace but instead sent a ring against the product. I raised a return request as soon as I found out as given on their website. I found the same necklace from them on Myntra also, but decided to order from the site itself, thinking I should trust them and because I liked the other earrings on the site. But sadly my worst fears were confirmed. The products are good, but such sellers don't check before packing a product. Only buy from them if you are absolutely sure of the outcome. Bad experience! My order is - 137275, providing this information just in case they say, I never purchased from them.

The product was really good and as shown in the image...but the back stick is very thin and I got a bent piece .....they should really work on packing properly with some good box ......I didn't had so much time to exchange or return that product as I was travelling sooo I kept it ......the other choker was good ....

I have purchased one pair of ghoongroo bangles recently. I was doubtful about the quality at first as I don't wear jewelry much and don't buy any such product. But I am completely satisfied for what I got. Some may find that the price is too much compared to local products but TEEJH bangles are of good quality and have weight. Its not light weight compared to other local bangles. In the image of their website, the bangles were glossy kind of but what I receive is matte finish one. But I liked the later one the most. Looking forward to buy other items in future.

Teejh customer service really needs improvement. I contacted customer service several times about an order that had been held for 3 weeks. It had not been delivered. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told it would come the next day, or another day, etc. There was no clear communication. In the end, the shipment was returned without notifying me. Disappointed.
